Description: Fully furnished bedroom in a luxury building with doorman, elevator, laundry room, gym, and swimming pool. The room has a gorgeous view of the Hudson river. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with me. I am clean, quiet, and friendly. Room includes a queen sized bed with washed sheets, comforter, bath towel, desk, and tv. Located right next to Brookfield Place, which is connected to the Oculus. 5-10 minutes away from subway lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, Z, R, E, and PATH This is a flex room, which is a room made by splitting the living room in half with a wooden wall, professionally installed. In New York there are laws around flex rooms, the wall has to have a one foot space on the ceiling. This means that you might be able to hear somebody in the kitchen or living room, but usually I don't use those areas much when I'm home.
