  Comments: We had a lovely stay at Casa Olga, the apartment is gorgeous especially the outdoor area with amazing view of the water. Spotlessly clean and check in was quick and easy. The bottle of wine was a sweet touch, the tips on places to go were spot, we especially loved our lunch at Tripeira. Definitely recommendable.

  Comments: Alberto's cliff house is nothing short of stunning. The views and the space are both incredible. He was quick with his responses and the staff were super helpful. We enjoyed spending our evenings out on the front deck with views of the Dom Luis I bridge. Having Sergio's wine bar just outside the front door was the biggest bonus. We loved our stay here. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

  Comments: The home was poorly described. It is on 4 small levels with very steep stairs. The 1st is a cave-like entry. The 2nd level has a small, inadequately-equipped galley kitchen and dining area. The 3rd level is a loft with bed. The 4th level is an attic with 2 twin beds, accessed via a steep ladder. There is no privacy for sleeping, proving awkward for 2 couples. The bathroom doors are barely 5' in height. The host assured me that parking was nearby. In fact, the apartment is located in a pedestrian-only zone, accessed via steep sidewalks. Virtually impossible to find via (Hidden by Airbnb) maps. The host did not provide directions. Impossible to find. After 3 calls to management company, we parked at a nearby church and a concierge walked us to the place. He was very nice, but had never been in the apartment. The outdoor terrace is lovely and the location is very good, in the historic center. On the last night, we were awakened in the middle of the night and two people, unannounced, came into the apartment! They claimed to be from the management company and were bringing extra glassware. This was very frightening and completely unacceptable. It might be OK for a short couple with good knees. Overall, an uncomfortable experience for us.

  Comments: Very nice place that has been re-engineered in a great way - quite impressive what the architects realized and indeed very stylish how the apartment was fitted. The view is great and the several outside spaces even a treasure mid-November when the weather plays along as it did. Check-in and communications were super smooth all the way. Only detail that skipped our attention up-front, i.e before arrival, is that reaching the second bedroom upstairs requires some minor athletic skills :-) No problem at all for all youngsters and those young at heart, but maybe a bit of a challenge/good to know if the place is to be rented by a more senior crew.

  Comments: The appartment is located in a fantastic place between the Cathedral da Sé and the river (Ribeira). Access is through stairs so if you have heavy luggage then be prepared to hike down a few steps. Since we were at the end of the year we found parking in the street behind the cathedral but this option might not be available in summer. So if you have a car be prepared to pay for a parking. The apartment is an open space on 4 levels. So this means that there is not much privacy. Also when we arrived (Dec 28) the apartment was very cold especially because the bottom floor is not heated (maybe there could be away to isolate better the bottom floor from the rest of the apt). We would have appreciated the apartment having been warmed for a few hours before our arrival. Also there is no heater in the two bathrooms so they stay very very cold and if you take a good shower, the mist will take ages to dissipate... Since all heaters had to be turned on we found that the electricity was tripping off when we were using the oven. Finally we had only one key while this place is for four people and you would expect to have at least 2 keys. In brief, an incredible location BUT this is vastly overpriced for the service offered.

  Comments: Alberto’s apartment has an amazing view, beautiful yards and has been renovated in a stylish and masterful way. The architects and craftsmen did an impressive job. Check-in was smooth, after request the empty shop dispensers were promptly refilled and the sink drain unclogged. The house is on 4 levels. The first, a cave-like entry, has directly been worked out of the mountain's stone and smelled a bit damp. Kitchen, dining area and a bathroom are on the second level; master bedroom, small office space and a bathroom with shower on the third level and in the attic (= fourth level) there are 2 single beds, access via a steep ladder. Reaching these beds upstairs requires some minor athletic skills. The entrances of the bathrooms are only about 1,60m in height, the sliding doors can’t be locked. There is no privacy for sleeping, as the whole apartment is one room. The attic has a kind of trapdoor which we found unfunctional to use.

  Comments: The great views and location are top notch as advertised. But be prepared for lots of stairs for access, especially with luggage. The alleyway just outside of the front door is a very active public walkway and the noise carries directly into the apartment. The first floor entry level is not really usable as it is very musty and somewhat dark and cavelike. As Host, Alberto is pretty removed and the local concierge agent is not always responsive. All in all we had a good experience but I don’t think we would return.

  Comments: The place is located really well and communication and check-in, as well as contact during our stay, was all very smooth. Getting to the beds on the top level is up a short flight of really steep stairs, it is nice to be aware of this.

  Comments: We loved our stay at this apartment but it wouldn’t be right for everyone. Negatives - accessibility is not great if you have a lot of luggage. There are numerous steep stairs to negotiate (inside and out) which would be difficult for the less able. There is a musty damp smell on the ground floor which renders this area unusable, other than for access. Limited sofa seating on the first floor. Access to the toilet and shower room is tricky for tall people - over 5 feet. Remember to duck! The beds on the attic floor would only suit older children able to easily climb the stair access. Positives - it’s a unique and stylish apartment in the heart of Porto with fantastic outside space and an amazing view of the bridge and port houses across the river. In our opinion this far outweighed the negatives. In conclusion we would definitely recommend the apartment to a couple or a family with one or two older kids.

  Comments: The apartment rented by The Porto Concierge was a truly uniqe 4 story stone building with 2 seating areas outside of which 1 was a large terass overlooking the Louis I. Truly amazing view and pretty good location in terms of concenience with shops etc within 10 min. No problem for us but mind the location on hill with narrow alley slopes from the dock and steep ladders between floors inside if you have a reduced mobility. We were offered a bottle of port and a bottle of wine which was nice and our liaison was nice and informative. Would recommend.

  Comments: Lovly place with a amazing view. Right in the middle of old Town/Ribheira. We enjoyed breakfast in the garden and relaxed there in the evening - with all the busy sound from the river, town etc. The appartement are carefully made in this old environments and with nice design details. We recomend it!

Car park at hidden public street just 100m away. Porto Concierge was a well organizid host. House has a tasteful modern interior with all you need and was very clean. At least we would come again , sure ! Jan

  Comments: This 4 level apartment is a little gem, the owners did a clever job to renovate and create a chic and modern townhouse under hard conditions, cause the house is full of nooks and crannies. Now you find a fancy modern living in old stonewalls, which is extremely charming and special! A little bit steep steps guide from one level to the next, but its safe and good to handle! The last steps to the upper bedroom are more a ladder, so thats the kids-room or for the sportive ones! But all this is owed to the shape of the house and having it unique has its price! ;o))) The real secret of the house though is the "Terrasse"! Its mindblowing! Different levels of old stone-framed gardens, fully outdoor furnished, cause this, folks, is the real living room of the house! You are directly facing the main attraction of porto, watching it in the different shades of daylight! In fact, we were sitting a full day there till late night, just enjoying this breathtaking view with some breakfast, a little lunch and finally some good cold cuts with a glass of portwine! And spotting tourists on the bridge, that were obviously a bit jealous, watching us happy ones! If you want a special and most memorable stay in Porto, this house is first choice!

  Comments: The flat is exactly as advertised, and more. The view is stunning, the flat is comfortable and the location is excellent. Despite a slight delay at check-in communication with TPC during our stay was very smooth. Access to the bedroom on the top level is via really steep stairs, but that was fine for us! The only downside was the flat being quite cold - electric heaters were off when we arrived and even when turned on the rooms would not stay warm for long. Apart from this, our stay was fabulous! I would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Porto!

La posizione della casa, nel centro storico, è molto comoda per raggiungere tutta la città e muoversi senza problemi. Alberto è stato molto ospitale e disponibile e ha cercato di venire incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze.

  Comments: This place is amazing! Better than the pictures. I definitely suggest you book this incredible place! You have to walk up many stairs to access the apartment because of it being on a hill with the best view. The second bedroom is accessed by a staircase ladder, it is mostly closed off from the other room where my parents stayed and was perfect for us!

  Comments: A typical old stone house beautifully renovated into a chic and modern place, with a stunning view to the river and bridge, makes this the most exquisite place to stay in Porto. Although it was cold, we could not resist having dinner and breakfast at the terrace and enjoy the view. Irresistible! The apartment is accessed by stairs but it wasn't a problem for us - but keep that in mind if you have reduced mobility. It was a great experience and we want to come back very soon.

  Comments: 1) location is amazing, but tricky to get by car, even with (Hidden by Airbnb) map. It's better to check before arrival. 2) 1st bedroom is through passage room, it has to be clear mentioned in description 3) 2nd bedroom is attic with very very steep ladder (it's deffenetly not stair, but ladder) 4) we arrived at 18:00 (not 15:00!), it was agreed with host, but appart wasn't ready at all. We made a check-in around 20:30. With 8-monthes baby. 5) clean 6) in Jan was cold a bit even with heaters

  Comments: It’s a beautiful apartment with two amazing gardens. The view there in the garden is wonderful. We took so many fotos . Hot water all the time. Bathroom and bedrooms are Clean and cozy .Great location near to the sao bento train station, the river, the bridge and the cathedral. But need to climb the steps to get there.
