  Comments: Lovely airy apartment with high ceilings. Washing machine but only air drying. Internet is good (14Mbps down, 0.8 up). Bed very comfortable. Entire apartment is very clean and well furnished.

  Comments: Dulce's apartment was everything we were looking for to stay 2 nights in Porto to visit the city for the first time : extremely well located, quiet, clean, comfortable. Dulce was flexible on the check in time which avoided us a lot of stress coming in from the airport. The apartment was spacious and had all we needed for the stay, and we were very happy to see that the room temperature was nice and cool compared to the. Blazing 35C degrees outside. The neighbourhood was safe, I can only highly recommend this apartment !!

  Comments: Perfectly located to discover the city. Very clean, everything is new and nicely equipped. Perfect for 1-2 persons. I didn't have personal contact with Dulce, the cleaning lady Christina let me in and out. The communication was fine. Just a bit a pity, that I couldn't checkin before 18.00 cause other guests didn't check out in-time. I would highly recommend that place!

  Comments: The flat is beautiful & clean. It's in the center of the city near one of the marchand street (Santa Catarina) and 5 to 10 mn to historical monuments and around 15mn from Luiz I bridge and Ribeira. The metro station is around 10mn to get from and to the airport. I'll definitely stay in this flat again next time.

  Comments: Dulce's flat is very central but still in a quiet road. There's everything you need. The bed is large and comfortable. I would stay there again if I came back to Porto. Dulce is very accommodating and helps you out if there's a problem. We really enjoyed our stay!

  Comments: Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement : propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. De plus, il est situé dans le centre-ville et à proximité de lieux d'intérêts (Igreja de Santo Ildefonso, Cathédrale Sé, Pont Dom-Luìs...). On peut également apprécier le fait qu'il soit localisé proche de la gare São Bento et du métro Bolhão, ce qui permet d'explorer aisément les environs de Porto (Espinho, Guimaraes..) et d'avoir accès facilement à l'aéroport.

  Comments: Very nice, modern, bright, clean and airy apartment. Great location near restaurants and easy walking to the river front and city centre. Street was relatively quiet other than the pesky seagulls that squark really loud in the morning but I'm not sure you can escape them in Porto. No windows in the bedroom so I got a bit hot at night but that's the only downside. Would recommend :)

  Comments: La casa de Dulce es encantadora, limpia, bien cuidada y con tantos detalles que parece que te alojas en un hotel. No pudimos estar mas a gusto, habían toallas de sobra perfectamente dobladas con caramelitos encima, una bandejita con infusiones, galletas y azucarillos, que me pareció un bonito detalle. Todo limpisimo y una casa preciosa. Como sugerencia le diria que si puede ser ponga plancha para la ropa, ya que la ropa en las maletas se suele arrugar mucho y estaría bien tenerla. Por lo demás todo perfecto, y sin duda volveremos cuando vayamos a Oporto de nuevo. Gracias por todo Dulce!!

Lastly, Dulce and Christina were both lovely to work with- very friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.

  Comments: Gorgeously decorated, spacious appartment in the heart of the old town. Ribeira quarter and bar districts only a few minutes walk away as well as several metro station and the São Bento train station. All photos and descriptions acurate. I really enjoyed the stay there. Dulce and her appartment manager Cristina are very professional hosts - communication was always easy, rapid and friendly. Due to flight cancellations, I arrived very late, even that was no problem at all. Thanks again for a great week in Porto!

  Comments: Amazing location and our hosts were very good at communicating and welcoming us. Apartment was as described and facilities provided were excellent. As is common in Portugal, there was no air conditioning. Parking nearby was easy and about 9eu for 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

  Comments: Espaço muito bonito, arrumado, limpo e bem central. No coração da parte alta do Porto, próximo da estação São Bento. Local tranquilo, sem barulhos, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, chuveiro funciona perfeitamente com água quente e fria. Não tivemos nenhum contratempo, a Dulce respondeu rapidamente aos meus contatos. Super recomendo!

  Comments: Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Sie befindet sich in einem durchrenovierten Haus, ist hell, modern und zweckmässig im Airbnb-üblichen Ikeastil eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Wegen der guten Schallisolierung und der Lage in dem Strassenabschnitt mit wenigem Autoverkehr ist es sehr ruhig. Die benachbarte Kirche stört nicht. In weniger als 100Metern Entfernung gibt es zwei Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die U-Bahn zum Flughafen und an die Küste ist sieben Gehminuten entfernt. Der Kontakt zu Dulce war problemlos. Die Übergaben hat Christina gemacht, die mir auch gute Tipps gab. Fazit: jederzeit wieder.

  Comments: Super appartement. Magnifique! Chaleureux! C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Moderne, grand, à air ouverte! Il fut très agréable de profiter de l'appartement! Tout y est! Toutefois, pour moi, le lit était beaucoup trop dur. J'ai opté pour le divan, qui était très confortable quant à lui. Il s'agit ici vraiment de préférence personnelle. Je recommande! L'emplacement est idéal.

  Comments: La casa es idéntica a las fotos. Limpísima y acogedora. Tiene todas las comodidades básicas. Si bien puede ser un poco fría, aunque tiene radiador en baño y pasillo, además de un edredón para la habitación. La zona es tranquila y se duerme muy bien. Está muy céntrica y muy buen comunicada con el metro Bolhao, que te deja en el aeropuerto. Repetiríamos.

  Comments: Preciosa casa totalmente nueva. Bien situada para conocer cualquier zona la ciudad. Calle tranquila. Aparcamiento de pago muy cerquita. Nos recibió Cristina y fenomenal, nos recomendó algún sitio para cenar y genial!!!! Tuvimos algún problema con el wifi y tanto Dulce como Cristina estuvieron disponibles a cualquier hora. La casa en pleno invierno es un poco fría, necesitaría otro radiador, pero es muy acogedora y se está genial. Muchísimas gracias por todo!!!! Totalmente recomendable.

  Comments: A proximité de la station de métro Bohlao , l'appartement que propose DULCE est entièrement refais à neuf . Situé dans une rue calme prés du centre du quartier RIBEIRA , de ce point de départ la visite de PORTO peut se faire facilement à pied . Le choix de l'appartement de DULCE est à conseiller .

Bonne réactivité de Dulce que nous n’avons pas rencontrée mais grande gentillesse de Christina qui prépare l’appartement. Je le conseille.

  Comments: We liked the location of the place as it is very central, but still in a street with almost no cars. Everything's very easy to reach in short walking distance. Overall, you get all pros and cons of an apartment in an old building. The ceiling is high and the main room has huge windows, which is beautiful. If you're travelling when it is 15C outside, consider that the apartment is not very well heated and you should have warm clothes at home. You can basically hear every movement in the hallway / staircase. When we were there (March 2018), there was a construction work in the street starting quite early. We had a big problem with the shower drain as the water was not running down (apparently it did but very slowly), nevertheless Dulce tried her best to solve the issue - thanks for that!

Toutes les visites et découvertes se font à pied, beaucoup de restos à deux pas de l'appart. Je n'ai pas rencontré Dulce, mais elle a toujours été très disponible et réactive lorsque j'ai eu besoin de son aide et/ou conseil (sms, messages via airbnb et appels téléphoniques) Un ENORME merci pour ce séjour, lorsque je retournerai à Porto, car sous le charme j'y retournerai, je louerai cet appart sans aucun doute N'hésitez pas !

Besonders freundlich war, dass uns Dulce frühmorgens ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert hat. Wir verbrachten schöne Tage in Porto!

We checked in around midnight and Dulce stayed up to allow us access to the building by using her phone. We were given the code to the apartment well in advance so had no problems getting in.   Comments: Dulce was a wonderful host. She was very quick with responding to messages and made finding the residence very easy. The location was perfect for us. Very central, near cafes, restaurants, bars and all the sights. But the street was quiet which meant it was easy to sleep! The place is just as pictured. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Our favorite part was to open the windows in the evening and have a glass of wine before heading to dinner at night. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Dulce!

  Comments: Appartement plein de charme, bien équipé, très propre et idéalement situé pour découvrir Porto à pied tout en étant à l'écart de la foule. On est partout en 5 à 10 minutes. Dulce est une hôte parfaitement attentive qui a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avant et pendant notre séjour. L'arrivée est facilité par un checkin qui peut se faire à distance : bien pratique !

  Comments: een mooi,modern ingericht appartement. Goed gelegen, dicht bij de meeste bezienswaardigheden in Porto. Ook nabijheid van warenhuizen is pluspunt. Dulce reageert ook heel snel indien je haar nodig hebt.

It gets a little loud in the morning with construction outside, but if you sleep in the bedroom, it should not be an issue (we slept on the pull out bed/couch near windows). Dulce was incredibly responsive and we really appreciated this when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!
