  Comments: Bill's house is an opulent oasis. We were 3 colleagues in town for a trade show, and this was a wonderful base to relax in. 2 mins walk from the light rail station made it really easy to get around. The third bedroom is up a flight of quite steep stairs. There are good hand rails, but those with limited mobility would be better in the downstairs rooms. Beautiful things surround you throughout the property. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of amentites. A true home away from home. Highly recommended.

  Comments: Bills's Place is exactly as described and with 4 bedrooms certainly has plenty of space. We loved the little courtyard in the back with the fishpond. The beautiful antique furniture and deco was a nice touch to a classic terrace house in contrast to the modern kitchen and bathroom. The house manual was very helpful in explaining everything to do with the house. Location is perfect, just 2 minutes walk to the light rail and 2 minutes to shops and restaurants. Bill was very helpful with our request to extend our stay a couple of hours so we didn't need to wait at the airport. We would definitely like to stay again.

  Comments: This is a beautiful, well-equipped and comfortable home full of eclectic decor and in a great location, close to transport, cafes, restaurants, interesting shops and markets. The stairs to the top bedroom are steep and the only bathroom is on the ground floor, so not suitable for anyone with disabilities or young children, but perfect for those who appreciate beauty and art and good living and prefer to be in an area that is lively and hip during the day but quiet at night. The sunny courtyard is a bonus, as are the friendly neighbours.

  Comments: Bill's place is full of characters as he stated in his advertising. Lots of books, pictures, vases, antiques and more. It is spacious and comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathroom, very clean. Beautiful courtyard - unfortunately we could not enjoy much due to lots of stormy days. We suggest people with children younger than four years old be more thoughtful about renting the place, due to Bill's antiques displays in the house. Also taking your children to toilet at night is a bit of a walk.

  Comments: Staying at Bill's place is a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and enough room for 3 couples. Comfy beds, beautiful courtyard. It has everything you need, full kitchen if cooking. Very conveniently located in Glebe, only minutes from Light Rail Station, a short walk to Glebe Point Road to busses that take you into the CBD, lots and lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. A short walk to the Glebe Markets held every Saturday (a must do in Glebe). Bill was very helpful and prompt in communicating, his book is very informative. Parking is scarce in Glebe, however Bill was able to supply parking permits at a very small cost. Value for money!!!

It is located in a leafy suburb close to the CBD & right around the corner from restaurants, cafes and bars. Bill's place is the perfect base from which to explore Sydney and is a pleasure to come home to after a day out. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is newly renovated and contains everything you need, and the living area is homely and comfortable. Bill's home is furnished with interesting and unique artworks and antiques, and the courtyard is a relaxing spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Highly recommended!

  Comments: The house is an older style, full of character and art, and Chinese (Website hidden by Airbnb) has spacious bedrooms and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances,however we found the living area a bit dark, with no sunlight during the day. Another con would be only one toilet for the whole house. The host is very responsive and happy to assist anytime. Overall a nice stay, and would recommend it to the fellow travellers.

  Comments: Bill很贴心的提醒我们一点钟可以提前入住了｡对于凌晨七点到达的一大家子早休息一个小时很重要,关键是感觉到了切实的关心｡ 距离鱼市场步行十分钟,然后从鱼市场距离daring harbor十分钟,中间经过一个儿童乐园不错｡继续步行十分钟就到了海德公园,然后一路沿着公园走到皇家公园｡临近海边看当地人锻炼身体,读书,几个朋友喝啤酒都十分惬意｡ 悉尼核心区步行一个半小时够了｡带着孩子们走走停停,步行是最好的选择｡ 感谢Bill准备的旅游建议｡桌子上放了一大本书｡各种电器使用说明,到远近的商店信息｡很用心的人｡屋里各地带回来的艺术品｡泰国的,中国的元素不少｡推荐大家来悉尼住在Bill家｡再次感谢

  Comments: Beautiful house in a great location, easy to walk into city or the light rail is only a five minute walk from the house. Bill was very accommodating as we arrived two hours earlier than expected (party of six). Also let us stay longer than normal checkout time. Everything you need for your stay is detailed in the house manual, bill also took the time to show us around explaining the workings of the house. Only issue for us (Scottish folk) was we couldn’t open any of the windows as no fly screens, maybe not a problem for others though. Would recommend staying here.

  Comments: Bill's house is located at strategic place where you can reach to many tourist spots easily. The walking distance from the house to Sydney fish market is less than 10 minutes. There is a light rail station nearby. We were impressed when we see the fully equipped kitchen.You can even do some baking stuff with this nice kitchen. We feel grateful when Bill allowed us to check in earlier and check out late. He is a good host and his house is well maintained.

Retains some of the original charm with some furniture & decorations which it has a great new kitchen & bathroom.
