  Comments: This bamboo hideaway condo was a great find for us. We loved how close it was to front street, but still set back enough to be very private and quiet. Matress is comfortable, all the necessities are stocked in the kitchen and a nice spread of beach equipment to use. We really love that it felt like a home, not a hotel. It was a nice place to go home to relax after each day of adventures. A/C blows cold and the fans are great. We will definitely recommend to our friends. Also love how fast responses are from the host during our stay.

She is great at answering questions and communicating with you throughout your stay if need be. Definitely recommend her place for a lovely time in Lahaina.

  Comments: We enjoyed staying at bamboo hideaway. The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our family of three. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and the sand toys and beach equipment were a nice bonus to have. The place was conveniently located close to Front street as well as the bus stop. Jill and her assistant Melanie were prompt and pleasant to communicate with. I would definitely recommend her place as a great alternative if you're looking for something a little more homey to a typical beach resort hotel.

  Comments: Beautiful space in a great spot. Loved the thoughtful line up of beach and pool gear and toys—as well as a Pack n Play for the baby. Only downside was the ants that took over the countertops each day, making us resort to carrying food to living room to prepare and eat. Probably just an unavoidable consequence of the rain.

  Comments: FANTASTIC location if you want to spend lots of time in beautiful Lahaina. Walking distance to parks, grocery stores, tons of restaurants--everything! The pool was great as well and the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer, beach stuff, kitchen). Will definitely stay again next time we come to Lahaina! Jill was an incredibly responsive host and very helpful and accommodating. Five star host! :)

  Comments: Very nice remodeled condo! Communication was a breeze and it was an easy walk to restaurants in Lahaina. Family-friendly with lots of kids in the pool and spa. Only thing it note is that the unit looks over the parking lot and it can be noisy in the morning with travelers leaving. Besides that, very nice place!

  Comments: A wonderful place with easy access to front street and the beaches. The suite is nicely furnished and updated and the kitchen is well stocked for your needs. Street parking was easily accessible for our entire stay if you don’t wish to pay extra. Hope to return again in the near future.

  Comments: We rented this condo for my father and his bride and when they opened the door to this darling condo - their mouth fell open with delight! Bright and fresh with current décor it has everything for a great Hawaiian stay. Located in condo complex which felt safe and secure - had a pool and BBQ area with lots of native flowers everywhere. Walk to Front Street, Marina, shops, restaurants, beaches just a short few blocks. Jill our host was remarkable in accomodating our special request for champagne and flowers even on a Sunday. She was awesome and this is our new favorite place to stay in Maui!!

  Comments: Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops and the ocean...2 blocks away. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with a comfy king size bed. The shower was our favorite with its earthy and open feel. We would definitely stay again! Note that parking is $20 per day, our only complaint.

  Comments: Jill's place was great! Very clean, nice updated furnishings, A/C in both the living room and bedroom, beach towels and gear were provided. Jill and her assistants were very responsive to various questions I had. We opted to pay for the $20 parking on site for convenience and there were plenty of parking spots available at all times of the day/night. Note that there's no shampoo/bath soap provided, but there's a ABC Store and Whalers General Store on Front St. 5 min walk away where you can quickly pick some up. We'll definitely think of Jill's place again when we're back in Maui!

  Comments: We had a wonderful stay here! It was efficient and effortless. We really appreciated how clean the apartment and absolutely loved the location. It's a block or two away from Front st (where all the restaurants, bars and shops are). It was also conveniently located a block away from the scuba dive shop we dove with. Parking is super pricey in Lahina, but if you're lucky you can find street parking for free. We look forward to paying another visit here!

  Comments: This was our second time staying at the aina nalu but first time Jill’s rental for the 2nd half of our Maui trip. We love the location of this place! It’s a block away from front street and plenty of restaurants! We are discovered a few food trucks down the road that had amazing breakfast tacos and açaí bowls. Jill’s place is exactly as described in the listing - spacious, clean and a good amount of amenities. She had a pack play which for us was a huge plus since we were traveling with our 14 month old. She also had plenty of towels and beach gear too. We loved having the washer/dryer in the unit as well. Communication and the check-in/check out process was easy. Would stay here again.   Comments: This unit is perfectly located in walking distance to pretty much everything in Lahaina. Amazing shops, food, and excursions are just around the corner. The unit is clean, cozy, and really a perfect spot. You can barbecue while the family plays in the pool or head down to listen to some music while having a cocktail. Love this spot!

  Comments: This place was the perfect space for my group of 3! Everything was exactly like the photos and the location was perfect for our needs! Located just a short walk from The Dwarf, and a short drive to all the beaches. Check in was easy and the place came with everything you would need for a day at the beach. It was a life saver!   Comments: Jill was helpful and communicative from beginning to end. Her listing is exactly what we expected and in a great location in Lahaina - walking distance to Front Street shops/restaurants. Jill's place provided amenities that were so useful during our stay on Maui (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels etc). The kitchen was totally usable and allowed us to cook our own meals during our week. The place was immaculate and it was also super helpful to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The pools were great and really quiet. Aina Nalu is really quiet and feels like you have your "own place" in the neighborhood rather than a big resort like most other hotels on the island. We didn't have trouble looking for free street parking unless you come home late, but then you just park a block away. Thank you Jill for inviting us into your home during our trip!

  Comments: What a fabulous location, if you love Lahaina... you can walk any place you would want to visit. This place is a secret hidden gem ! Wow we wish we had spent our entire 10 days at Jill’s place! We are sure to return! Jill, is absolutely amazing! AC works great, place is cute and very comfortable and has everything you will ever need, owners have thought of everything! Parking is 20.00 a night but street parking was easy and convenient!   Comments: What more can you ask for in a place? New, clean, amazing bathroom, central to everything, pool, cold AC and full kitchen with the appliances and utensils you’d need. Slight inconvenience was that we had to pay $20 parking per night but I’d expect that for a condo hotel. Thanks Jill for An amazing stay!

  Comments: The condo is in a perfect location. Jill even had beach supplies that saved us $$. It is located in the heart of downtown Lahaina. We rarely used the car and instead walked to most places. The pools are great, not overwhelming with people. I also like that there is security on the grounds. Parking fees are something to consider but like I said, there is security. Checking in and out was very painless. Communication with our host was quick. Thanks for a great stay!
