You can even walk downtown from here. 24/7 onsite security guard and video camera surveillance will give you an added sense of security during your stay. My roommate is a super nice French girl; she frequently stays with her boyfriend, so chances are you will be at home on your own. Bed linens, towels and basic amenities will be provided.

Neighborhood Overview: Part of trendy Plateau Mont Royal, close to the village, Latin quarter, and a few metro stops from downtown with its artistic scene. You can go skating in Parc Lafontaine a few steps away from the apartment building, or go explore Old Port, Mount Royal or Saint Denis bustling with life, day and night.

Notes:

Transit: Bus just around the corner and a metro station 5 minute walk away make this place really convenient to explore the city. Best of all, the apartment is just a walk from downtown.

Access: Guests will have access to the kitchen and livingroom during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dish washer, so they can prepare their meals, if they like. Laundry and drying machines available in the building as well.

House Rules: As the other bedroom is occupied by my roommate (a lovely French woman in her 30-s), guests are requested to be respectful. Smoking in the building is not allowed.
