  Comments: We LOVED Krystal and Eric's beautiful condo in Poipu. I wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was incredibly spacious with every amenity you would need. Plus it was in a great location just minutes from beaches, shops, restaurants - everything. The bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure was so nice, the living room was beautifully furnished (totally my style) - not that we used it, because we were always on the lanai with views of the tropical banana trees outside. The condo doesn't have air conditioning, which wasn't a problem because there are three ceiling fans and then five floor fans that you can move around and point wherever you need to. We felt very comfortable. We loved that they had a guide book in the condo and enjoyed reading about the island. Also, check in/out was super easy with the keypad on the door. We can't wait to stay here again! We highly recommend it!

  Comments: Krystal and Eric have thought of everything you could possibly need on vacation to Kauai and provided it along with great recommendations for how to spend your time. The space was very chic, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots/utensils/measuring cups/Tupperware wear - literally they did not leave us wanting anything. It's also a great location to some fabulous snorkeling, relaxing beaches and great places to eat. Highly recommend!!

I had to leave shortly after arriving due to a family emergency, however, my family loved the condo, the location and it convenient walk to the beach, listening to the ocean at night and the island. Much different experience than Maui or The Big Island. We hope to return and I would not hesitate to contact Krystal. She was timely and prompt at answering questions pre-arrival and checked in with us again during our stay. An excellent Airbnb experience.

  Comments: This condo is a great choice if you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Kauai. It's close to many shops and restaurants as well as a lot of attractions like the Spouting Horn, Allerton Gardens, McBryde Gardens, and Poipu Beach. We really didn't make much use of the kitchen as there were so many great dining options nearby, but it appeared to be well equipped for most cooking needs. Our time spent at Poipu Beach was the highlight of our trip as we saw Hawaiian monk seals and at least two different species of endangered sea turtles and enjoyed snorkeling and sunbathing on the beautiful beach. There's no air conditioning but this was not an issue at all for us during our January stay. The temperature in the evening made the condo quite comfortable with open windows and fans. The condo is well furnished and we found the bed to be extremely comfortable - definitely important for a restful vacation!

Everything you need is here, beach towels, chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, kitchen gadgets, keurig and huge big screen TVs! Looks and feels like a luxury hotel. Krystal was always quick to answer any questions I had leading up to our stay and even while we were there. Wish we could of stayed longer to enjoy it more.

  Comments: Everything about our stay here exceeded expectations! Krystal and Eric really thought of everything. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a super nice Bose speaker that you could connect your phone to. It really set the mood for a relaxing stay. They also provide beach loungers, snorkels, flippers, towels, a cooler--literally anything you can think of that normally you'd have to rent. Really above and beyond! The location is amazing, too. It was like staying in a really nice hotel suite, with more privacy. We really looked forward to heading "home" after a long day of adventuring. Thanks so much!

  Comments: Everything is as described and pictured. The hosts have thought of everything you might need during your stay and then some. We had a wonderful week long stay in this villa and it was just wonderful. Krystal’s place was the perfect home away from home. Ideal location and amazing value. She was easy to reach out to and I felt like I had a local I could trust in. Tip: the pool can get a bit crowded. We still enjoyed it, everyone at the Villas is super friendly but we also had the opportunity to visit the Koloa Landing (next door) and their resort pool is amazing. If you’re looking to enjoy a more resort style pool, go over to Koloa Landing and use their pool for the day. You can rent out a cabana, even if you’re not a guest. With that said, there is not enough space to express how much I loved Krystal’s home.

It was spacious and comfy, and provided extras that we thoroughly enjoyed, including the Bose speaker and use of the computer. We took advantage of the beach chairs, towels and boogie board, and enjoyed evenings on the lanai. It is a lovely place, in the perfect location, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Krystal was quick to welcome us, providing all of the information we needed to settle in. We had a lovely vacation!

We also rented a car for 2 days and everything we wanted to do was within a beautiful 30 minute drive..Zip lining, beaches, restaurants, boat tours, Lihue airport, spouting horn. Beautiful apartment with a nice pool and extra touches such as a roku, games, computer/printer and snorkel and beach gear. Would highly recommend!

The location was convenient to visit the sights on the west/east shores and up canyon and it was easy to catch the sunrise/sunset on any of the spectacular nearby beaches. My husband and I are techies so the extra touches (Roku, Bose Speakers, computer) were appreciated. It is just a bit of a walk from the parking area and up a set of stairs, but it was only a tad inconvenient on arrival/departure since we had a lot of groceries/bags, and there is a dolly to help if you have a lot of things. This was a wonderful, relaxing abode to call home at the end of our day of adventuring. Mahalo, Krystal and Eric!

  Comments: Our family had a great time at Krystal and Eric's place in Poipu. The condo is very spacious and easily accommodates a family of four. There are shopping, groceries and restaurants nearby, and the beach is only a 10 min walk. The condo complex has a beautifully maintained garden with water features that attracts many birds to the trees, so the atmosphere is truly tropical.

There is plenty of airflow with fans and windows but it would have been a bit more pleasant in the heat with AC.

  Comments: Very nice, clean unit in a beautifully lush garden setting. All amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Having a washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. When we arrived and realized there was no A/C I was worried it would be too hot but there are so many windows that let the wonderfully cool breezes flow through (and plenty of fans provided) that we were quite comfortable. The location was fantastic...we loved snorkeling and watching the Monk Seals and turtles sunning on the sand at Poipu Beach which is just a short drive away. La Spezia in Koloa Town, also just a short drive away, was delicious. Drug stores, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants all available in the area.

  Comments: It is hard to say anything bad about this place! It was exactly how it was described with a few little extras. The location was perfect; beaches all around the area, shopping was a short walk away, and there was some of the best restaurants in the area right next to the location. The unit was spacious, quite, and had anything you needed; even techie stuff. The host were great! They gave us all sorts of information about the unit and the island. Furthermore, they answered any questions we had and gave suggestions based on what we were looking to do! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Kauai!

  Comments: As folks can read, this unit gets five stars. I concur with almost all the positive statements such as a large unit, wonderful and responsive hosts, great value, gorgeous grounds, well stocked kitchen and supplies (especially for the beach), and one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. However, there were a few surprises that I didn't expect. If you are not fastidious, many or all of these may not matter, but for those of you who are, I think it is good to know before you rent. Although the unit is quiet from street noise and even sounds from neighboring units, you will hear roosters during the night. (Maybe this is seasonal, so I guess I can't say with certainty if this happens every night of the year.) And, at least when we were there, the crowing didn't begin just before sunrise, but beginning around midnight--and every hour after that. After a night or two, we habituate to the sound, but it still disrupted our sleep. Many reviews state it is quiet (which was one of the main reasons I chose this place), so for those of you who will be bothered by occasional rooster crowing, you should keep this in mind. Regarding the unit itself, it overall is very nice and is a great value. However, be prepared for at best average cabinets, lack of down pillows, and a subpar bathroom (e.g., hard to turn on shower, lack of color coordination). Even though I think overall this is a wonderful unit and Krystal and Eric are outstanding, and we enjoyed our stay (the positives strongly outweighed the negatives), for future travellers who care about some of the minuses I listed, I thought you should know.

  Comments: Krystal and Eric’s place was perfect for our getaway in Kaua’i. The location was ideal with multiple restaurants, stores, and beaches nearby. They have a closet full of necessities for the beach which was an awesome touch. Krystal was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating! Overall, incredible hosts. As mentioned in the description, there is no air conditioning, but Krystal has multiple fans set up and the windows help cool the place down. I had no trouble sleeping, but my fiancé who tends to get warm while he sleeps definitely had a little trouble. But other than that we would absolutely recommend this b’ n b’.
