  Comments: I would happily live in this apartment as it is. The view is spectacular and the apartment is very comfortable with a very well equiped kitchen good internet and all the comforts of home including a nice bed. I love this location, close to the train and direct access to the city but in a lovely neighbourhood again with unbeatable views of the harbour. Everything is good quality and the inclusions well thought out to make things easy for your stay. I have rented Airbnb properties all over the world, this is one of the first ones that I sent links to my friends. You won't be disappointed.

  Comments: Really had a good time in the apartment. Accurate description, and so happy to offer that to my sister's and husband first trip to Australia, Sydney. Mavelous view when waking up, we've been lucky with the weather, great situation. Close to the ferry -10 mn, Neutral Bay, very close, couldn't be better. Feeling so lucky finding this apartment and being accepted. Quiet environment, safe car park, good internet, all facilities... Good bed (according to my sister), I had the sofa and cannot complain either, what else can you expect? Check-in has been brief, straight forward, well organised. Stephen has been a great host and I want to thank him again. I hope to come again, one day, if it's not over booked !!! 100% satisfied... JP

  Comments: This apartment has a beautiful view right when you walk in. It's the first thing we noticed. You look southwest towards the water. The apartment is nice and well stocked with everything you'd expect. It's also just up the road from the North Sydney ferry what and just a street or two over from Milsons Point train station. Stephen was always quick to respond and work with us anytime we had questions. I was very impressed.

  Comments: Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of a small bay. Spotlessly clean and very well stocked with dishes etc. The bed and sitting are are very comfortable. Easy 5 minute walk down the hill to a quick ferry to Circular Quay and you can get anywhere from there, and a slightly longer walk to N Sydney/Kiribilli shops, restaurants, and the train. Stephen was a great host. He went out of his way to get us in for early check-in and he checked in on us on our first morning to make sure everything was ok. This is not the place for you if you want to be in the middle of bustling Sydney activity, but if you want a beautiful, quiet place that's close enough to get anywhere, we highly recommend this one!

  Comments: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral im angesagten Kirribilli, zu den Cafés 5-10 Minuten Fußweg, ebenso zur Harbour Bridge und der Bahnstation Milsons Point. Zur Fähre 3 Minuten und dann in 10 Minuten zum circular quay. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden sie bei unserem nächsten Sydney Aufenthalt bestimmt wieder buchen. Auch die Fotos im Internet entsprechen genau den Gegebenheiten.

  Comments: The apartment is just as its described in airbnb and we could not have asked for better. Our own parking spot below right near the entrance to the lift, a corner apartment with all the facilities we needed and Stephen went out of his way to make sure that little glitches were quickly rectified. The location is amazing - so easy to get to from either side of the harbour and being on an upper floor we had amazing views over the harbour. Grocery stores and restaurants are about 500m from the apartment and do require some hill climbing if you walk, but again the views made walking very enjoyable. Don't forget to bring or get Opal cards if you you want to use the ferry which is just 300 metres straight down the road.

  Comments: Very comfortable & well equipped unit, small balcony with lovely views of Careening Cove & the harbour. Bedroom has large wardrobe & plenty of drawers. Slow but adequate elevator. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to N Sydney ferry, bit over 10 minutes to Milson's Point station, with shops & food outlets, 15 minutes to Coles supermarket at N Sydney. Only downside - there seems to be no direct access outside the building from the upper basement level, where the parking slot is, to the lower level where the bell-pushes are. So if you don't have the door key you have to walk right round the road, a bit tedious. Otherwise we had a vey comfortable stay & would had stayed longer had it been available.

  Comments: Fabulous location, only a few minutes walk to North Sydney ferry stop. A 15 minute walk to many Kirribilli restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. There are all the little added extras, that you don’t get in a hotel. Views of the harbour are beautiful. We had beautiful weather 17-24 degrees. If it was a hotter evening, the apartment may have been a bit warm, as there is no aircon or thru flow of breezes. We would definitely stay again, but not in summer.

  Comments: 106 High Street was easy to find and a fantastic location. We loved having a harbour view and being just a short walk from North shore wharf. Milsom's wharf was beautiful too, tucked away in a secluded inlet where you could sip coffee, eat and enjoy clear skies and local boat activity. The local theatre had some amazing performances so we did not need to venture far. Local eateries were of a high standard, although we were glad to find the local Aldi in North Sydney to help out with budget constraints! We were able to run around Kiribilli and under the Bridge as well as over it. A beautiful city and very pleased we stayed on this side. Stephen was very helpful and was on hand to ensure our stay was memorable. Many thanks from us UK visitors.

  Comments: apartment (number 42) is managed by an agent - Sydney Holiday Rentals. It is clean, nicely furnished and decorated, has a well equipped kitchen and is located in a quiet area of north Sydney. It is in an oldish block and is as described on the air bnb site, except for parking. On phoning the agent to arrange a time to be met at the apartment, we were advised there had recently been difficulties with other residents parking in space 42. So, surprise, surprise when we arrived, yes there was a car in space 42. The agent insisted we park in space 43 instead which belonged to another apartment that sydney holiday rentals also manage. This was not a full size spot and we had great difficulty fitting our Subaru into the spot. After scraping the side of the car on the adjacent concrete pillar it was obvious this spot was next to useless for all but micro cars. After asking the agent 3 times to contact the building manager in order to locate the owner of the car in spot 42 ( which was a standard sized spot) she very reluctantly went away and made a phone call. Miraculously, the owner materialised within less than 5 minutes and begrudgingly moved her ‘illegally’ parked car. The agent’s insistence we park elsewhere on the property and her resistance to call the building manger, made us wonder whether apartment 42 does not, despite the literature provided for arrival and the advertising, actually come with parking space 42. So, if you need parking, we suggest you find another apartment. At no point did the agent apologise, either for not being able to deliver on the parking space, nor for arriving 30 minutes late to meet us at the department despite insisting we arrive no later than 4.00. Unfortunately this experience spoilt our stay.

  Comments: Stephen was prompt with his responses, and even offered us suggestions for a rainy day. The apartment has a great view, location and is definitely worth the price. Note, however, that this isn't like other Airbnbs and is run by a rental management, so lacks a 'personal touch' if you're expecting one. Also, the check-out process is stringent and a little tedious, but wasn't a deal-breaker for us given how nice the place was.
