  Comments: What a find! Cute, nicely-laid-out one-bedroom apartment with everything you need, including a dishwasher, and TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Ultra clean. Nice big shower. Quiet street, but walking distance to a nice shopping area (housing the excellent Maui Pie Company) and a block from the beach. Highly recommend.

  Comments: Highly recommend this place if you plan to stay on Maui. The area is very quiet, yet scenic and close to everything. The beach is literally a 20 second walk from the place. Other stores are located near by, very short distance. There are events going on around the area as well at times, so everything is a walking distance from the condo. The condo itself was very comforting and the host provided many things that you need.

  Comments: We loved staying at Sandi's condo. We appreciated the location, next door to a nice grocery store and a short residential black away from a shallow and sheltered beach. While the condo itself is older, the kitchen, floors, and bathroom have both been updated. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lanai area is semi-private, but the neighbors are very close. It's a non-smoking association, but they do provide a smoking area (it's in the parking lot or you can go off property). The nice thing about that is that you don't have smoke coming into your space. That's especially nice because we had the doors and windows open the whole time we were there. The grounds are groomed and immaculate. I wish that I could tell you about the pool and hot tub, but with the beach so close we never had an occasion to make use of them. Kihei itself has some fun shopping (great quilt shop, Coconut's, craft fair) and plenty of grocery stores to choose from. Sandi also provided beach chairs, a couple of boogie boards, and two beach towels. Since we were there for ten days it was nice to have a second set of bath towels. The washer and dryer were just outside the condo and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay at Sandi's condo again.

  Comments: Sandi's place is right across the street from the beach, super close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants, and has plenty of parking. Conveniently located to plenty of sights in Maui. All the amenities make staying there very comfortable. Plenty of towels and extras like beach chairs and a cooler. The value is excellent. The bathroom and shower are super clean and our stay was all the better thanks to being at this Airbnb location. Thank you Sandi and Brenda!

  Comments: My three friends and I stayed in Sandi’s place for 10 days and it was amazing! The condo had a bed and a pull out couch and easily accommodated the four of us. Less than a minute walk to the beach and to the grocery store! Very central location and even without a car we found it easy to navigate the island. Very clean and Sandi was quick to reply if we had any issues or questions. Would 100% recommend! Thanks Sandi!

  Comments: As advertised, Sandi's place is in a great location to explore the island from. Very clean and check-in was effortless. The entire complex is well maintained and beautifully landscaped with a nice pool and hot tub area. I was impressed with the community grill and eating area as well with everything provided to have a group meal grilled on the spot while you and your group enjoy the pool area. Easy to walk to the beach less than a block away and also walking distance to all kinds of shopping and eating options as well. We took full advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that Sandi had available. Well stocked with bath towels, beach towels and additional linens. It was so nice to come home from a day of exploring to a clean, central location that was safe and well-stocked with anything we might need. Thank you Sandi!

  Comments: I'm a big believer in sharing reviews, so I hope that this will be helpful. Sandi was very helpful before I booked, answering questions about how her place would be for my disabled son. (It was great for him.) The place itself was AWESOME -- very high-end kitchen and bathroom finishes. The complex was well-kept, quiet, and we met some incredible people nightly at the pool. The reason I gave it a four instead of a five was because nothing is perfect. In this case, there were 2 TVs and a DVD player, but only 12 basic channels and 2 old Meryl Street movies in a cabinet. Bring your own DVDs, or a ROKU, and you'll be set! Second, a yard or so from the back patio was a 6 foot high Bougainvillea that separated the unit from a somewhat noisy street. Combined with the patio above and the overhang in front, the unit was a bit dark and didn't have any view at all. At this price point I found you get either a small ocean view with a crappy interior, or a nice interior without a view, but not both. So just decide what is most important to you personally.

  Comments: Thank you Sandi for a wonderful stay in an apartment that was super clean, comfortable and relaxing. The pool was great and gardens beautiful. The location was close to everything we needed including shops, restaurants and the local supermarket with the beach a very short walk. We didn't have a car but the city bus stop was 2 minutes walk away providing us easy access from Wailea to Maalaea Harbour and everything in between. We really thank Brenda as well for quick responses to the couple of questions we had (we now know what a water sensor alarm is). Thanks again.

Everything was as described, very functional and over the top on most everything. Access to shopping, restaurants, and rentals and beach are all in walking distance. I especially liked that her condo is on lower level, no stairs or excessive walking to get to it. I hope I can return to her place. Highly recommend

Whilst we were there tropical storm Olivia hit but Sandi kept in contact with what to do and to check in we were ok. The apartment was lovely and clean and a great space to be in after a day of adventures.

  Comments: Sandi's condo is a great place to stay. The complex is smaller and away from the more crowded Kam beaches. Perfect beach within just a few steps from the condo - super easy access. Condo is convenient to pool as well. Grocery store and Azeka shopping center are just a 3 minute walk and post office is right around the corner. Sandi provides beach chairs, shade umbrella and plenty of pool/showering towels. Sandi was also VERY quick to respond to inquiries - all in all, a GREAT experience and highly recommended
