All rooms are located on the upper level except for master bedroom (and its bathroom) so maximum privacy for exhausted parents or a couple . Both levels are linked by a circular staircase with doors on each level for safety. There are independent entrance doors on each level. Baby's bedroom with crib, large kid bedroom with twin size bed + ensuite bathroom, also an extra toilet and sink room near the kitchen + laundry/dryer unit, all on the upper level. The lower level also offers a grand terrace an double separated closet near the master bedroom and bathroom.

Neighborhood Overview: Our block is conveniently located near the high line, art galleries, Hudson River park, and Chelsea pier to name just a few, so a tremendous amount of nice activities is offered right at your steps. Our neighborhood is also filled with nice little restaurants for every taste all around. Few blocks away you'll find the great Chelsea market, the organically stylish Foragers mini market and few other places for your groceries.

Notes: We ask our guests to be as courteous as possible with our neighbors and to not be too noisy during their stay. It is a quiet townhouse and we all try to respect and cherish this as it is such a rare opportunity to unwise and relax in such a fast pace, noisy and exciting place that is New York City.

Access: Guests access is limited to our duplex.

Interaction: Unfortunately you will not have interaction with me as I'm traveling in Europe when hosting my place on Airbnb. Though, you will interact with my trusted housekeeper that will make everything possible to make your stay pleasant. You may see my husband too if he's not traveling.
