  Comments: Really lovely little apartment. Bright and cheerful, cozy and warm. Very central with everything you need at hand but set back slightly so you don't have to feel in the middle of everything if you don't want to. Sarah has thought of everything to welcome you during your stay. I loved the colourful plastic cups, bowls and plates for my lil girl. Lovely kitchen to work in and great shower too. Loved our stay here.

  Comments: Nice place in a great location. This is a flat in a great location. Minutes only from the beach, public transport and of course, the cafes of Bondi Beach. The flat is well laid out and well suits someone staying in the local area. Sarah was a great host. We had a few initial issues but she was very efficient and courteous in resolving them. Her directions to get to the flat and the keys was terrific and worked like a dream. Well worth considering for your stay in Bondi

  Comments: A casa da Sarah é muito acolhedora e a com uma excelente localização. Nos comunicamos pouco, porque em Sydney tudo é muito interativo, além de termos uma filha que mora por lá. Mas Sarah passou todas as informações necessárias e não tivemos necessidade de ligar para ela. Um ótimo local para se hospedar. O único detalhe é que estávamos em três e para quem usava o sofá cama era necessário passar pelo quarto de casal para ir ao banheiro. Ideal para dois. Outro detalhe é que seria melhor se houvesse uma pia/tanque na área de serviço.

  Comments: Stayed for 7 nights in this spacious apartment at a great location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurant. Plus well connected to the city via public transport. However the cleanliness for the apartment was not good. Hairs and soap remains the bathroom (and some mold as well) and food remains in the Kitchen. Contacted the owner about this and she offered to send a cleaner, so perhaps it was just a one off thing.

  Comments: A tidy and spacious unit for a 1 bedroom. Close walking distance to some great restaurants, shops and the beach. Outside of the building is quite smelly as garage system is in a bit of a mess but this is happening a lot in the area because of the number of units. The host is really helpful! Great spot for a short stay in Bondi.

  Comments: I stayed at this apartment for 4 weeks and it's the biggest feature is its location and proximity to the beach, just 5min walk. The place is quite large for 1 or 2 people. The only issue was that a number of light bulbs were not working inside and the bed was average comfortable. However, it was fully furnished and also included a washing machine which was great. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

  Comments: Unfortunately we didn't have a pleasant or restful stay here. Noise from car mechanic shop and building construction site right beside the apartment was so loud that it felt like it was coming from inside the unit! Went on all day long and none of this was mentioned in her listing! The noise was so unbearable that we had to cut our stay short. No one would want to waste their money on a noisy apartment while on vacation, especially after a very long flight! Even with recorded audio as proof, the host still would not refund for the days we didn't stay. Obviously she doesn't bother checking what goes on around her apartment regularly and that is just negligence! She doesn't seem to care much about guest satisfaction!

  Comments: For sure the biggest value added of this house is the location, just 5 minutes from Bondi Beach. Another plus is the bus stop just right in the corner that bring you to Bondi Junction where you can get the tube. The check in isn’t the easiest one whereas there are instruction (mostly if done in late evening). The flat is perfect up to 2 persons and is quite clean, even if something more could be done. At the end, considering the general picture, I’d suggest this accommodation to another guest.

  Comments: Convenient location on Curlewis St near the corner with Glenayr Ave. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Apartment is located at the rear of the property so relatively quiet. Easy check-in process. Did not deal directly with the owner but rather through Airsorted. A few broken light globes were replaced promptly. TV reception was inconsistent and needs improving. Notwithstanding this, this is a nice apartment and we would stay there again.

  Comments: Very clean place and in awesome location. Although, parking says free all day, it doesn't mention you need to move your car every 2 hours every day you stay there - ruins your time if you do not know of this, we left a day early. Bring toilet paper and soap as these were not available at our stay. (they said they would reimburse us of the toilet paper)

  Comments: Great location for a 8-10 min stroll to the beach, plenty of cafes and shops much closer. Spacious place with great master bedroom, but small and uncomfortable (double) sofa bed in lounge - may be better to book a proper 2 bed place if you need two proper beds.

  Comments: The place's location is amazing! Bondi is a great area and the apartment is very close to everything. Some non-major things were a bit off which lessened the experience: dirty towels/linen, leaky faucet, broken towel rack. But overall we had a good experience. Sarah and her team were great at coordinating everything.

  Comments: I would not recommend staying here. It was simply disgusting. The location was accurate but the photos were edited with a filter to make the apartment seem clean, however that was not the case. The apartment was filled with dust, mold, and rust. Things in the apartment came dirty and broken. Not to mention the apartment was infested with maggots. I was supposed to stay 11 nights but thank goodness I was able to get out as soon as possible and got a hotel for a remainder of my trip in Sydney. I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s in Berlin, Paris, Positano, Milan, Lisbon... and had even just moved from one in Sydney to this one. I had never experienced something even remotely close to this one. This Airbnb needs to be put off the site because the living situation is unhealthy!

  Comments: An excellent location, was clean and practical. It’s not fancy, nor particularly quiet but it’s what you would expect for Sydney. My one suggestion would be a bin and a second set of keys as it’s not amenable to two guests with different plans.
