  Comments: Su was an exceptionally accommodating host and her apartment is as lovely and well appointed as it looks! Su was extremely responsive and helpful in the lead-up to my arrival. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short because of a personal issue in my family, and Su couldn't have been more understanding or gracious about the situation

  Comments: Su is a great person and also a great host, she was willing to answer any questions and to chat about anything that came up and she is a great company to be with. Her place is really nice and clean and comfortable. Th location is just fantastic, close to everything in the center by foot, don't need to use any transportation services (except for the train/taxi from/to the airport). I loved my stay at Su's place and I would gladly come back and I recommend it to others.

  Comments: This is a charming apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance to many places and just a block from the train if using public transportation. Unfortunately our TV did not work (not that we were using it much) to Su's credit, it was changed the next day. However, the wifi then broke, which left us a drift as we did not have a local phone and could only communicate via texting. Overall, lovely apartment. If you plan to cook any meals, be warned the kitchen is not well stocked. bring your own French press if you can't wait to visit one of the wonderful cafe's near by. Overall , good value with. A few glitches to be worked out.

  Comments: Family of five (including 2 small kids) came to stay at Max's place. Max was such a generous and accommodating host and allowed us to check-in earlier upon our request. Fantastic location near Central train station and bus stops, and easy walk to Paddy's Market/ Chinatown/ Powerhouse Museum. Apartment is clean, spacious, and has all the amenities travelers could possibly need (i.e. cooking utensils, plenty of dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, full-length mirrors on the closet doors, built-in wardrobes with hangers, airconditioning, washer/dryer). Would definitely recommend this home to families with kids or up to 6 adults.

  Comments: Good location, near to Central Station, with 15-20 minutes to the downtown areas, 10 minutes walk-able distance to Chinatown. Easily accessible to popular places like Circular Quay, Daring Harbour, Bondi via trains/buses and there are few fast-food restaurants and convenience store, supermarket downstairs. Quiet most of the time except a bit of noise during daytime from the construction work opposite to apartment building. The apartment main door is located in main road which is easily to find. There are minor issues on the smoke-alert, disk washer, except these other facilities in the apartment are well-operated. TV is small comparatively (think under 20-25"), Kitchen stuff are well-equipped, Beds / Sofa-Bed are comfortable. Apartment host responds to the inquiries in reasonable time, and willing to help most of the times, during my stay, the host provides extended baggage storage services which is excellent.

  Comments: 위치가 정말 좋았다. 근처에 있는 카페에 그냥 들렀는데 퀄리티 좋은 식사를 했고, 버스와 트레인 등 교통에 대한 접근성이 정말 좋은 위치였다. 화장실이 다소 물조절하는 방식이 낯설고 옛날 방식인 것과 와이파이가 ADSL이라 느린점을 제외하고는 정말 만족했다.

  Comments: The location was perfect for us, very close to both Central Station (and therefore the airport), and cafes and shops around Surry Hills and Oxford Street. The apartment is larger than we expected and was nice and clean. Having an additional set of keys readily available for larger groups of people would be good to save some hassles.

Una de las habitaciones es solo una división del salón, por lo cual no cuenta con la privacidad adecuada. Si bien la ubicación es buena, el departamento no tiene ventilación,las ventanas son fijas y el departamento tiene olor a humedad . Por lo demás si no tenes presupuesto, esta bien.

  Comments: Su & Max's place is in a great location, close to the main CBD and awesome cafes and restaurants. However a few things caused me to leave a 4 star review - the cleanliness was not up to standard, bedheads and shelves were dusty. Also, the washing machine was left on when we arrived causing a blockage and subsequently water all over the bathroom floor with no apology or explanation. The most confusing part was the host/cleaner knocking on the door and entering to grab a vacuum cleaner/put away some clean towels in the middle of our stay. We all stared in confusion as she walked in without saying anything, entered a bedroom and then left again. It doesn't seem like a huge deal but I keep thinking, what if I had been in the shower and exited to the bedroom to find someone in it - I would have been terrified. There was also no dishwasher tablets, no clean sponge and no clean tea towels for us to use. For this reason I am leaving a 4 star review.

  Comments: Location is good... value for money.. But if want to sleep in day time than no chance you can sleep their in day.. Too much noice from construction work around.... Easy location, everything close.. but apartment needs few repairs.. Things like sugar was there to use but not in a jar, just a open packet.. Glass, plates were not washed properly by last guest... Max was very friendly and able to give quick response... Still i will give 4 star as it was value for money....

  Comments: Fantastic location! Great place to stay if you're just looking for a comfortable bed and amenities such as a washing machine and dryer. After the cleaning fee and airbnb VAT fees, it cost $307 AUD a night, which is quite expensive compared to a hotel. But in saying that, you won't get some amenities mentioned and location may not be as ideal as Surry Hills. I was a little disappointed initially (looked better in the photos) but if you take into account this fantastic suburb location and want a clean and comfortable stay, then look no further. Lastly, it's a bit of an inconvenience with one set of keys when the listing stated two would be provided. The host did let us drop our luggage earlier but we couldn't officially check in til after 3pm.

  Comments: Overall our stay was good, and the apartment is as it is represented except for the view has been totally blocked out. On my booking I requested the sofa bed but that was not organised, but the manager was good to fix we just had to wait till later in the afternoon and they charged extra. The wifi didn’t work and I had no response when I asked for it to be looked at. And on check out , the care taker came in before 10am asking when we will be out. I said sorry running a little late and the response was we have to charge you for 30min!! Unfortunately this was a terrible way to end the stay and also does not represent Airbnb’s hosting model.
