  Comments: Service très pro et attentif ! L'appartement était parfaitement propre et spacieux. Le quartier est idéal pour les sorties et pour découvrir la culture portugaise durant un court séjour, tout en étant dans une rue assez calme . Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt et avons pu stocker nos affaires dans les locaux de TPC, le staff est gentil. Je recommande ;)

  Comments: Adorei o espaço, limpo e arejado. O espaço acomoda muito bem até quatro pessoas. Boa localização. Só não foi perfeito pq o box vazava água e tivemos um problema com a máquina de lavar roupas.

L'appartement était très bien situé, proche des activités et animations du centre ville mais placé dans une rue plutôt calme. Tout était très propre et même mieux que sur les photos. C'était de façon générale un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

  Comments: Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä. Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui vaivattomasti ja huoneiston luovuttanut henkilö oli todella mukava. Hän antoi paljon vinkkejä Portoon, mm. Hyviä vinkkejä ruokapaikoista ja nähtävyyksistä. Viestintä oli nopeaa ja vaivatonta. Saimme myös myöhäisemmän uloskirjautumisajan kuin olimme sopineet sitä pyytämällä. Kiitos Jose!

  Comments: Really comfortable, clean and tidy place to stay - highly recommending it! The flat is off the main roads, so is generally quiet. There was no living room space in the flat and the kitchen is fairly small but it didn't matter to us at all.

  Comments: Apartamento conforme as fotos e super limpo. Perto de tudo, quase não precisamos usar transporte. Fica numa rua calma, mas perto de bares e restaurantes. Muito bom. Recomendo!

  Comments: El apartamento era excelente! Al llegar nos lo encontramos impoluto, incluso con un regalo de bienvenida! Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, y la localización muy buena, nos desplazamos a todos los sitios andando. Como consejo a próximos visitantes, en el anuncio de AirBNB aparece como un apartamento de 1 habitación pero en realidad tiene 2 habitaciones, cada cual con su cama de matrimonio. Además de cocina y baño! Como única pega diría que las paredes del edificio son bastante finas y en algunas ocasiones oíamos a los vecinos demasiado cerca. En general muy recomendable!

  Comments: Logement central mais calme. C'est un appartement propre et fonctionnel, cependant, il manque un espace pour se poser (style salon ...) après une journée de marche dans Porto. Absence de machine à café pour le petit déjeuné. Appartement qui convient pour une ou deux nuits.

  Comments: Lovely apartment! Easy check in and check out. Incredibly clean and hygienic! Great and easy location to walk around Porto. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The only downside is that there's no living room/lounge to relax in at the evening but this really wasn't a big issue at all :) Would happily recommend this accommodation!!

  Comments: Appartement agréable et bien situé. Dommage que la propreté de la literie, et de la vaisselle laissait à désirer, et que lorsque nous sommes arrivés le ménage venait de débuter à l'arrache, malgré que nous avions communiqué notre heure d'arrivée. Attention l'immeuble se trouve dans une voie en sens unique et le stationnement est difficile si vous arrivez tardivement. Personne ne parle français, donc anglais de rigueur ou portugais.

  Comments: The apartment is very clean and central. There are 2 bedrooms but no living room and no tv, but it's fine because most of the time we were out visiting the beautiful city of Porto. There is a small and quiet terrace in one of the bedroom.

Par contre l'arrivée dans les lieux, 3min chrono pour nous accueillir, aucunes explications sur rien, ni ou sortir nos poubelles, ni sur le quartier, forcément vu le temps qu'on nous a accordé... Équipement du logement très limite (1 sac poubelle, 1 torchon...), pas de produits douche contrairement à l'annonce. En plein milieu du séjour, un mail pour nous prévenir qu'un technicien va venir réparer des choses dans l'appartement,pendant la semaine ou moi je loue, avec toutes mes affaires dedans. Bref, c'est commercial, c'est expéditif. En partant nous devions fermer la porte en laissant les clés. Sauf que jamais la porte ne s'est fermée, personne n'a pris le temps de nous répondre.... L'appartement oui, la gérance non.

  Comments: L'accueil : l'appartement est géré par une agence. La communication est bonne. L'accueil est parfait (ponctualité, precision, explications sur l'appartement, les possibilités pour garer la voiture, les transports en communs, les restaurants, les boutiques...). L'appartement : tres beau logement dans un petit immeuble bien entretenu et au calme. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait et tout etait à disposition. Les 2 grandes chambres dont 1 avec balcon etaient parfaites. La cuisine est bien équipée, il y a même le lave linge. La salle de bien est top, spacieuse, fonctionnell (Website hidden by Airbnb) L'emplacement : le quartier se situe à 10 minutes à pieds du centre historique et du métro de trindade (que nous n'avons jamais pris!). Cest 1 quartier très sympathique, vivant et calme à la fois. Beaucoup de petits bars, restaurants et boutiques à proximité de l'appartement. La rue de l'appartement est tres calme et accessible (Website hidden by Airbnb) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et recommandons cet hôte sans hésitation. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

  Comments: El apartamento está en una zona muy céntrica. Es un apartamento que consta de dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, pueden entrar dos parejas perfectamente. La limpieza inmejorable. El único inconveniente es que no tiene salón, ni TV en ninguna de las habitaciónes. Por el resto genial.

  Comments: Fomos recebidos com uma garrafa de vinho de cortesia, o que achei muito legal. O apartamento é bonito e a localização é excelente, colado na Rua de Cedofeita. A empresa se mostrou sempre disponível para resolver qualquer problema, o que infelizmente não resolveu um mal estar na estadia. Tive alguns problemas: 1 - A porta do banheiro travou a chave e minha esposa ficou presa. Tentei contato com a empresa, mas não mes responderam. Precisei entrar pela janela e forçar a chave com muita força para podermos sair. Quase perdemos a viagem de trem que havíamos comprado. Somente após eu entrar em contato em outro dia, a empresa me respondeu e consertou a porta. 2 - Comprei 11 diárias, mas só havia um rolo de papel higiênico disponível. Solicitei mais e a empresa me atendeu. 3 - Não havia como limpar o apartamento, pois não há vassoura ou pá. 4 - O forno não funcionava direito. 5 - A geladeira só funcionava se colocada no nível máximo. Toda vez que a deixei abaixo da temperatura mais fria, ela desligou e minha comida estragou. Quando coloco no máximo para que ela se mantenha ligada, os alimentos congelam e, por isso, perdi minha salada. 6 - O apartamento dispõe de dois quartos: um pequeno sem varanda e um grande com varanda. Arrumaram para mim o menor sem varanda e apenas um travesseiro tinha fronha.

  Comments: El departamento esta muy bien ubicado y esta muy limpio ,luego internet no funciono durante tres dias ,el transfer que contratamos con ellos se olvido la silla para el bébé muy peligroso,luego la calefacion no es muy buena es un aire acondicionado que hay que ponerlo en modo calor ,la mujer que nos recibio no nos dio ninguna informacion turistica ,luego tuvimos que reclamar la cuna del bébé que ya me la habian confirmado por email ,la verdad no recomiendo este alojamiento para familias demasiados detalles para olvidar y ningun tipo de atencion para disculparse...el servicio es mediocre y despersonalizado .

  Comments: Excelente localização e uma ótima relação qualidade/preço. A limpeza não é perfeita, nomeadamente o chão da cozinha e a loiça mas nada que não se possa ultrapassar. O frigorifico também causou alguns problemas, certifiquem-se que não está no máximo porque congela a comida.

  Comments: Clean appartement and well located. The appartement was central yet in a calm area, making it easy for us to visit the historical part of Porto just by walking without the disturbances. Fabio’s help was appreciated, he gave us great tips to visit the city. Since we only were there for a short period of time we did not have to use the other services offered by Jose (tour bookings etc.), but it’s definitely a plus.

  Comments: La ubicación del piso excelente. El apartamento limpio y espacioso. Lo malo es que se escuchan todos los ruidos de las escaleras y de los otros pisos. Hay calefacción en dos habitaciones pero en la cocina y sobre todo en el baño hacía mucho frío. No tuvimos cosas básicas que normalmente encuentras en los pisos de Airbnb: sal, aceite, champú (había solo 4 pequeñitos para usar y tirar para 4 días y 4 personas) y etc. Es más como servicio de un hotel que un piso normal. La recepción muy buena, la chica super amable. Tuvimos unos problemas durante la estancia que el host intentó resolver. Así que bastante bueno pero no es nuestra mejor experiencia en Airbnb.

  Comments: El alojamiento es tal como se muestras en las fotos, todo perfecto y lindo, bien iluminado y muy acogedor. El detalle de recibirnos con una botella de vino y agua es valorable. Tiene una excelente ubicación, muy céntrico, cerca de bares, metro, lugares turísticos y supermercados. Pero lejos, lo mejor de todo, fueron las chicas que nos recibieron, se tomaron el tiempo de darnos un mapa y recomendarnos lugares para visitar, fueron muy amables y nos pasaron su número de teléfono por si teníamos algún problema. Tuvimos mucha buena onda de parte de ellas.

  Comments: Ubicación perfecta ya que esta en pleno centro. Muy recomendado para visitas turísticas ya que como he dicho esta ubicado a menos de 5 minutos de Trindade y andando llegas en 15 minutos a la zona turística de Rua das Flores. No tiene comedor pero si que puedes improvisar alguna cena en una mesa en la cocina. Recomiendo utilizar uber para venir del aeropuerto, es una opción que no facilitan pero que es más económico, unos 15 euros. En definitiva, si volviera a Porto repetiría alojamiento.

  Comments: Very central location (behind one of the busiest roads) and close to great brunch and dinner spots! The hosts were very responsive and there are two bedrooms with queen sized beds (instead of the couch that's on the pictures). Fyi - The kitchen is small and there is no living room area if you are looking for that.

Las 2 habitaciones, cocina y baño están muy bien, limpias y el personal de acogida fue muy amable y procuró con sus indicaciones que estuviéramos muy a gusto en nuestra estancia en el apartamento y en Porto. Tan sólo echamos de menos una habitación, tipo salón, para convivir todos la familia mientras estábamos descansando en el apartamento.

  Comments: The apartment is very well located, in a small and quite street near the center. The house is big with wide spaces and two bedrooms, even if a bit dated, but in any case comfortable. The wifi is not working, only in the bathroom could be used a little bit better. The host belongs to an agency and it is complicated the communication, because it is hard to understand when the message is an automatic one and when is a person writing it. For this reason the check in and the communications were not easy

Limpieza y ubicación un 10!! Cerca de todo, a 10 mins a pie de todo... Muy cerquita hay un Mr pizza donde por 15€ se come una pizza XXL buenisima! Hacer un free tour por Oporto es la mejor opción para conocerla mínimamente primero, y después perderse. Gracias por todo!+

  Comments: Great apartment in amazing location. Super clean and very spacious with everything you may need. Comfy beds, good air conditioning, very good bathroom and a nice full equiped kitchen. No noise whatsoever at night, very quiet and great to sleep. Only con is that the clothing washing machine was broken, but I guess they will fix it... Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

  Comments: The Belvedere First is a two bedroom appartement with a nice kitchen, a bathroom and a mini terras. The host was very friendly and always ready to take my call when I was in need. The appartement itself was very fresh and clean when I arrived and it's perfect for a vacation with your friends or with family. The location in the middle of the beautiful city that is Porto, is just the cherry on top of the icing. Me and my friends would definitely recommend the Belvedere First.

  Comments: It is great that the apartment is located in the center, all the spots were within walking distance. Check-in was in the afternoon, as the apartment had to be cleaned first. However, we could leave our luggage at the welcome center to start our tour. The apartment was clean and equipped with the basics. I would definitely recommend the place, as the communication with the host was very professional and the apartment as shown in the pictures.

Diana, responsible for our check in, was really patient and explained to us all the details about the touristic points, what to do, how to get there and so on. Really great!

  Comments: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist gut an die Metrostation "Trindade" angebunden, von der alle wichtigen Linien abfahren. Die Kernstadt mit den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Umliegend befinden sich viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken. Bei Anreise wird man persönlich empfangen und bekommt sehr gute Tipps für Porto. Der Check-Out ist total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist minimalistisch ausgestattet (wenig Ablageflächen, kein großer Spiegel, nur eine kleine Handtuchstange), das Nötige ist aber vorhanden.

Cons: This is an old building, so the walls are thin and you can hear the steps of your neighbors . (And assume they might hear you as well)... ** We enjoined our stay and the stepping sounds didn’t disturbed us.

The check in was a bit dodgy as we had to wait for quite a while and the laundry machine was out of order. The wi-fi was a bit unstable but if that's all fixed, it's a great place.

  Comments: De locatie is goed, binnen 5/10 minuten sta je midden in het centrum. Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers, waarvan de bedden wel aan de kleine kant zijn. Wij waren met zijn 2e dus ieder een eigen bed, maar indien je met zijn 4e bent is het wel smal. Verder ontbrak er wat keukengerei. Ik zou dit appartement aanbevelen als je met zijn 2e bent, je hebt ook geen woonkamer of iets. Dan heb je nog een balkon, waar je met zijn 2e op kan zitten, maar met 4 personen niet. Verder reageren ze erg snel en was het schoon.
