The two bedrooms are connected by a common door so it may not be suitable for two unrelated parties. The full bathroom is accessed from the first bedroom. 2. The Sunshine studio unit: has a private entry, a bedroom, a private bathroom, and kitchenette which is located on the 300 square foot covered patio/lanai for your private use. 3. The Bamboo studio unit Is upstairs with a private entry, a bedroom, a private bathroom, and kitchenette located outside on a wrap around deck and covered lanai facing the ocean. This area is for your private use. All units share an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and a gazebo with table and 8 chairs for dining and lounging. There is also parking for up to 3 cars. Lanikai is nestled between a small mountain range and the #1 rated beach in the world. Kailua town is just 2 miles away and is a charming, vibrant, and great place to eat, shop, and hang out. Lanikai is the part of Oahu that everyone wants to live in.

Transit: A bus stop is just 100 yards away with service every hour or so into Kailua town.

Interaction: We live in the same building and are almost always available for our guests. We love to share our local knowledge of Lanikai and the rest of the island is useful and will save you much by showing you where the locals go to eat, shop and have fun.

House Rules: - - Quiet hours: Sunday - Thursday is 9PM - 7AM. Fri - Sat is 10PM - 8AM - - No shoes in the house. Rinse off sand from legs and rest of body before entering unit. -- Taxes are not included in the price originally charged. A second charge will be sent to you after booking to cover the %14.92 Hawaii State Tax.
