  Comments: A perfect hideaway tucked in a laneway of leafy Paddington. A perfect spot to relocate whilst we were renovating our kitchen with a hop, skip & a jump to my favourite shopping hub of Glenmore Road as well as the delicious Jackie's. The 3 bedroom cottage looks so pretty from the outside and beautifully furnished & styled on the inside, it made me pine to move back to Paddington.

  Comments: Bradley's place is top notch, super comfy and very recent renovated old Paddington cottage. Close to shops, restaurants, pubs and Oxford St transport. Would recommend for two couples or two singles. Kitchen with all the bells and whistles! Will be staying again!!

  Comments: We were fortunate to secure a stay at Bradley's place in (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication with Bradley was first rate throughout. The property is a quaint cottage superbly located in Paddington within walking distance of numerous great watering holes and eateries. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very homely for our stay in Sydney. It was a great find and Bradley is clearly an experienced host.

  Comments: Bradley's home is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The bedlinen is crisp and fresh and the beds are very comfy. There's an abundance of generous supplies, like Aesop bathroom products, extra towels, and beer in the fridge. Bradley was a prompt and polite host - we couldn't ask for more. The house is just around the corner from oxford st shopping and the nearest cafe, Jackie's, is superb. Despite its central location the street itself is lovely and quiet. We would absolutely return here!! Just a note for anyone with young kids or mobility issues - there is a very narrow and steep flight of stairs to the bedrooms. Overall, we just loved it!! Amazing place.

  Comments: The house is in a great location, central to exploring many parts of Sydney. The house has everything you need to feel at home while away from home. There is plenty of equipment to cook up a meal and even laundry machines for your use. There are many great places within walking distance including eateries, shops and a great wine store. Its easy to get to the beach and to the city within a short period of time from the cottage. The cottage is cosy, and I think its notable that only one of the three bedrooms, has a door that closes. Lastly, as mentioned in another review the stairs are very narrow to get to the second and third floor, so be aware of you physical capabilities when staying here. We enjoyed our trip to Sydney very much.

  Comments: Loved loved loved staying here. I booked the place for my (rather particular mother in law) and she said it was the first rental she didn’t have to go out and buy cleaning supplies and scrub head to toe. Our favorite - apart from the wonderful location - was the styling of the place, from the high quality linens to the choice of crockery and decor. Thanks!

  Comments: This cottage was quintessential Paddington. Very centrally located , very clean, and the flowers and starched white sheets were a special and unexpected treat. Only thing that surprised us was the bedroom and bathroom were on different levels. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this cottage.

  Comments: Mary Place is a unique, tidy, spotless, charming cottage with the upmost attention to detail and a lovely sense of home away from home. There are exquisite antique linens, beautifully placed candles, a fireplace, quirky furniture, a miniature garden, all the nice kitchen amenities required. It is ideal for guests who appreciate this stylish touches and will look after the it so. The location was wonderful, we could see stars from out the sky light from the attic bed, magpies would sing in the morning, the fireplace glowing in the evening. A thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay in a beautiful and loved cottage. Thank you Bradley

  Comments: We absolutely loved staying at Bradley's house! It was charming and in the most perfect location. It was chilly and rainy the week we were there, so it was nice sitting by the fire at the end of the night with a glass of wine. Sleeping on the top floor was a dream! The french doors in the kitchen leading out to the yard would be perfect to open on summer nights. If we're ever in Sydney again, we'd love to stay at Bradley's house again!

  Comments: I would highly recommend Bradley’s beautiful home as a place to stay. It is cosy and comfortable with beautiful furnishings, linens and every thing you could need is considered. It’s in a great location and easy to get around. But we were also happy to come back and relax in this wonderful space.
