    Comments: The room is on the 16th floor and has an amazing view. The ocean, the moon: breathtakingly pretty. The place is very neat and clean and Olga is very accommodating. She was very flexible with my time of arrival as I had to arrive a little later than planned. I needed a help with a few things and Olga made me feel very welcome and helped with everything. I had some wet clothing from the rain and I was able to use the dryer to dry my clothing. The bathroom is neat and it was really nice to take a nice hot shower after traveling in the rain in NYC. I was very comfortable sleeping on the mattress, with a fresh air from the ocean coming in through the window. Really great experience!

    Comments: Olga is an amazing host very helpful, easy check in, she makes me feel like home, the building is located in a great place.. near the sea, and 13/14 minutes by walk from Coney Island luna park and subway, unfortunately poor cleaning make me feel not comfortable..
