    Comments: We stayed here for a month. I will give you "+" and "-": +Zack was responding very fast and able to help, came for checkin when we came; +perfect location, Chelsey is clean and safe; +clean bed and towels (towels were new when we came); +everything you need for cooking at the kithen; +condition helped us because it was VERY hot in July; +good wifi and tv. - the appartment was VERY small, it was really difficult to stay for 2 person, we didn't have space to eat together; -everything is very old, didn't look good; -it was very dirty, the floor, the bathroom, kitchen, I tried to clean the room, but it was really not enough, I didn't want to touch 90% of this place; -cockroaches!!!! If don't like them, it's not your place; -old plumbing, water was always plumbing, it was annoying; -rather expensive, host increased the price after I asked for booking...
