  Comments: El piso era viejo y mal cuidado, se nota que han invertido lo justo en camas y 4 sillas. Al llegar nos lo encontramos sucio y con el aseo inundado, nos dijeron que lo arreglarían y se desentendieron totalmente. Nos pasamos todas las vacaciones usando toda la familia el único baño operativo. La ubicación es algo alejada del centro.

  Comments: Nuno's apartment is very clean and quite large, as it has four bedrooms with comfortable beds. That's a fine place to stay in with a friends or big family. Check-in was organised by Porto Concierge and went really smoothly. Special thanks to Porto Concierge for a bottle of wine, for answering all our questions, and for returning my daughter's phone left at their office!

  Comments: Para empezar tuvimos que ir a una oficina a buscar las llaves, había mucho jaleo y mucha gente con bolsas grandes de ikea que parecía que iban a donar ropa que ya no usaban, parece que era La Oficina de los apartamentos turísticos que tenían, eran las 11, pero nuno nos dijo q a las 12 podíamos ir al apartamento porque tenían que limpiarlo, aceptamos y cuando llegamos la chica de la limpieza aún no terminaba, estaba estresada y fue muy mal educada con nosotros, se enfadó y hizo varias llamadas de las cuales no tenemos idea de lo que decía, pero desde luego daba gritos muy enfadada, nos dijo que nos fuéramos para que ella pueda acabar tranquila y que necesitaba dos horas, puestos a no tener que lidiar con su mal carácter decidimos salir del apartamento y volver al cabo de dos horas, por suerte para nosotros no estaba ya... de nuno no volví a saber nada hasta que me escribió para preguntarme a qué hora me iría el día siguiente, cero hospitalidad, cero anfitrión, cero recibimiento... aún así esto no fue motivo para no disfrutar nuestro viaje!!! Por lo demás el apartamento era bastante real que en más fotos y muy cómodo.

  Comments: Lot of Traffic noise due to old windows toward the street. And the guys where delayed more than 1 hour we where waiting in front of the building and couldtn get in contact with the guys. Finally we came inside then the cleaning team has not been there so it was dirty used beeds beer cans used towels bed linen etc. so i had to wait another 2 hours before i could use the apartment . that was not nice after a long day of traveling

  Comments: O espaço é bem grande, são 4 quartos com 4 camas de casal, acomoda muito bem 8 pessoas. O valor é super acessível então vale a pena alugar em grupo e rachar.

  Comments: Great welcoming! Great location, by walk to city centre and Train station Sao Bento aprox 30min. Great local tips, local vine as a gift, amazing local map and tips for young people , many rooms at apartment, kitchen stuff to cook, late check in (I am very thankfull). Very satisfied , suggest. Had awesome time at Porto those days :)

  Comments: Infelizmente, para esse apartamento minha experiência não foi boa. Os itens anunciados não tinham no apartamento, não existiam. Dizia ter elevador, e não tinha. Eram dois lances de escada. No nosso caso, eramos 5, mas o espaço dizia comportar 8 com 4 quartos e 4 camas de casal. Faltou um de cada na minha conta. E por fim, havia apenas 1 casa de banho quando se dizia 2. No que posso dizer do anfitrião, foram simpáticos e sempre me atenderam, eu tive um atraso no check in, devido a uma outra reunião, e eles foram compreensíveis.

  Comments: Ideal for big groups of people (there are 2 showers), the position was very strategic and Nuno was very helpful and let us postpone the time of our check out to match it with our train. It was only a bit cold but they gave us heaters.

  Comments: All went well and the appartment is as described. Good service and reactivity from the owner. There is bus stop very close and metro not so far. We specially enjoyed "Mercado do Bom Sucesso" which is very close and with many different things to eat and to drink, confortable for a breakfast or a last coffee. There is only one dark point. From the small room with window behind the house, you can ear strong noise during night at around 1AM coming from the internal courtyard (from restaurant I guess).

  Comments: Appartement bien situé MAIS très très bruyant, pas propre, mal équipé (pas un plat, pas une passoire, 7 fourchettes pour un appartement de 8 personnes...). Une salle d'eau avec une douche de 49cm de large et un WC qui ne fonctionne pas. Les volets se ferment mal et laissent passer le jour. Nous avons essayé de contacter Nuno mais nos mails sont restés sans réponse.

  Comments: Bisher hatte ich bei AIRBNB immer sehr viel Glück mit den Unterkünften gehabt. Diesmal hatten wir leider Pech. Diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht nochmal buchen. Kurz vor Antritt der Reise war die Wohnung nicht mehr im Angebot, was mich wunderte. Man hatte mich beruhigt, aber jetzt kenne ich wohl den Grund. Gegen den Gastgeber Nuno kann man nichts sagen. Aber... Vielleicht sind meine Ansprüche was die Sauberkeit und den Zustand der Einrichtung betrifft zu hoch angesetzt. Das Wohnzimmer ist klein und ok. Die Schlafzimmer waren sauber und auch ok, aber keine Möglichkeit Kleidung abzulegen oder aufzuhängen. Dies gilt auch für die Bäder. Das große Bad hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. (Farbe an der Decke blättert ab und....) Das kleine Bad hat eine halbe Duschwanne (eine durchgeschnittene Duschwanne :) und ein WC mit kaputten Schwimmer. Dies scheint schon länger so zu sein. Mein Mann hat es täglich wieder gängig gemacht. Und nun die Küche: Das Geschirr war sauber, aber alles andere ........ Die Oberflächen in den Schränken lösen sich zum Teil ab und die Fronten im Griffbereich sowie die Griffe selbst waren regelrecht dreckig. Alles andere war auch nur oberflächlich sauber. Kochen wollte ich da nicht. Was die Lautstärke betrifft, waren wir ja vorgewarnt....... Straßenlärm in den Zimmer nach vorne und das Zimmer zum Hof bekam den Aufräumlärm vom Restaurant um Mitternacht zu hören. Für Leute denen Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nicht so wichtig sind, ist die Wohnung sicher super. Ich schreibe so detailliert, weil ich die Wohnung nie gebucht hätte, wenn ich das alles gewusst hätte. Auch wenn der Preis relativ niedrig war, habe ich etwas Besseres erwartet. Es wäre eine wunderbare Unterkunft, wenn sie renoviert würde und sauber wäre. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht, denn Porto ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

  Comments: We had seven guests stay at this four bedroom apartment for two nights. We were only given one set of keys for 2 families and was not easy when we requested another set, poor, slow and sometimes very rude communication with the agency. We found that it was very basic and not well appointed for a comfortable stay for seven people, there was no kettle to make a cup of tea and the second shower was to small to use. The location was about 2km from the centre of Porto’s old town. The instructions before arrival were very simple to understand and accomodating. Dealing with an agency rather than an owner itself was quite a different experience.

  Comments: The stay at the apartment was just about what we expected. We were very happy to have seperate bedrooms, since we were a few couples. The location was very good (next to a supermarket and not too far from the city centre). They even leave a bottle of wine for guests. The only downside was the cleanliness in the kitchen (dirty dishes).

  Comments: O apartamento é grande e tem uma excelente localização, porém minha experiência foi muito negativa devido ao intenso calor, excessivo barulho e a falta limpeza do apartamento. Minhas sugestões de melhoria foram enviadas ao Nuno de forma privada para que aplique algumas melhorias aos próximos hóspedes, pois pode ter sido um problema pontual durante a minha hospedagem.

Atraso no check-in, Chegamos no local e não estava pronto para entrar, o pessoal da limpeza estava limpando ainda, e "daquele jeito" em 10 minutos "limparam" o apartamento todo. Tivemos que esperar para entrar! Itens do anuncio não encontrado, 2 dos quartos não tinha aquecedor, não tinha toalhas de rosto, papel higiênico, guardanapos e a cozinha faltava sanduicheira e maquina de café que estava quebrada, entrei em contato com o responsável pelo apartamento o mesmo ficou de me levar no mesmo dia, Estou até hoje esperando rsrs.... Das 5 hospedagens que fiquei na Europa essa foi a pior experiencia, Não recomendo !

  Comments: Das Apartment ist sauber und einfach, aber funktional eingerichtet. Es besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, zwei Badezimmern und vier Schlafzimmern, die jeweils mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet sind. Die Lage ist gut inkl. diverser Möglichkeiten, den in Porto sehr gut organisierten öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu nutzen. Es gibt in der Nähe einige Buslinien sowie etwa 10 min zu Fuß entfernt eine Metrostation mit direkter Anbindung an die Altstadt. Das Konzerthaus ist ebenfalls 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, das Stadion von Boavista Porto 20 bis 25 min. Der Service von "The Porto Concierge" ist gut: Bei unserer Ankunft wartete bereits ein Mitarbeiter am Apartment, um es uns aufzuschließen, den Schlüssel zu übergeben und uns Tipps zu geben. Zusätzlich gab es zur Begrüßung eine Flasche portugiesischen Rotwein. Im Apartment gibt es W-LAN. Im gut 10 min entfernten Büro von "The Porto Concierge" konnten wir am Tag vor unserer Abreise kostenlos unsere Flugpässe für den Rückflug ausdrucken lassen. - Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

  Comments: The best thing about the apartment is the situation and the beds are very comfortable. The worst is not to solve the problems that appear during the stay: 1. Lack of heating devices. There were not enough radiators for all the rooms. We asked that they bring blankets if they could not bring more radiators. There was no answer or explanation. 2. Two leaks appeared during the stay. One in the sink drain in the kitchen and the other in the sink drain in the small bathroom. Neither was solved or answered the various messages that requested it. In summary, although the apartment is very austere, that we already saw with the photos, the worst thing is that they do not solve the problems that arise during a stay and above do not answer the messages.
