  Comments: The landlord is really nice. The room is very clean and the air conditioner is strong, feels so good in summer. And he prepared a guide book for us. Told us the wat to the subway and the delicious restaurant. I would like to stay here second time.

  Comments: My mom and me had a nice stay at Matt and Rick's place where is so close to an interesting French restaurant. Rick checked us in and offered everything that we needed. The place was close to Columbia University and all major transpositions. It was easy and cheap to take a Lyft or Line to Broadway and the Times Square. The room was very clean and looked exactly like what was shown in pictures. We would love to be their guests when we visit NYC in the near future.

  Comments: The host's are lovely and kind people. They gave us great advice on how to get around NY and made our stay memorable. Everything is as seen in the pictures. Very clean, organized and secured home. They had everything we needed such as towels, tea, and coffee. I would definitely book with them again next time I'm in NYC. If you are thinking of booking with them don't hesitate and go for it you won't be disappointed.

  Comments: Great location, close to the subway, big room. It was great being able to have a kitchen. Rick gave us great tips for the subway and how to get around. We were able to control the temperature for our room. Lots of hot water, very clean. Nice queen bed, very comfortable.

  Comments: Matt’s place was great; a large room in Manhattan close to many restaurants and Subway stations. It was quiet, clean and I had a lot of privacy. I stayed there for three weeks, and would recommend it to everybody. The communication was smooth at all times. I even got to know the name of their fish. :-) Thank you Matt & Rick!

  Comments: Matts Unterkunft ist ideal für einen längeren Besuch in New York. Matt hat uns (auch noch spät abends) persönlich empfangen und stand uns bei Fragen stets zur Seite. Die Lage ist echt super! Es war sehr ruhig für so eine große Stadt und wir waren mit der Subway in kurzer Zeit an allen 'wichtigen' Orten. Beim nächsten Besuch in New York City würden wir es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

  Comments: 10 jours passés dans cet air bnb, lit vraiment très confortables! Les hôtes étaient également très sympas, et disponibles dès que nous avions des questions. Prévoir les boules quies pour dormir si vous avez le sommeil léger, car on entend pas mal les bruits extérieurs. Tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour de 10 jours, je recommande !

  Comments: We were on a sightseeing trip to NYC, and this place was an ideal base. It’s close to shopping, and 3 minutes from the subway, the link to everything in New York. The bedroom was a good size, with a really comfortable bed and an excellent wardrobe. It was right next to the kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t cook, but had breakfast there. It’s right in Harlem, an exciting and lively part of Manhattan. Rick and Matthew are excellent hosts, with a detailed knowledge of New York. We would happily stay here again.
