  Comments: Mooi en goed ingericht appartement. Ligt wel aan een zeer drukke straat. Overdag het verkeer duidelijk hoorbaar, 's nachts geen last van. Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen.

  Comments: Francelina is an excellent host and the appartment is great. Thanks for usefull tips and a cab. Bikes enabled us to fully enjoy the city in just a couple of days. We've had a wonderfull stay.

  Comments: Francelinas place is just as described, very comfortable and located near all the important public transfer options. Casa de Musica metro station is right around the corner and the bus stops to the seafront are also close by. The option to have bikes to use is also great, although we didn't find time to try them. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a Lidl about 5 minutes walking distance from the place to get whatever you'd need. We didn't get a chance to meet Francelina herself, but her friend who handled the check-in was very friendly and helpful.

  Comments: Francelina foi muito atenciosa. O apartamento é muito bom, melhor que mostram as fotos. A localização é ótima, fácil acesso a qualquer parte. As bicicletas a disposição foram ótimas também.

  Comments: I picked the place basically because the location suited my stay. It was easy to find, and had a parking-garage( I came by car ). The metro is also 5-10 min away, and the bus stops right outside. The area is safe to walk in at any time of the day/night. You have several small restaurants close by, and also a shopping-center, two convenient-stores and a McDonald’s. The place was nice and clean. Francelina is very pleasant and friendly, though I did not require her help for anything after the first day. I would definately stay here again

  Comments: Die Wohnung bot alle Merkmale, die ich zuvor bei der Suche angegeben habe. Sehr angenehm war der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit freundlichem Mitarbeiter, der in der Garage sein Office hat. Ich war angenehm überrascht, als ich die Wohnung betrat. Sie ist groß und hat eine neuwertige Einrichtung, in der ich mich direkt wohl gefühlt habe. Ich würde die Wohnung sehr gerne uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Aber in der ersten Nacht wusste ich, dass die Fenster den Straßenlärm von außen nicht wirklich abhalten. Des Weiteren waren die Nachbarn, die oberhalb in der abgetrennten Maisonette-Etage wohnen im Wohnzimmer sehr deutlich hörbar. Wem diese Negativpunkte nicht stören und sich mit Ohrenstöpsel behelfen kann, genießt eine großzügige Wohnung mit moderner Ausstattung.

  Comments: Francelina was very nice! It was very rainy at the day of our arrival, so she wanted to come pick us up. She showed us where to go with the bikes and gave us hints for our trip. The appartement was as expected. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Comments: Rien à redire quand à l'appartement en lui-même et à l'accueil de Francelina, cependant il faut penser aux bouche oreilles car l'Avenue Boavista est très fréquentée et bruyante à cause d'une circulation intense même la nuit.

  Comments: Super appartement bien agencé et bien équipé. Le petit balcon est très appréciable. A 10mn à peine a pied de l'arrêt de métro casa musica. L'immeuble est situé dans une jolie résidence. La rue est très passante (simple vitrage seul bémol pour le bruit le soir). Francelina à été très réactive et sympathique. Je recommande!

  Comments: L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Un peu bruyant car situé sur une grande artère, mais à 10 minutes de marche de la station de metro Casa da Musica et pour nous qui avions une voiture, un parking en sous-sol bien pratique. Nous aurions aimé rencontrer Francelina qui n'a pu se déplacer car coincée au boulot. Cela nous aurait facilité la vie sur plusieurs points comme la vie du quartier et l'utilisation des appareils ménagers. Mais nous avons pu communiquer aisément avec Francelina qui était toujours disponible au téléphone. Je recommande cet appartement qui est d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix

  Comments: Gostámos muito da estadia. A casa é muito agradável. Apesar de se ouvir algum barulho da rua, é ótima para descansar. Como tem acesso a garagem e transportes públicos muito perto, não é necessário usar o carro para conhecer a cidade. A cozinha está bem equipada para preparar refeições. A Franceline foi muito prestável na estadia.

  Comments: Un superbe appartement, avec des photos qui ne sont pas forcément représentative de la réalité ! (Et ce dans le bon sens du terme) Grande superficie, bon équipement, très agréable ! Un logement que je ne peux que conseiller ! L’accueil de Franceline a été très apprécié (malgré plus d’une heure de retard que ce qui était prévu de notre côté ) !!! Son Français est un réel plus pour l’accueil des francophones. La situation de l’appartement est très appréciable ! Proximité de la plage (vélos à disposition pour y aller) et pour le centre ville, un arrêt de bus très proche permettant d éviter la circulation d’une grande ville. En résumé un bel appartement, dont la situation nous a parfaitement convenus . La place de parking est également très appréciable lorsque vous êtes véhiculés ou avec une location. Je recommande totalement ce grand logement. !

  Comments: The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We loved lounging on the couch and making breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfy and the apartment is super clean. We loved the free bikes for exploring but the location is perfect for local exploration and great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying at Francelina's.

  Comments: Francelina went above and beyond an AirBnb host with her help and promptness to responding. My husband had hurt his back before arriving, and upon asking Francelina with help for a recommendation for a chiropractor, she even called for us to make the appointment! She was sooo helpful with everything and we Really enjoyed our stay. A large Lidl round the corner, with restaurants and public transport easy to access. Highly recommend!

  Comments: Siamo stati ospiti di Francelina in questo edificio su Boavista. Molto vicino alla Casa della Musica, e circa a 30 minuti a piedi dal ponte Louis 1. Un appartamento davvero confortevole. Luminoso e pulito. Completo di tutti i servizi. Francelina é un host meravigliosa e molto disponibile. A disposizione ci sono anche 2 biciclette, molto comode per spostarsi e godersi la città.

  Comments: Very clean Apartment in the heart of Porto! We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was super clean and came with a lot of little helpful things like salt and pepper etc. Franceline gave us nice tips and also answered to our questions that we had during our stay. The bikes were a great feature to discover the surrounding area and also to go to the beach. Also the Metro and bus Station are very close and it’s a quick Ride to the historic center of Porto. We would love coming back there, Muito obrigado Franceline!

  Comments: A nice and spacious place within 40 Minute walk to old town. Francelina was super helpful with a later check-in and we had booked on the day of our arrival as our previous host cancelled the night before our stay. Cool area with cafes and food market nearby and metro to the airport only 5 min walk. Highly recommended!!
