  Comments: Kevin house is a lovely apartmet with breath-taking view of the Hong Kong skyline. Apartment has all facilities for a comfortable stay. Clean , well organized, new apartment in a upscale residential building. Higly reccomended.

  Comments: We had problems connecting to the wifi, and the wifi can't be rebooted since they are using the neighbor's connection and there's no TV in the venue. Other than that, the place is great and the host was great on replying to queries.

  Comments: This place has a central location but aside from the hustle. Pretty close to MTR (about 10 minutes walk), the escalators and Lan Kwai Fong area. The apartment is cozy and clean, has everything you need and with a nice view on the skyscrapers. I'd like to mention the bed: it was very soft and comfortable. The host was always in touch and helped us to solve the hot water issue although it was New Year.

  Comments: Finding an airbnb in HK can be a bit challenging. Which is why I felt lucky to stumble upon Kevin/Princes's listing in the Sheung Wan/Central district of HK Island. This district is located right in the midst of a bustling area of the city where it is very international 24 hours a day. The Bnb itself shined with value with plenty of square footage, amenities such as high speed wif and a breathtaking view out of every window. If you're lucky enough to reserve this listing for the duration of your stay in HK, you may be hard pressed to find a better value.

  Comments: Me and my son stayed in Kévin’s place over the weekend. The location is really good, close to nice restaurants and cafés. The view from the bed is almost surreal, at least for us not being used to waking up 27 floors up from the ground. Great views in two directions. There is a doorman 24/7 who is very kind and welcoming. Make sure you stop for food and drinks at Little Bao down on the street, great place! I would stay here again if I travel to Hong Kong again!

  Comments: When you read reviews and descriptions that everything is so close...well this flat is pretty darn accurate. So close to bars, 7-11, amazing shopping (PMQ) , and 20min walk to the peak tram. This place is perfect to experience a day in the life of Hong Kong with all the tourist stomping grounds at your door step. For have never been to HK, this flat made it so easy to navigate through the city. The view is amazing and pretty spectacular. Watch the LED light show on a skyscraper while lying in bed. Felt like my own home and I will definitely come back. Communication with Kevin and Princes was so quick and they accommodated me with my late flight. Smooth check-in. There’s a reason why this place is always booked, because it’s place you should be!

  Comments: Cozy place, good for a single business traveler. Kevin is a great host, and responded quickly to my texts. Located close to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Keep in mind that this area requires some uphill walking/stairs in order to get around, so its not the best for people with any mobility issues.
