  Comments: This was my first Airbnb stay, and it could not have gone any better! 1. Location The place is located in a central area (Hell's Kitchen), yet it will not be as chaotic and noisy than if you stayed at a hotel in Times Square. It's just two blocks away from the theater district and Times Square. Plenty of food options (just a block away from Gotham Market). And if you need to get anywhere, the subway stop is two blocks away too. The neighborhood is safe, even if you come back late at night/early in the morning. I never felt unsafe. 2. Apartment The apartment is a modern, minimalistic look, so it is not one of those historical NY apartments. It is much sleeker than even hotels I've stayed, even the lobby. You are granted one key access, both for the building and the apartment. The photos are 100% accurate on what you will expect. 3. Bedroom The bedroom is pretty small, because the bed is large. But you get a walk-in closet to put your luggage and clothes! There is plenty of sunlight seeping in as well. 4. Host The host is excellent! She responds very quickly and is able to accommodate you with almost everything. She even serves breakfast! Whether you're traveling alone (like me) or with a family, you will not be disappointed in staying here.

  Comments: Our stay here was wonderful! Such a great location and only a 10 min easy walk to time square and about the same to most plays and restaurants. We had an air problem the first night and she went above and beyond making sure it was corrected so we were comfortable. Very sweet and look forward to her coming our way one day to Nashville.

The apartment is very clean, and Brandy made us feel so welcome! The rooftop patio is a must, ate dinner and breakfast up there and the view is unbeatable. Overall, an amazing stay in NYC!

  Comments: PROs *The place is very convenient as it is in Midtown area (Especially for first timers in the city) *There are lots of good places to eat in the area as well *Feliz was friendly and willing to chat and help you with whatever questions you have about the city *She was willing to share her coffee too! :) CONs *In her ad, she mentions that she takes pride in having a spotless living environment, however that was not the case when we were there. We unfortunately had to ask her about replacing garbage bags and cleaning stains on the kitchen counter among others. *In the ad as well, it is mentioned that the place has a large living room area, but what you actually see on the photo is the actual area. It's not large and just enough for a couple of people *I gave her a heads up that we were going to be four people staying and asked if that was okay and if she had extra mattresses. In one of her messages, she specifically mentioned that she had 1 queen bed and 2 "high quality" floor mattresses. The queen bed was perfect when we got there, but we had no "high quality" mattresses. One of us had to sleep in two comforters put together on the floor for about 9 nights. The other slept in a foldable mattress, clearly not the "high quality" type. But it did its job. Overall we think it's still worth it staying in her place. We just think she probably needs to either change her ad about certain things or make necessary changes with the "mattresses" she has. And also we think it would help if she will buys a new trashcan in the bathroom as it is broken. :)

  Comments: Appartement très propre correspondant aux photos dans un quartier proche de tout. On s’y sent en sécurité. Et c’est super calme (sauf quand un livreur se trompe de sonnettes à 3h du matin mais ca ce n’est pas de sa faute )! La literie est très agréable. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Feliz mais elle a répondu à toutes nos interrogations par message très rapidement. Je recommande chaudement ce logement

  Comments: Was in town for an event and her location to Javits was a breeze of a walk (About 10-15 min walk) Didn't have to take the subway and the great part is the restaurants surrounding her apartment. The pictures are pretty accurate of her place and the security for her apartment complex is secure and safe. I really appreciate how Feliz allowed me to check in early and was accommodating with my schedule. The only tidbit we had was the Internet service not working (which sucked since we couldn't get much signal with our phones as we're surrounded by brick) and some used dishes in the sink. We didn't mind the dishes since we had no use for the kitchen, and it could be in part that we checked in at an earlier time than intended. So in the end I'm not bothered by it at all. Overall her place is clean and is friendly walking distance to restaurants. I will definitely book another stay here if I come with a friend or two.

  Comments: My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying with Feliz. She lives in a prime location (about 10-20 minute walk from every tourist attraction). She was also a welcoming host, and her space was comfortable to stay in.

  Comments: Nothing to say about the flat itself, which is nice a well located. Unfortunately this wasn’t our best stay in NYC.. even though Feliz is a genuinely nice person, she makes you feel like a guest in her own place, while we paid a consistent amount of money for renting out the room. This happens when the host is living in the flat she is renting. Also, she complained about our going in and out with luggages, though we were on a business trip and no options - we had to carry our work in an out for meetings in the city. The flat was sufficiently clean, a part from the bathroom that after two days of several people taking a shower was quite dirty. And it remained dirty until we left. Last but not least, there were way too many rules to follow (don’t use the main entrance, don’t talk to people, don’t use the kitchen, etc.). We felt like in a Boot Camp! So, if you want a relaxing time and you wanna feel good at home, don’t book this place.

Bedroom was big enough, quiet area and the bed was comfortable. The apartment location is good though, it just takes 10 minutes to walk to the Time Square.

Within walking distance to many locations as well as shops, subway stations, and really nice restaurants and bars. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Can't say enough how good the bed is, I slept so well! Also the shower is incredible. Instent hot water and really good water pressure.   Comments: Overall, great value for money. The place is in a luxurious residential building - quiet, close to everything in Manhattan. In reality, the room is cozier than it looks on the pictures. The bed is, indeed, legendary! Feliz is very nice - she definitely has a sense of privacy, but she is also ready to help with whatever she could. I highly recommend!

  Comments: my boyfriend and I spent 9 nights at Feliz ... and I must say that we were pleasantly satisfied. feliz welcomed us personally, the room was very cozy and well arranged, we found several clean towels for us and a walk-in closet at our disposal. feliz is a very discreet host, has always done everything to not invade our privacy and leave as much as possible the common spaces (such as the bathroom) The location is perfect just 10 minutes walk from time square and the area is full of shops and restaurants of all kinds, even the subway is very close. Feliz is discreet and very helpful we can not help but highly recommend this accommodation

  Comments: Feliz ist eine nette Gastgeberin und hat uns gut empfangen. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Es konnte je nachdem knapp werden für 2 Personen auf dem Bett, es hat jedoch noch eine Matratze vor Ort, die Notfalls auf dem Boden platziert werden kann. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und Nachbarschaft wohl gefühlt. Der nahe gelegene Supermarkt mit Kaffee-Ecke ist ideal und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr sicher. Wir haben uns nie unwohl oder unsicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr modern und schön, leider war das Badezimmer jedoch stark verschmutzt. Sowohl die Dusche, als auch die Toilette waren sehr dreckig und für jemanden, der es sehr gerne sauber hat, nicht ideal. Die Toilette war unter dem Deckel voll von Kot und in der Dusche waren viele schwarze Stellen ersichtlich. Die restliche Wohnung war sauber. Leider hat uns Feliz erst 24 Stunden vor unserer Anreise mitgeteilt, dass sie gezügelt hat und die Wohnung neu an einem anderen Ort liegt. Das ist viel zu spät, so konnten wir in kürze auch keine Alternative mehr suchen. Die neue Wohnung war zwar im selben viertel, jedoch immerhin 15 Minuten zu Fuss vom gebuchten Standort entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sicher für Einzelpersonen oder Paare geeignet und man hat nur 10 Minuten Fussweg zu einer grösseren U-Bahn-Station und 10 Minuten Fussweg zum Central Park. Wem also Sauberkeit nicht so wichtig ist und wer gerne zu Fuss die Stadt kennenlernen möchte, der ist sicher bei diesem Apartment richtig.
