  Comments: This is a beautiful, well equipped and well maintained apartment! The pictures are accurate. You're provided with everything you need for the beach including towels, nice chairs, big umbrella, snorkels, etc. The apartment is very close to downtown Kapaa. You can walk places, but it's much better to have a car. The pool, hot tub, and grill were great. There was an issue with the AC and Robert had it fixed right away. The town is very cute and well located to visit the west and north of the island. While the apartment is across the street from the beach, you cannot swim there as the surf is too rough. We swam at other beaches and in the pool. You can walk from the apartment down the beach to a great bar on the ocean with a wonderful happy hour (lava lava beach club). Free parking spot, coin operated laundry, guide books provided. We would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!!

  Comments: Location is PERFECT! you are in between north & south side. Restaurants nearby are better than the 5 star resorts(not kidding) "We deep sea fished; the fish we caught was sold to the Hukilau & sleeping Giant restaurants (both are in walking distance to the unit). Owner is very quick to respond and handles ANYTHING you need. Kitchen is great to cook in and the accommodations provided are so helpful: boogie Boards, Snorkel Gear(we brought our - so didn't use the packaged ones), Towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach mats, Cooler. Refrigerator & AC Unit work GREAT! Living quarters are spacious & from the Lanai you can see the top of the ocean shore line and mountain views - so gorgeous! Self - coined Laundry service is downstairs and was very helpful for us. There is on-site concierge at the Plantation "check-in" area (GO HERE TO GET YOUR ROOM CARD), they can BOOK TOURS for DISCOUNT RATES: definately do the Captain Andy's cave tour & the Hola Hola Charters Super tour to Niihau. Horseback riding at CJM stables was great too. Best Snorkel Spots are Tunnels Beach & Hideaway Beach (Both on North Side), Poipu has great snorkeling too (south side). Plenty of convenient stores within a mile from unit; safeway, foodland, and Longs drugs (CVS). BOOK NOW WITH ROBERT & YOU WILL HAVE THE BEST STAY IN KAUAI!!! ALOHA & MAHALO!

  Comments: Plantation Hale was our home for a week vacation on Kauai. It has many great features: convenient location, easy parking, a big comfy bed, air conditioning, reliable wifi, beach towels, lanai, kitchen, beachy decor. There were a few hiccups with our stay, but our host was quick to remedy any problems that we had. Our last day accidentally overlapped with another party booking through a different website, so we had to spend our last night in a hotel. Bob refunded us for that night and gave us a discount for another night. The refrigerator didn't work while we were there, but Bob had it replaced as soon as we let him know about it. He also offered to pay for our dinner one night during our vacation. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a great price. We were comfortable and happy. We would recommend it to any couple looking to enjoy the wonderful island of Kauai.

  Comments: The best place ever. Very big with all the extras and close to every thing. Beautiful beaches, rivers mountains and shopping. The place was so well furnished and had everything that we needed. I would recommend it to anyone and plan to come back again.

  Comments: Bob's condo is in a good location with walking distance to quite a few good restaurants and the weekly market. Also not far from a couple good hikes my husband and I enjoyed. In all we enjoyed our 10 day stay.

  Comments: This place was great! I had an incredible stay in Kapa’a, and Robert was an amazing host from start to finish. He answered ALL of my questions super quickly and offered tips and local info. The condo was perfect for my trip. It was clean and comfortable, with awesome views of the ocean and mountains, and so central. It made it easy to explore the island. Plus, it is a short walk to the ocean and restaurants.

  Comments: Good place to be while staying on Kauai. The condo has a lot of space, the kitchen has a lot equipment and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool which was very nice. You are so close to supermarkets etc., could even walk there if you want to. The airport is also very close which makes arriving and leaving very easy. Happy I chose this place! Thanks for having us.

  Comments: Everything is as described. The condo is in a complex with 3 pools, and walking distance to several restaurants, a great croissant bakery and 2 big supermarkets. The staff at reception are very helpful and will make restaurant recommendations, which we used several times. Highly recommended!

  Comments: This place is comfortable, clean and a good value. It's close to town, but it won't feel like it when you're sitting on your lanai. The well appointed kitchen allowed us to cook meals at home rather than eating out. The pool is nice and if you want to go to the beach, he provides chairs, mats, a beach umbrella and boogie boards. I would choose this place over an overpriced resort any day. The money we saved meant we could stay longer and do more fun activities. If your traveling on a budget, be aware that the Coconut Marketplace is shockingly expensive. There's a Safeway and Foodland just down the street...much cheaper and better selection.

  Comments: My husband and I had the best time staying in Bob and Heidi’s condo! The view off the lanai was incredible, ocean to the left and the Sleeping Giant to the right. They had boogie boards, beach towels, an umbrella.. everything you need for a great day at the beach! We definitely hope to come back!

  Comments: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Robert's condo. Having a full kitchen was great as well as the lanai offering a mountain view. The location really worked for us, a great home base while we explore this beautiful island. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Also appreciated was the availability of beach towels, chairs and a cooler. We had a great time!

  Comments: Bob and Heidi's place is located in the perfect location for beach going, souvenir shopping, and picking up necessities for your stay at the condo. In addition, it's location on the east side of the island makes it convenient to explore the entire island. The lanai has a lovely view of one of the three pool areas and the ocean can be seen from the balcony with only a slight crane of the neck ;) The place is clean and nicely furnished and I would recommend it to anyone. Bob and Heidi are kind enough to supply beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards.

  Comments: Great Location when visiting Kauai, you can easily access all corners of the island from Kapaa. It was great to have beach towels, chairs and especially the cooler. The mattress is firm, if needed to know. Easy parking.
