  Comments: Posizione centralissima e prezzo super ok. Unico neo, 4 piani di scale. Ma la posizione è ottima per girare a piedi. L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro vicino alle principali attrattive storiche della città, oltre ai numerosi locali, ristoranti e non solo.

  Comments: Este apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Incluso mejor, las vistas desde el baño son incluso expectaculares! Nos han tratado fenomenal y no hemos tenido ningun problema en la hora de llegada ni hora de salida. Muy limpio todo! Contestan rapidamente. Ubicacion inmejorable a pie de todos los restaurantes y monumentos. Sin duda repetiré.

  Comments: Excellent séjour dans un logement parfait pour 2-3 jours à Porto. Miguel est réactif quand on a besoin de lui, l'appartement est très bien placé, fonctionnel et charmant.Bref, un joli cocon très bien rénové ! La salle de bains est propre, la douche est grande, les azuléjos d'origine dans les wc mais le lavabo un poil petit. Par contre, boules quies indispensable la nuit car quartier animé et ventilation à l'extérieur de l'immeuble assez présente. Pour un couple, je recommande vivement !

  Comments: Schöne Wohnung, in der problemlos 3 Personen schlafen können. Perfekte Lage zu Bars, Clubs und Restaurants (Wohnung liegt direkt am Clerigos Turm). Der Gastgebr Miguel war sehr hilfreich was Tipps und den Transfer vom Flughafen anging.

  Comments: El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, limpio y muy bonito. Es muy fácil ponerse en contacto con Miguel, nosotras tuvimos un pequeño problema que nos arregló perfecta y rápidamente. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, pero hay que tener en cuenta que la calle está en una zona de marcha nocturna, por lo que el fin de semana es ruidoso.

  Comments: Miguel was lovely and waited at the apartment even though we arrived late. The apartment was incredibly well located and very clean. As it is on the top floor of an old building, it is quite chilly, so we sure to bring slippers and sweaters if you visit in fall/winter! Very simple amentinities (no kettle). Otherwise lovely, safe, and great communication with the host. Thanks Miguel! :)

  Comments: Je recommande sans hésiter ! L'appartement est conforme aux photos, propre, fonctionnel et bien situé. Très bonne literie ! Le chauffage fonctionne très bien, toutefois si vous y séjournez en hiver et que vous êtes un peu frileux, emportez un pyjama et des chaussons ;) Miguel est très sympathique, réactif, ponctuel, chaleureux et parle très bien anglais. Il nous avait envoyé une liste de bons plans et d'activités à faire à Porto. Obrigado Miguel :)

  Comments: Tolle Wohnung in - für Touristen - bester Lage. Nachts am Wochenende ein wenig Laut, aber nicht über die Maßen. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, gute Aussicht aus dem Bad und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

  Comments: Miguel est quelqu’un de très gentil, serviable et réactif! Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport alors que notre avion avait pratiquement 4h de retard! Je le recommande vivement! L’appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre ville, dans une rue piétonne certes un peu bruyante mais ce n’est qu’un detail.

  Comments: The house is amazing also very convenient location. The bed is comfortable the the view from window is beautiful. The host Miguel is very helpful and fast response to any issue. The only thing that will be a bit tiring is the building has no elevator, but for me i think the location and kind hosting are more i'm concerned. Will definitely coming back here if i will be in Porto again in future!

In the middle of the night our host Miguel came to welcome us & he gave us a million tips & ideas in advance so that we were well equipped! The apartment is very charming and you have a wonderful view over Porto from the bathroom.

  Comments: Die Angaben waren alle richtig, es sieht aus, wie auf den Fotos. Alles ist sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement eignet sich gut, für ein paar Tage in Porto, um die Stadt zu erkunden. In dem Viertel sind viele Bars und Restaurants, die teilweise nachts zu hören sind. Jedoch ist die Lage sehr zentral. Miguel hat viele Tips und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft:)

  Comments: Unbelievable location - close to everything you need! A quaint and adorable little loft, with ample space for 3 guests. Well supplied apartment with towels, linen, pillows and coffee/tea for guests. Miguel is a great communicator and was very helpful. Only downfall for some may be: - No air conditioning, meaning you need to open the windows. This was fine for us and we enjoyed the fresh air, however the street is a little loud at night time so bring ear plugs! Thanks again Miguel!

  Comments: Logement très bien situé pour découvrir Porto. La rénovation de l'appartement (en photo dans la pièce de vie) est très fonctionnelle pour deux à trois personnes. L'équipement est réduit à son minimum. L'appartement est situé au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. A ce jour, il est toujours en travaux, qui peuvent débuter à 7h du matin. La communication est très rapide avec le propriétaire, qui s'adapte aux heures d'arrivée et de départ.

  Comments: Best location in Porto, all the touristic attractions were within walking distance but at the same time the area was not too busy or loud. Plenty of good restaurants and bars around, metro stations were few minutes walk from the appartment and made it very easy to go and explore the city further down. Amazing place to stay when visiting beautiful Porto.

  Comments: Die Wohnung befindet sich mittem im Zentrum in einem beliebten Gebiet mit Bars, Restaurants und Clubs. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Porto sind von diesem Ort zu Fuss leicht erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geringhörig. Lärm von der Strasse ist auch um Morgens um 3 Uhr noch sehr laut. Dies ist im Inserat auch so beschrieben. Trotzdem ist es für Personen mit leichten Schlaf nicht ideal. Am besten selber lange im Ausgang bleiben. ;-)

  Comments: Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, Miguel et moi avons échangé par mail et par le biais de whats ap une fois sur place pour convenir des modalités d'entrée dans l'appartement, de wifi et de départ de l'appartement pour laisser la clé. L'appartement est très bien situé, au cœur du centre ville, extrêmement facile de se déplacer à pied ou transports en commun à proximité, l'appart est tout refait, design et pratique, il fait chaud sur la mezzanine c'est agréable et un peu plus froid en bas mais avec le chauffage ça a été parfait, les azulejos conservés dans la salle de bain/wc sont chouettes ainsi que la luminosité dans cette SDB originalement organisée, il manquerait peut-être une cafetière mais les cafés portugais sont tellement bons que finalement ça ne nous a pas manqué! Merci Miguel, je reviendrai avec plaisir

  Comments: It was a big pleasure to stay in this apartment. It situated in the historical center of Porto. Appartment is on a 3 floor without elevator, but it's ok. All useful information about Porto, helping with our luggage, well coming light lunch for guests was provided. It was a little bit cold in a living area but on a second floor (where beds situated) was warm and comfortable. It seems to me that in summer time it will be very good there. We highly recommended to stay in this appartment. Thanks for everything.
