  Comments: It is recommendable. I'd like to thank him that he tried to provide proper answers about my inquiries. I appreciated it. The building itself was rather old, but the room was clean & neat. There are two air-conditioner having you stay cool. You can enjoy warm/hot showers as well. I didn't use kitchen this time. There are three door locks to get into the room. 1) a building's gate 2) Middle door lock outside of your room 3) the room. Their password consist of all numbers. After you're familiar with it, it would be no problem. Please just have it in mind. It is close to the Austin station. But if you want to go Central or its near stations, you need to transfer once. You could get Jordan or Tsim Sha Tsui station by walk, but it would be relatively long way. Please check. In conclusion, I enjoyed staying this room. Thanks for your reading.

  Comments: The house is great and the location is near to metro｡Although it is not spacious but enough for 2-3 people and the price is reasonable. There are many restaurant besides the house and you always can taste local food in that place. Besides, the owner is nice and patient to us, always gave more useful details for us.

  Comments: Dzd is probably one of the most accommodating hosts I've stayed with! As it was our first time in hongkong, he sat down with us in his home and showed us restaurants, attractions, shopping areas on the map and subway line. As expected of HK real estate, his home is very small but clean and cozy. Its well air conditioned for the humid weather & really close to all amenities; restaurants, subway stations, shopping, street markets etc. The wall outlet converters we brought with us didn't work, and as soon as we asked, he managed to get us 4 of them. He also got us extra blankets and padding to make the sofa bed more comfortable. As we arrived in HK in typhoon season, he constantly messaged us to check up if we're okay- if we're trapped in the heavy rain, which is honestly so sweet of him! If we were to come back to HK again, we would definitely stay with Dzd!

  Comments: Great location, easy access from the airport. Good for getting around Kowloon side of hk. Heaps of food and shopping close by. Small apartment but average for hk standards. We stayed with a young baby and it was JUST enough room. If you have a baby I'd recommend you bring an extra window shade as it was very bright in the room with the blind pulled down.

He is a great host, fast in replies and is always available when you need some advice in where to visit in HK or if you need replenishment of household items during the stay. The apartment is very clean and facilities are very new and of good quality! The place is also very convenient, its walking distance to 3 different MTR stations and even if you take cab to town areas, its very affordable! There is also 24 hours convenient stores and restaurants just below the block which make our lives as night owls so much more convenient.   Comments: Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us. It was a little small (this is HK after all) but very cozy for the three of us. It was meticulously clean and is very convenient to get around HK. Austin station is just a few minutes walk and so is Mong Kok and all the eateries nearby.   Comments: Dickson was a wonderful host. He communicated clearly before, during, and after our stay. Since I was arriving late Dickson indicated he would meet us at the bus stop. Walking back with us, he also showed us how to access the unit along with an intro of the flat. The unit is small but this is not uncommon in Hong Kong. Very clean and modern. Plus there was a hot plate with utensils and a small bar fridge as well. We wished that there was a closet but there were hooks on the wall with hangers which was sufficient. I would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic and our host was superb!

  Comments: If Location is what you are looking for, this compact apartment (by HK standards, normal size) is the best place to be. Located in the central part of the city, it is walking distance to the Kowloon station (airport express) and two other metro stations. Being central, a variety of supermarkets, eating joints are in the vicinity; the night market and Nathan road are just a few minutes away. The apartment is quite modern, good for two people (three becomes a crowd, unless it is a small child). It consists of a living room with a sofa cum bed, a bedroom and a bath-cum-toilet, all compact. The access is through electronic key, so there were no issues of handing over keys at time of check-in/out. The wifi in this place is quite good. The presence of kettle, hot plate, OTG, fridge, along with the necessary utensils gives flexibility. The apartment has only one window in the bedroom (other than bathroom); with other tall buildings in the vicinity, there is no great view of the outside - just the street and the next building. The host was great in terms of responsiveness, be it any problem in the apartment (hardly any), tips on where to eat, visit, etc. Had a great time visiting HK and this apartment added to it. Overall, for two persons, recommended.

  Comments: Brilliant location, conveniently located close to the city centre of Hong Kong, Dzd’s apartment was located right next to Austin MTR Station and Kowloon MTR Station, making it easily accessible and a breeze to get around, at the same time not overwhelmingly busy, unlike Mong Kok or Tsim Sha Tsui which can get too crowded at times. There is also a high-end shopping mall named Elements, located just round the corner where there is a wide range of different shops, restaurants and a supermarket selling an extensive range of both local and international produce. In addition, there are also plenty of different restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores located just downstairs. The apartment was spotlessly clean, neat & tidy, very comfortable bedding, huge TV in the living room and the apartment was also of a very good size for Hong Kong. Plus points for the heartwarming extra touches such as instant noodles, packaged drinks and snacks that the host left for us. Dzd was also really helpful throughout our stay, communicating with us, catering to our every need and helping us with transportation around the city. All in all, we had a great time in Hong Kong and we look forward to coming back again.

Located walking distance from the MTR and the Airport Express, walking distance from Temple Street, and with restaurants and convenient stores nearby, the location is perfect for travellers to explore. The place itself was extremely clean, and with all the necessary amenities (high speed internet a nice plus!). Good use of space, and the bathroom is a comfortable size. Highlight of my stay was the host Dzd, who was a great communicator thay was always keeping an open dialogue, and always happy to answer questions and provide recommendations. His responses were very prompt. Would definitely stay again!

  Comments: The place is really strategic, closely to temple street and what we really like is cheap shopping along jordan street. Cheap clothes with good quality :D :D Restaurants, 7eleven, station, bus stop is near by. So mongkok, tsim tsa shui, causeway bay can be reach less than one hour. But the room so freezy for us whos coming from tropic island. Bcoz no heater on the room, but other facilities that write in the list are working good. We like this place.   Comments: This flat was amazingly clean, worth the price. Altho it was a bit small, but I think its common in HK since they dont have big lands there. The landlord also very very intuitive, and friendly. I arrived at hongkong in the last flight and late night. Its chinese new year and i got lost. But i called him and he was very quick response and guide me to the apartment. He checked me in many times when i was in hongkong and gave me tips about hongkong local foods n market.

  Comments: Staying here put my trust back in AirBnB - after a long flight, it was really nice for Dickson to come and meet me at the airport bus stop and walk me and my luggage directly to the accommodation. We dropped off my bags and then he walked me halfway to the ferry terminal to the mainland, which is where I was going next. You wouldn't get that level of service with most hotels. Although there's quite a lot of construction going on in this bit of Kowloon, and it's a busy area, the place is modern and the apartment is scrupulously clean. I really liked the modern keypad entry system with digits that flash on and off, so futuristic compared with my bunch of keys back home. The apartment is small but for a solo traveller it's ideal. There's aircon in the bedroom and also in the living room/kitchen, and a fridge too. The bathroom is small but the space is used effectively. The whole place is covered in clean monochrome grey tiles, including the walls. There's some nice touches like jasmine tea and some snacks. As I did say, it's a busy area so you can hear traffic noise (especially the beeping of the pedestrian crossing) but I slept soundly with earplugs. You can also hear pigeons but they're on the outside so that's not a problem! The one thing that I will remember was the fire alert (on my first day). I had left the apartment and came back a few hours later to find the area sealed off with police tape and firemen with water hoses everywhere. Not sure where it was, but thankfully we were back inside an hour or so later and everything was fine!

  Comments: We booked two units in the floor. This one bedroom unit has quite a spacious living room, a toilet and bath and a bedroom that nicely fits a queen-sized bed. All amenities are readily available so it is very convenient. The Austin MTR station is within 5 minutes walk away and the Jordan station is about 10 minutes away. We were a family consisting of a couple, an infant and an elderly who just underwent hip replacement surgery and the location allows us easy access to places we wanted to visit. On the ground floor of the same building are lots of eateries and a few convenience stores nearby or across the street. The host was very helpful and concerned of our well-being and our stay. He was very responsive to questions and provided a lot of guide and help. Overall we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at both units from the same host.

  Comments: This apartment is really conveniently located next to major transit lines (bus, subway, and bullet train), as well as upstairs from a grocery store and all-night food places. The host was great, and gave very clear directions for getting to the space and getting in. The space itself was very clean, and included a variety of tourist information for us to use. Made for a great home base; thank you so much!

  Comments: Dzd详细的告知了大厦的位置,让我们很顺利的就找到了地方｡大厦楼下有各种美食,最爱点点心｡出行也很方便,步行五分钟即是Austin站,跨年的时候从海港城走回来大概也就二十分钟吧｡下次到香港的时候,还可以选择这里｡

  Comments: Квартира имеет отличное расположение, метро в шаговой доступности. В непосредственной близости много кафе и магазин 7/11. Недалеко имеется рынок и несколько торговых центров. Сама квартира очень чистая, имеются все необходимые принадлежности, приятным бонусом от хозяина была бутилированная вода и конфетки))) Быстрый wi fi, а главное работал он без перебоя. Соотношение цена/качество идеальное! Хозяин квартиры очень оперативно отвечал на все вопросы и всегда готов был помочь. Очень удобно, что замок в квартире электронный. Ни мы не были привязаны к одному ключу и ни к встрече с хозяином квартиры. Лично для себя решила, при следующей поездке в Гонк Конг по возможности опять остановлюсь в квартире Dzd.

  Comments: 在寸土寸金的香港,DZD的屋子首先地理位置好,交通方便｡楼下有点点心茶餐厅等,佐敦道上各种饮食十分方便｡进屋密码,监控,感觉很安全｡一个主卧可睡两人,客厅沙发床可睡一人｡独立的卫生间,有浴帘,干湿分离｡还有电磁炉,热水壶,烤箱,小冰箱等,自己煮食也很方便｡个人觉得大小非常适合两三个人小住｡主人打扫得十分干净整洁,主人还准备了雨伞,洗漱用品等,体贴周到｡唯一觉得缺憾的是床的长度比内地的标准床短了点,估计一米八的大个子要弯着腿,或者斜着睡觉了｡
