Comments: We have stayed at two of Eddy's properties and both were well equipped including bath towels (small) and soap/shampoo for the showers. Eddy was also helpful in referring us to a good travel agent. Recommend using (Hidden by Airbnb) to communicate with Eddy as he answers within the hour and usually even quicker. Mike

Comments: The place is conveniently located off Nathan Rd., only minutes walk to MTR station. The apartment has almost everything we needed for the trip including a small kitchen, a good size fridge and a washer. Eddy gave great instructions on check-in and check-out process and directions to the apartment. He was very responsive to our requests from initial booking to final check-out. We definitely will rent this apartment again for our next trip to Hong Kong.

Comments: 房间居住条件同在Airbnb上的广告相差甚远｡房间居住条件非常之差｡给我们旅行造成许多麻烦及诸多不便;比如洗澡下水道不通,地板凹凸不平容易导致摔跤,便池下水及洗脸盆下水流水不畅,电器接板有问题,电视机网络速度极慢｡希望房东今后保证房客有基本的居住条件｡不适合居住｡不建议订此房间｡来自一家非常不满意的房客｡

Comments: Eddy's apartment is in a prime location, located just next to an MTR station and around 5-10 minute walk from multiple markets. Apartment was able to comfortably fit 3 people, but anymore than that and it may get a bit cramped. Eddy was an excellent host, ensuring a smooth check in, and was quick to respond to any queries that we had throughout the trip. Overall i wold thoroughly reccomend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in Hong Kong.
