  Comments: The apartment was spotless, very large, newly decorated and completely outfitted for the traveler with modern appliances, dishes, etc. Easy access to Uber (be sure to tell the taxi driver the address is in Porto. There are several similar addresses!). The area is very walkable and scenic. The Concierge service was great and they provided numerous suggestions, places to visit, and where the public transport was located. A 24 hour phone number was also provided plus an array of services (such as tours, transport) similar to any hotel's offering. Recommended!

  Comments: We loved this place. We needed something a little bigger than what most of Porto has to offer (we had four people staying together) and this place was wonderful. My only (very minor) issue is that it was a little far from the city center (a 25-30 min. walk). This was not a problem for us because the weather was nice enough that we would just walk downtown and get an Uber back. Public transportation also isn't ideal from this location (would have to catch several busses to get to city center), but it is definitely an option here. The host was a little late, but her thoroughness and helpfulness absolutely made up for it! The Porto Concierge was so helpful, and offered information about tours, airport transfers, etc. They also provided a 24 hour phone number for any issues or information we might need, and also included a bottle of wine on our arrival. Loved working with this company, and the place was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay - and if I had to do it again, I would definitely choose this place and The Porto Concierge. Loved it!

  Comments: Estuvimos cinco días en Oporto con mi familia, la casa esta algo retirada pero bien comunicada con transporte público, se agradece que se pueda aparcar en la misma calle de la casa, El alojamiento esta muy bien equipado y me parece muy recomendable. Una única pega, la llave de la casa la recogida en otro punto de la ciudad y eso después de viajar en un pequeño engorro.

  Comments: C'est un peu comme si on se trouvait à l'hôtel. Dans un lieu impersonnel et néanmoins propre. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, il faut simplement se dire que l'on ne retrouve pas ici le concept d'airbnb qui est de loger chez l'habitant.

  Comments: Overall our stay was okay, the place looks like in the pictures. It is 30 mn walk from the center and quiet. But it's small details that were a bit unpleasant. Being a family, we chose an apartment with two toilets. One of them was out of order and no one let us know before we had already moved in. The communication was very irregular and consisted mostly in copy-paste, we never felt like we could actually talk to someone. Workers came twice while we were there to fix the toilet, which they didn't. Overall the apartment is practical and charmless, and that's okay. But for the price we would expect better finitions and service.

  Comments: Malheureusement un toilette était hors services. Notre avion avait du retard une voiture devait venir chercher via la conciergerie mais n'est pas venue, nous avons donc pris un taxi. Ce qui est finalement mieux car beaucoup moins cher. Là communication avec l'hôte n'a pas été simple. Plusieurs numéros de tel envoyés par l'hôte mais les personnes difficilement joignables.

  Comments: Apartamento simpático e confortável porém a precisar de algumas manutenções! Tivemos 8 dias neste apartamento mas ocorreram alguns problemas, nomeadamente : - Quando chegamos o chuveiro só tinha a mangueira - Haviam poucos covertores - A persiana de um dos quartos não funcionava - A banca da cozinha estava entupida (passados 3 dias houve uma pequena inundação na cozinha porque a àgua começou a verter fora do cano) Tudo ficou resolvido em 24 horas, menos a banca e a presiana, os técnicos foram la resolver o problema, mas no dia seguinte o problema manteve-se. Não podemos preparar refeições na casa durante 3 dias porque não podiamos usar a banca. Resumindo : Gostamos da localização, embora não esteja localizada no centro do Portro nem perto do metro, mas tem autocarros, supermecados, e restaurantes à volta, a casa estava limpa, o espaço estava bem organizado, a decoração é simples mas bonita, na cozinha temos acesso a muitos utensilios. Não gostamos do barulho que ouviamos dos vizinhos e dos carros a passar nem dos poblemas que tivemos na estadia, contudo o anfitrião esteve sempre em contacto conosco e respondeu aos nossos pedidos, embora nem todos tenham sido resolvidos com sucesso ! Recomendo, depois das manutenções serem realizadas :)

  Comments: This was a very clean and spacious apartment. There's a great restaurant/bar right across the stress with very yummy food. 30 minute walk to the heart of the city. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Host is very accomodating and easy to communicate with!

  Comments: This is a lovely apartment, clean, spacious and close to local amenities, only takes 20minutes to walk to the centre. Jose was a thoughtful host and left lots of information on local transport, sites to visit, as well as, prices. Would definitely stay again.

  Comments: el apartamento era genial. si bien en las fotos se ve mejor, es súper cómodo y acogedor. las camas eran brutales y las almohadas igual, súper cómodas. la recogida de llaves en el centro que tienen se nos hizo muy cómoda, porque hay algo más de libertad si llegas a una hora distinta a la convenida. además el anfitrión nos dio unas recomendaciones geniales para comer y sobre qué ver (no os perdáis el restaurante rito que está al lado del apartamento). nos ha parecido un detallazo la botella de vino y el gel, aunque los botes sean pequeñitos al menos dan para llegar y ducharte si vas sin gel. quizá el apartamento este un poquitin apartado del centro, sin embargo es muy fácil encontrar aparcamiento y se puede llegar a pie en unos 20minutos, teniendo la parada de metro a unos 7 minutos así que genial! sin duda tendremos en cuenta el alojamiento la próxima vez que volvamos a Oporto!

  Comments: Nice two bedroom apartment with an excellent check-in service and helpful staff. The property is a bit far out from the main attractions (about a twenty minute walk from the nearest metro). Buses served the property well but stopped running at 9pm.

  Comments: El apartamento está muy bien, como en las fotos. Esta un poco lejos del centro, una media hora caminando, aunque hay de todo en las proximidades, supermercados, cafeterías, algún restaurante. Se agradecería que hubiera algunos productos básicos de cocina, como azúcar, café, sal y aceite, y también papel higiénico suficiente para los días de la estancia. El apartamento estaba más o menos limpio y ordenado pero no olía a limpio como si hubieran fregado con agua sucia, tuvimos que salir a comprar las cosas que faltaba y un limpiador de suelos. Si cuidaran más estás cosas el apartamento sería perfecto porque es como se ve en las fotos.
