  Comments: We LOVED the flat in Sagrada Familia! The morning we arrived Ingrid came by to educate us on the apartment and supply us with the key. It was perfect for our needs and nicely appointed. There was even a hair dryer and flat iron - useful when you come from the States. The flat is only a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia - which is a MUST see, and the metro making it quite convenient. Ingrid was very friendly and helpful, even arranged to take us to the airport on our departure day! We loved it so much we recommended the same flat to friends traveling in the near future!   Comments: This apartment was excellent. We stayed two couples and each had our own room and bathrooms which were very comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location either. You step out of the apartment and to your right you have a view if the Sagrada Familia. It is approximately 3 blocks from the apartment. You have The Pharoa right across which makes very good sangria and for breakfast you have a few choices, but our favorite was the Chocolate Box which has cafe con leche and a croissant for about two euros. We stayed down the block last year and if we come back to Barcelona I will definitely stay here again. Ingrid was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would very highly recommend it! You don't have all the noise of las Ramblas!

Toutefois le jardin est peu utilisable car très en visu des hauts bâtiments qui l'entourent. et surtout , situé au rez de chaussée, l'appartement est bruyant: d'une part en raison des fenêtres qui ne sont pas isolées et anciennes , laissant passer les bruits de la rue et d'autre part, de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble qui claque très bruyamment à chaque passage des locataires

  Comments: This was a great place for us to stay as a family with two young kids. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Metro and everything you could want--groceries, restaurants, cafes, bakeries--right outside the door. The garden is great for having a meal or just a drink. Everything worked just as expected: the dishwasher, washing machine, and so on. Ingrid was very available and responsive and check-in and check-out were easy. I was initially a bit worried about the bars right outside but that was not an issue--they were not loud and they closed down at reasonable times. My only complaint--and it's minor and outside the control of the owner/host--is that the Metro runs right under the building and you can hear it. But that was more than compensated by the fact that the pedestrian street outside has less noise than streets with traffic would. All in all, a great place to choose as your base in Barcelona.

  Comments: Our host Ingrid was extremely friendly, from emailing us promptly and being flexible on check in and check out times (which was really helpful considering we were coming and going in 2 groups), to meeting her at the apartment. The flat itself is in an excellent location, on a lovely leafy street near sagrada familia with great metro links. The apartment is fitted with new bathrooms, the beds are really comfy and although the flat is warm each bedroom has a fan. The flat is very spacious and has a nice outdoor area, which I should point out is shaded for the majority of the day unless the sun is directly overhead, but still a nice place to sit. I would definitely recommend this apartment, (which is also very reasonably priced), the only downside I can think of is, you can feel metro's going by in the bedroom but they aren't too loud and didn't really bother us too much.   Comments: This is a great apartment in a nice neighbourhood. It's very well equipped, with all the little essentials like salt, sugar and coffee provided as well as all the crockery and cooking utensils you could need, plus other useful extras like hairdryer and sewing kit. It was spotlessly clean and in great condition, just like it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms as well as the two double bedrooms was very convenient. It was really nice to be able to open the back door onto the courtyard and to sit outside to have breakfast. The apartment is on the ground floor, with the bedrooms facing the street, so be aware that you will notice noise in the evenings, although this does quieten down overnight. The street outside is pedestrianised so the traffic noise is from a bit of a greater distance away, which helps. Yes, as other reviewers have commented, you can hear the metro going by underneath, but the rumble is quite low pitched and it wasn't that disturbing (the scooters are worse!). There are many restaurants close by and plenty of bakeries for morning pastries; also fruit and veg shops and a late-opening supermarket, all within two minutes of the front door. The Sagrada Familia is 5 minutes walk in one direction, and Sant Pau hospital 5 minutes in the other direction (also definitely worth a visit - absolutely beautiful, and less touristy). Ingrid was a great host, very accommodating even though our flight was an hour late in arriving due to thunderstorms in Barcelona. All in all a great experience and we'd definitely come back.   Comments: Ingrid met us at the apartment and was very helpful in making us feel at home. My father, my daughter (15) and I stayed for 7 nights in Nov/Dec. This apartment worked out very well for us. It was very clean, perfectly located (not too noisy) and well appointed. We cooked several meals at home (market about a block away) and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We didn't get to appreciate the courtyard due to inclement weather, but it looked lovely. Ingrid was an excellent hostess and worked hard to make our trip more enjoyable. I highly recommend.

  Comments: We (with 2 small kids) loved our 10-day stay in Barcelona thanks to this great apartment and thanks to Ingrid being a great and accommodating host. The apartment is spacious, clean and everything worked as advertised. It is in a great location, very near La Sagrada and thus very near a Metro station. There is also underground parking nearby if you are driving into Barcelona. There is a supermarket (Caprabo), which was very useful for us. There are several restaurants and pastry shops nearby as well. Our kids loved the garden the few days it was warm enough to play. Ignrid was a great host. She was there dot on time to receive us and explained all the details and a gave us a good idea of Barcelona and its sights. We had to change our departure time a couple of times and Ingrid was really understanding and accommodating about it. She even helped us load the luggages into the car! We would love to stay in this apartment if we ever return to Barcelona.

  Comments: Ingrid was a lovely host - really friendly and kind. Collecting us from the airport was a huge help as she was able to point out a few things about the local area such as a good supermarket, breakfast place and also a couple of good tips for things to do in Barcelona that wouldn't be on the list usually. She was also flexible on the last day and we were able to leave our cases until 2pm which really helped as our flight was at 5.30pm. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with really comfy beds and fabulous showers - always good. I would say the back garden needs a little tidying up/weeding to feel more welcoming. I'm a light sleeper and needed earplugs due to traffic and street noise (my partner and daughter slept fine!). You can also hear the tube rumbling but it's not particularly loud or long lasting and doesn't go on all night - in fact you end up not noticing it - a bit like hearing a plane really. The apartment is in a great location with cafes and restaurants, the Sagrada Familia just up the road and easy access to metro and buses making it simple and quick to get around. It also felt like proper Spain not just a tourist area which is great.

She made us feel very welcome, and chatted to us about Barcelona on our drive from the airport to the apartment. We were delighted with the very spacious apartment, especially the luxury of one huge bathroom each. The king size beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. The location of the apartment was perfect - our front door opened out on to the Av De Gaudi, which is for pedestrians only, and lined with outdoor dining tables. A beautiful picture in dappled light from the tree lined avenue. The area is very quiet, but close to transport (metro or bus). Ingrid is a lovely woman and an ideal ambassador for the very beautiful city of Barcelona. Muchas Gracias Ingrid.

  Comments: Ingrid did a fantastic job at welcoming us to her apartment. We arrived late (almost midnight) and she arranged for a transfer from the airport directly to her apartment, where she was waiting for us. She pointed out places to buy food nearby, set us up on the private wifi, and the apartment had lots of brochures and travel tips for us. She was very welcoming. The apartment was centrally located and exactly as described. Our only complaint is that the apartment is located on the first/ground floor with the bedrooms facing the street. As such, there was a good bit of street noise at night (which is likely normal for Barcelona). The apartment door is located off the main building entrance, so you could hear groups coming back late at night (3:00-4:00am). The last night we stayed there, everything was quiet, so perhaps it was simply a busy weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

She also made sure she explained about the area surrounding the apartment like the grocery store, the restaurants, the best places to visit ... The location of the apartment is just perfect and the furthest thing you'd want to visit in Barcelona is only 10min away. It also features a quite garden that is for your own peace and quite if you ever needed. The backyard outside was very cute and pleasant. The apartment is located in a semi-touristy area since its walking distance to the Sagrada Familia, so it can get a little noisy at times, but we were all able to sleep through the night without problems. It was still a very nice and safe area with restaurants and desserts very close by. We were also a few minutes walking distance to 2 different metro stations (Sant Pau and Sagrada Familia) so it was very convenient to get around Barcelona. Overall a great stay!   Comments: Väldigt bra läge, trevligt område men ganska livligt kvällstid. Vi hade otur och fick stökiga grannar som hyrde lägenheten mittemot. Stor och bra lägenhet, rent och välstädat. Ingrid var trevlig och hjälpsam, men höjde vårt pris efter att vi bokat. Vi bodde där i tre dagar med barn, vilket fungerade bra men lite för oroligt nattetid för vi skulle sova gott. Däremot var som sagt området jättetrevligt och lägenheten ligger toppen.

The Appartment is massive and nice location, however we had 2 issues , one with the fan, and Ingrid was very helpful and resolved the issue straight away, however the second issue was with cleanliness of the kitchenware. We had to wash every single item before using them as they weren't clean. I definitely recommend the place though but I hope this issue would be looked after !

The apartment was really spacious with great big bedrooms, huge living areas, a great laundry and located on a quiet pedestrian street where all the locals meet. Great restaurant right outside the front door providing fabulous service and great food! Metro close by and plenty of good coffee shops nearby also! Would definitely go back here if we had the chance! Ingrid was wonderful!!

  Comments: Very spacious (good size bedrooms and bath as well as kitchen and living room) in a wonderful location. Apartment was immaculate. Street is quaint and Sangrada Familia is at the end of the block. We were very comfortable - metro is in walking distance, lots of taxis near by and the street had both little groceries and restaurants. Much quieter than other areas of Barcelona. I would highly recommend this apartment

  Comments: Ingrid's place is very spacious with modern fixtures. The backyard is amazing and private. She was responsive and helpful. The location was very convenient for sight seeing. The only negatives I would say is there was no shampoo, when it was listed on the profile. We grabbed shampoo from the supermarket which was extremely close, so that was not a huge deal. Make sure you are aware of the additional cleaning fee and tax that you pay in cash to her once you arrive, we thought the cleaning fee was a little high. However, it was a great stay and I would recommend her place.

  Comments: Big apartment, ideal for six guests. Both bathrooms were well-appointed. Apartment location was ideal for Sagrada Familia. Many other great places are within a 1 to 1/5 km walk. Taxis are also plentiful by the apartment, and the subway is nearby. Ingrid was a great host, very willing to work with us as our plans (and guest list) evolved during the week before check-in. I highly recommend this apartment.

  Comments: My husband and I loved our stay in this home! Ingrid was a great, welcoming host and answered a lot of questions we had about the city! You can't beat the location, right in between Sagrada Familia and Sant Pau Recinte Modernista, close to the metro and lots of restaurants. The unit is VERY large - there were only two of us staying there but if you had 4 or 6 people I think it would still feel spacious! It was very clean and comfortable. The table with tourist brochures & the book of recommendations from other guests was a very nice touch! Just make sure to read the full listing description which mentions the cleaning fee & tourist tax which needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. Thanks for hosting us, Ingrid!

  Comments: We stayed at a nicely updated spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath apartment hosted by Ingrid on Avenue De Goudi just up the street from the Sagarda Família. The place is on a non traffic part of the street with restaurants right outside the door with little shops, outdoor cafes, breakfast places with great pastries, flat breads, illy coffee shops. Great safe area. There are so many great places in walking distance. The hop on, hop off bus that carries you to a lot of the tourist areas is one block away. But just walking around some of the areas, you find the best shops & restaurants. We will definitely be staying in this apartment again. Thanks for making it a pleasant stay.

  Comments: Ingrid’s place was wonderful! It was very spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and the showers had great water pressure (a pet peeve of mine). You’ll need to bring soap and shampoo. The metro station is a 5 min walk, and you have restaurants, shops, and a little grocery store right outside the door. The rooms have great blinds that allow you to sleep in late if need be. Ingrid was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat, shop, etc.... We had a great time and would stay there again.

  Comments: We had an excellent time in this spacious and clean apartment. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. The garden is excellent for breakfast or to relax. The only small thing the could bather light slippers is noise coming from passing underground trains. But we were so exhausted from all the walking around the city that did not bother us too much. I highly recommend this place.

We are a couple and a 7 year old child, so the apartment was probably bigger than we needed, but it was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed it. The proximity to sites such as Sagrada Familia, Sant Pau, and the metro station is a huge plus. Also there are some excellent places to eat nearby, with a lot of variety; not everything is touristy. The apartment itself is very clean, and has everything you could need. The garden is lovely, and it was a luxury to have a large and private green space. Ingrid was extremely patient and helpful, answered all our questions promptly and gave useful tips. Highly recommended.

So convenient to the Sagrada Familia (get tix for the 1st tour of the day!), with stores for everything you'll need, and wonderful restaurants just steps away. Ingrid was a fabulous host - she met us at the apartment, gave us tips, showed us around, and thoughtfully set up the spare bed for our 14-year-old. Tips for next guests: bring your ear plugs and mosquito lotion (for the garden of the apt). The apartment is well sound proofed from the street noises but not from the corridor and neighbors next door. Ingrid is very friendly and communication was nice and easy. Overall we had a nice stay.

  Comments: This apartment is in such an ideal location! The tree-lined avenue is pedestrian-only between the Sagrada Familia and the Sant Pau Hospital museum. What a backdrop! There are plenty of great places to eat within a block in either direction. You could just stay right there! We suggest Arrosseria Gaudi right across the street. Ingrid is a fine host and will help you in any way she can. The apartment is well appointed and no matter how you like to make your coffee, the device is there. All the necessities are there to cook for yourself, but with the selection a few steps outside the door, there really is little need. A couple of things to be aware of: The apartment is on the ground floor and the bedrooms face the street. Also, the metro runs under the apartment. We were there in January so the foot traffic was light and the metro noise really wasn't as bad as many hotel HVAC units. It was actually kind of comforting in a strange way. You will hear people coming and going in the building as the entrance is right off the lobby and elevator.

  Comments: Очень хорошие апартаменты , Ингрид, хорошо объяснила как добраться до дома, быстро отвечала на сообщение, тепло встретила, удобный душ, а их целых два, как и количество туалетов, кровати просто шикарные, высыпался как младенец, кухня вполне себе крутая, есть даже телек с ютубом и Netflix, но телевизор как-то плохо ловил вай-фай и поэтому подтормаживало, лучше брать с собой ноут, не ошибётесь, также есть дворик, а он по факту вообще весь ваш, потому что выход в него есть не у всех, короче всем советую, особенно молодым парочкам, можно в 4 въехать и это вполне выгодно по месту расположения и цене)

Cependant, l’appartement est au Rez de chaussée et la porte de l’immeuble est extrêmement bruyante (les gens laissent claquer la porte à n’importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit).   Comments: This flat is spectacular. It’s just two blocks from Sagrada Família and super easy to find on Avinguda Gaudí. There’s restaurants and markets in every direction and two metro stops nearby. The place is adorable inside and has more than enough space for a bigger group. We were just a group of 3 and I honestly felt like we could’ve brought 4 more people with us. The kitchen is well equipped for anything you might want to make, the bedrooms are super clean, and the two bathrooms are huge. You can hear the metro rumble underneath every few minutes, but honestly you don’t notice it after long. Everything about this place was great. Thank you!!

I was there for a conference at Fira and it was relatively straightforward to get there using the Metro. If you are a light sleeper be aware that the metro runs almost right below the apartment and you will hear it. Overall it was a great place and I would be glad to stay there again.
