Comments: Had a wonderful stay at Branden's home! The location was perfect (close to nightlife and restaurants), the view from both lanais were gorgeous, and the parking spot was very convenient to have for our car rental. Loved being able to watch the sunset over the marina. He provided us beach towels and everything we needed. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Comments: The place was a little older than I expected. If you wanna stay near Ala moana shopping center with a rental car, the place is nice! However, the parking garage is tiny and different to get in/out. Be safe please!

Comments: Brandon's condo is in a great location that is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the harbor in Waikiki. It also took only 25 mins to drive to the airport. Aaron, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. Prior to arrival, I suggest reading or asking for specific instructions from Aaron or Brandon to access room keys and locate the designated parking space. The living room was clean and quite spacious with a TV, couch, ceiling fan and balcony overlooking the skyscrapers and bay. There is an A/C in the bedroom and it made sleeping much more comfortable in mid-August's temperature. I was also glad there were plenty of water bottles in the refrigerator and bath/shower amenities that were provided for us. Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at Brandon's condo as it is very close to many places we visited. I would highly recommend this condo to others and wouldn't mind staying in another one of Brandon's beautiful condos.

Comments: Our stay here was so rewarding. The location is super convenient, the place is cool, spacious, and homey. So much so we decided to extend a night and enjoy the view of the incredible sunset from the balconey one more time. Brandon was more than gracious and accommodating, willing to work with our timelines (check in/check out). Definitely coming back here, hopefully a lot.

Comments: My husband and I spent our 4th Wedding Anniversary in Hawaii and stayed at Brandon's place. The room was spacious, clean with free drinks and beach towels. It's a perfect location, surrounded by scenic views from the balcony and it is right in the middle of everything in Waikiki. You can walk 10 to 15 mins to the Mall/Shops and just 5 about mins towards the beach. Aaron, the host was so friendly and helpful and Brandon replied immediately after booking and gave clear instructions. We will definitely come back in the future. Mahalo!

Comments: The photos are what you will get! The balcony with the view is so nice for morning coffee and sunset views. It's walking distance to the beach, shopping and food. Open the slider and windows and you will feel the trade winds at night. The free parking space was a plus as most places charge upwards of $20 a day for parking. - Terry the Traveler

Comments: We absolutely loved the location and airiness of the apartment. However, the street and surrounding AC noise was quite bad and cost us many hours of sleep. The apartment could do with some loving touches such as pictures on the walls or a couch table to make guests feel more at home. On our arrival, we only found one set of towels for two persons and no glasses at all for water or wine. These issues were fixed quickly by the host though. The view was great but due to the noise we hardly ever used the balcony.

Comments: Brandon is a great host. His communication and service was excellent. Our arrival flight was early and so he accommodated us to check in early with no hesitations. The condo is very charming and made my girlfriend and i feel right at home. The views are spectacular from both balconies; we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day. Location, location, location! Great location. Mahalo Brandon

Comments: Brandon's place was great, exactly as described and in a superb location! Walking distance to everything and the view from the balcony is a memorable one for sure! Maxine was there to assist promptly with any questions, offered helpful tips and made our stay there such a pleasure! This place had everything we needed for the 3 weeks we were there. They even had drinks for us when we arrived! Their service is great!! I'd highly recommend this place. A little noisy yes because you are close to the street, but the view and being able to see the fireworks on Fridays (and sometimes during the week), was unbeatable. Definitely a great place to stay! Will highly recommend it! Thanks for a great time Maxine!!

Comments: Clean and modern condo, within walking distance of the beach and Ala Moana Center. Amazing balcony view! The only negative is that the parking is cramped but considering everything else it's well worth it.

Comments: This unit was perfect for my wife and I who wanted to be close to Waikiki, but wanted to have a home away from home when the day ended. Comfy bed and super clean place. A nice couch to relax on at the end of the day and a fridge and kitchen to help us plan snacks for our road trips really was great. This is not the most modern building, but for the value who cares? We had a small car that worked well with the parking spot available, and everything in the unit made me feel like I was in my own apartment off the beach instead of some cold crappy hotel room with no kitchen. The kitchen came with all the plates and utensils, some coffee, spices, heck even a small bag of rice and some drinks in the fridge. If you want a great experience for a good price this is it. If you want the spend twice as much, pay for parking, and have no kitchen, stay at the hotels along the beach. I'd come back to this unit any time.

Comments: Let me first state....this location is perfect! We were there for a full month. You can walk to beach with ease every day and night. Shops, dining, transit...all in easy walking distance. The only problem is the street noise in front, and other apartment and grounds keeping noise in back (bedroom). We used ear plugs...you will need them if windows and lanai doors are open. We got used to the earplugs and the noise. There is a parking space which is a plus...but do be sure to secure an economy (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a very, very small garage with a small space. Take care with parking. The unit is old...but the location more than makes up for any shortcomings. There is fireworks to enjoy every Friday nite at 7:45 (times may change as you head to longer days). We watched from several locations...best viewing is across the street at the Hilton Hawaiian village man made pond area....wonderful. As for the unit specific challenges...we reported to property managers that we immediately replaced the shower curtain liner due to a good deal of mold. This is a highly humid (Website hidden by Airbnb) mold is to be expected. But it should have been handled prior to our check in. They offered to take care of it, but since we needed showers upon arrival, we immediately replaced. The hot water faucet in tub needs repair as it leaked water with a steady stream shooting onto the floor. PM was ready to have repaired but We fixed by wrapping a washcloth around it to capture/divert water. It would probably take a plumber, and we did not want to be inconvenienced with the (Website hidden by Airbnb) we kept our remedy in place and informed PM to fix upon our departure. All in all...we loved our stay. The place gets a great cross breeze ( trade winds) and is close to everything. But, do expand your visit to the whole island....the beauty is everywhere.

Comments: My stay here was amazing. Great scenery, located near great shops and restaurants, and have a nice view of the beach. Maxine is a great host, she is easy to get in contact with whenever you have concerns and need any help. Overall one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone wanting to visit Hawaii.

Comments: Location was great and patio had a great view but the sliding doors wouldn't close and it was quite noisy day and night. Overall it's clean and has all the extras (household items such as dishes, iron, extra linens etc) but the bathroom is tiny and the floors throughout are super creaky. Parking is also very tiny and cramped, and pulling in and out is a nuisance.

Comments: We received great and fast communication before arriving in Hawaii, we had a an easy check in and was a bonus we could leave it bags downstairs until our room was ready. We received a text two hours prior to check in time to let us know our room was ready! The space was clean and had beautiful views, we walked to shops and bused from about 1.5km down the road along to pearl harbour. We had mostly all we needed in the kitchen for full cooking and felt right at home for our three days. As stated there was slight traffic noise and the elevator stoped working for a couple hours on our last day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comments: Good location on the fringe of Waikiki, very nice view from the balcony, toiletries provided were more than adequate; Noise level very high, interrupted sleep every night despite earplugs due to traffic, sirens and people screaming; overall good value for money if you can block out noise easily.

Comments: You get what you pay for. I was going for a cheaper place and I definitely payed for it. This is located about 1/2-1mile from the beach, and does NOT have a fireworks view. I read the details and messed up when I was offered a rental car upgrade to a Jeep (my bad). This did not fit in the lower parking. I called Maxine and she was very prompt but definitely annoyed with me, asking if I read the rules. She was able to get me a new spot on the upper level at $15/day. Upon walking in the unit, it looked clean from afar. Once I was inside, I noticed sticky residue on the table, and dirt everywhere. The kitchen was not clean, the fridge was disgusting, I had to clean the handle just to open it (we bought groceries before checking in). The bathroom is what really got me. I understand its a humid island but the mold in the bathroom is not acceptable. I lived on a very humid island for the past 3 years, and never had mold like this. A little bleach-water mixture will take care of that real quick. Additionally, there was hair folded into the clean towels. The light switches were filthy as well. The bedroom wasn't too bad. The a/c unit is extremely loud, which was the only reason I could not hear the noise from the street all night. Over all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay closer to the beach area, in a cleaner place.

Comments: This place was a great bang for your buck! You’re really close to the beach, restaurants in Waikiki and have great views from the 10th floor of the building. The place was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials needed. We did have an issue with parking please be sure to get a compact car because it’s in a lower garage which clearance is only 5’9’’ — which I saw when booking but didn’t realize how small that was. Originally we planned on a small car but splurged on a Jeep. So when we pulled up in our Jeep we didn’t fit. Fortunately there was a place available on the upper deck where we could pay another 15$ a night opposed to not having any parking at all. But don’t let this be you! They have fans in the living room and bedroom which help keep the place very cool. However the only AC is a window unit in the bedroom. Which definitely worked well for the bedroom not so much for the living room. We were there in August it wasn’t terrible in the living room with the ceiling fan going but just to add that last piece so there are no surprises! Overall we had a great stay here and would stay here again! You can save a ton of money and still be very close to a ton of amenities!

Comments: Overall we would not stay again. The location and price are really the only positives. The pictures do not represent the current furniture and appliances in the property. The stove is rusted and the refrigerator is very dirty. The bathroom shower curtain has mold on it. Some outlets in the bedroom and living room do not work, additionally the lamp right inside the door would not turn on. The AC in the bedroom is very loud. The parking space is very tight, we knew it was for a compact car, but did not realize the layout of the garage would make parking and exiting the garage so challenging. Additionally, having more information about where the parking space is located would have been helpful as I did not see a space number in the listing and had to contact the host, from whom we received a reply very quickly.

Comments: We had a very nice stay here. The bed was super comfortable., especially for someone like me who has back problems. The views were great. It was nice and clean and they left beach items for us to use. The building is older (as noted by the host). The bathroom is a bit small and tub is older, but otherwise we were very comfortable and really enjoyed the location. Someone in an earlier review said they could t see the Friday night fireworks from the balcony but we definitely saw them—no problem. Loved it!

Comments: Great experience. Apartment is very basic, but it’s clean and served its purpose. Was at Hilton Village for a work conference and the location was superb. Felt safe walking home from Hilton bar at night. Plus there’s a bar at hotel right next door which has friendly staff. Apartment had everything I needed. Hosts were responsive and helpful although we never met. I asked about a blender before my trip since I make shakes for breakfast and she wasn’t sure if there was one or not, but when I arrived there was one on site. Not sure if she went out to get one for me or not, but I was happy it was there. All in all great easy stay.

Comments: Hello! I want to keep this short and sweet. Our host james was easy to contact and helped out a ton with everything I needed. Pros: Great price, good view, was close to everything (mall, groceries store, restaurants, Waikiki beach) Pretty clean.. My boyfriend and I bought Clorox wipes just to wipe down some things but that's just us and our ocd lol. Clean towels, comfortable bed, AC in the room and fans in the living room, everything you basically needed. Cons: There were tiny ants in the kitchen. I noticed them the first day that we stayed before we bought groceries or ate at the airbnb and they never left. There wasn't a ton but enough were I saw them on the counter and the cabinet, I was hoping they would go away but nope. Also the sink in the restroom takes a while for the water to go down. And parking..ohhhh the parking! The parking was tight, The info does state the garage is 5"9 so please do yourself a favor and get a compact car. It was really tight, it took maybe 3 times to back up out of the parking with all the other cars in there lol! But hey its better than paying! So keep that in mind. Overall, I would stay there again.
