Renters must be respectful to neighbors, the building is a family place and therefore no parties are allowed and please do not bring more people into the apartment than previously agreed and definitely no strangers. The apartment will be delivered to you all cleaned up and in perfect conditions, therefore renters should deliver it the same way. Garbage can be put in the dumpster room on the same floor and the washing up must be done before checkout.
