Comments: It was nice and suited our needs well. It is small, but kind of just feels like the size of a hotel room.

Comments: The studio that we stayed in was room with a queen sized bed taking up most of it, a wall of kitchen and a small bathroom was also attached. Every thing was updated and very clean. It would be perfect for one person on a business trip not planning to spend much time in the room aside to sleep. The studio was very tight. It seemed as if it were a part of one of the connecting units before and seperated as it's own. It did not have the extra bed, room, tvs, or table and chairs as listed. There was a folding chair in the closet but really no room to set it up anywhere. Host did confirm that it were only two people but never said of any differences or changed the price. It is completely residential. Families and quiet time in tight housing units. It felt like a safe area but perhaps not a vacation spot. I was glad to see that a spot was available at the beginning of a long driveway, otherwise parking was limited. I wouldn't consider it walking distance to as much as listed but definitely a short and easy drive.
