  Comments: Super easy to get in and out of. Jimmie was flexible with check-in and check-out. Definitely best for singles or couples. If you plan to be out most of your trip and don't need to come back often, this is the place.

  Comments: Jimmy was very hospitable, honest, and nice. He even came back to the house one afternoon when I accidentally locked myself out. No problems at all. The location is great and close to several bus lines. The room was exactly as advertised.

  Comments: Je recommande cette place pour une courte durée La chambre est relativement bien située. Pour ceux qui n’ont pas de voitures, Diamond Head, la plage et les restaurants étaient tous dans une distance raisonnable à la marche. La chambre est correcte sans plus, mais les autres pièces sont sales. Nous avons pas eu la chance de parler à Jimmy puisqu’il était dans sa chambre ou absent.

  Comments: ｼﾞﾐｰからの返信は早くて安心してやり取りできました｡ 日本語は通じませんが､親切に接してくれて好印象です｡ ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝの時間も何度も変更してしまいましたが､柔軟に対応してくれました｡ 部屋は土足禁止なのでｽﾘｯﾊﾟを持って行くと便利です｡ ｱﾒﾆﾃｨはないので､ﾊﾞｽｾｯﾄやﾀｵﾙ類や部屋着などは持参した方がいいです｡ ﾄﾞﾗｲﾔｰは借りれますし､ｺﾝｾﾝﾄは日本と同じで､延長ｺｰﾄﾞもあるので便利です｡ ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞは大きく､部屋も広いので充分でした｡ 家と部屋の鍵は渡されるので自由に出入りできました｡ 近所にｾﾌﾞﾝｲﾚﾌﾞﾝがあり便利です｡ 中心部からはUberで8ﾄﾞﾙ前後で行けるので､宿泊費と交通費を足してもﾎﾃﾙに泊まるよりは安いです｡ 海までは歩いて15分ほどで行けます｡ 宿泊者は2組だけなので､お風呂やｷｯﾁﾝを使う時間は被らなかったので気を使わず良かったです｡ 3泊4日楽しめて感謝しています☆

  Comments: Very clean apartment, Jimmy was very friendly, helpful and quick with communication. location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. close enough to diamond head that we bused there and walked back (about an hour from the top back to apartment). great value, would stay again!

  Comments: Should ask to Jimmy to get towels before check in. We got towels from Jimmy even though we didnt ask before. Thanks. Need to read instructions carefully. The room was little hot to sleep (there’s one fan). Other than that the room was pretty okay.

  Comments: Super great place. Easy to check in. Great location. Walking distance to Waikiki, great view of diamond head. What is more is that the neighborhood has so many great photos spots! if you walk up the hill of castle street. You will get this amazing overview of the city. Turn right on top of the hills and follow the street. There s a curve to see the entire diamond head. And there is even a burned down abandoned house somewhere in the neighborhood!

  Comments: Great location in southeastern Honolulu, very close to Waikiki and Diamond Head. You could walk to the beach in less than 20 mins if you wanted to. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too. There is street parking if you need it. I usually found a place a few blocks away to the southeast which was fine. The place itself had all my basic needs covered. Bed, desk, wifi, shared bathroom with shower. Jimmy was responsive to my messages and sent simple directions for checking in. It was clean and comfortable. Note that this being Hawaii, there wasn't any AC used; instead, just open windows and fans. It got a bit humid at points but it wasn't bad or anything; just all part of the experience! There was a fan in the room that I turned on at night for sleeping, which helped. The room didn't come with a towel but I sent a message to Jimmy and asked him for one, which he provided. The place was good value for the money and I would stay here again if I could. Other than the flight, almost everything else in Hawaii was cheaper than traveling around Seattle and Vancouver, which was a big surprise for me. There's no reason not to come back soon. Thanks Jimmy! Local area tip: Rainbow Drive-in is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment, and is a prime spot for a classic plate lunch if you want to get a sense of what the locals eat. Not the best plate lunches out there but a solid place to start!

  Comments: Great location with local flavor and good bars/restaurants around but also close to beaches and Waikiki shopping area. Public transportation is easy to catch. It is a favorable old style Honolulu apartment that provides a laid-back Hawaiian atmosphere. Ken and Wendy are very kind and friendly, always give back timely responses. Nice place !
