Se puede ir caminando a todas partes pero en verano es demasiado caliente y no tiene sino 1 ventilador que no sopla nada, y si se abren las ventanas no se puede dormir del ruido! /// Very nice and clean, walkable everywhere but in summer is so hot, it doesnt have enough fans and if you open the windows is imposible to sleep due to the street sounds

  Comments: Le logement est très bien et très bien situé. C est dommage que c est un organisme et non un propriétaire car pour récupérer les clés cela a été un peu compliqué. C est dommage que l ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas ce jour là quand on prend un logement exprès avec ascenseur pour une personne ayant du mal à marcher. Mais je comprends qu ils n y soient pour rien.

  Comments: Estancia muy agradable. Al llegar nos indicaron los sitios más turísticos y sitios para comer y nos obsequiaron con una botella de vino. Ubicación muy buena del apartamento, cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas. La única “pega” es que en verano y con las ventanas abiertas se escuchaba ruido de la calle al haber algun que otro bar justo debajo.

O único ponto negativo foi a falta de ventiladores: o apartamento tinha apenas um. No entanto, era só abrir as janelas que ficava fresco. Eu e minha família recomendamos este local.

  Comments: Staying at this apartment was great. It is in a great location, walking distance to a variety of areas in Porto both the center, historical neighborhood and a variety of bars and restaurants. It was neat and tidy upon arrival and just as you see in the pictures.

  Comments: Je recommande cet appartement!! Un emplacement plus que parfait, cafés et épicerie en face! A 5 minutes à pied de la place centrale et 10 minutes à pied de la station de train !! Ils ont un endroit où aller porter nos sac le matin de notre arrivée ou au départ et facile de s’entendre pour une heure de check in ! Tout a été facile avec eux !! Seul bémol, peu d’installations dans la cuisine. Pas de cafetière, sel ou poivre, sucre, huile ou quoi que ce soit. Une seule coupe de vin et un seul bol! Nous avons tout de même pu cuisiner tous nos repas à la maisons, car si près de tout !!!

  Comments: o apartamento fica extremamente bem localizado e com acesso rápido a supermercados (Pingo Doce fica mesmo à frente, do outro lado da rua), restaurantes e fica a poucos minutos a pé da torre dos clérigos e da livraria lello. É muito limpo e muito confortável, e forneceu tudo o que era necessário para a nossa estadia. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo rapaz que nos fez o check in. Gostei muito e recomendo vivamente.

  Comments: Extremely conveniently located, right opposite a good sized supermarket in city centre and close to the riverside. The flat is managed through an agency: communication was not personal and sometimes delayed, but it was sufficiently efficient for check-in and check out to be smooth. Nice flat and nice location!

  Comments: The apartment itself is very good. Bright and spacious. The men who opened the door for us is very kind and give us many information. However, the customer support from the agent is poor (slow response). They didn’t reply me on Airbnb so I have to contact them via (Hidden by Airbnb) and their official website. Hair dryer is provided but is not functioning. Eventually we dried our hair with heater. Agreed to replace it but we did not receive anything at the end.

  Comments: Séjour extraordinaire à Porto tout etait parfait l'accueil, l'appart, la propreté, la convivialité des gens on a eu un super acceuil avec pleins d'explications et de recommandation, l'emplacement on a pu tout faire à pied très facilement. La petite supérette juste en face très pratique pour faire quelques courses..... En bref je dirais juste parfait. Je recommande totalement pour un séjour très agréable. J'espère revenir très vite.

My family and I loved our stay in this charming and comfortable apartment. Incredibly convenient to all areas in Porto and accessible to transportation; within walking distance to the Douro River and major historical sights. There is a bakery in front of the building; great restaurants and cafes nearby. The pictures of the apartment on the website don’t do justice to the actual place, which is much nicer, lovely with lots of sunlight during the day, and nicely decorated. It was exceptionally clean and the kitchen, completely equipped. The host kindly offered us a bottle of wine upon our arrival. We had a very enjoyable stay, highly recommended!

  Comments: Localização privilegiada. Lugar é ótimo para quem quer fazer Porto a pé. Apartamento muito aconchegante (ideal para 4 pessoas), e tem o necessário para uma estadia tranquila. Tivemos um problema com a válvula da descarga, apesar de sermos prontamente atendidos, o problema voltou a acontecer no dia seguinte. Os aquecedores foram suficientes para nos aquecer no frio de janeiro. Indico o apto!!!

  Comments: 집이 깨끗하고 괜찮아요. 상벤투역에서 완만한 오르막을 좀 올라와야 합니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 크고 좋은 슈퍼마켓이 있어 편해요. 포르투갈은 호스트가 업체에 맡겨 관리하는 집이 많은거 같아요. 리스본에서 지낸 숙소도 그랬는데 여기도 그렇습니다. 용건있을 때 주인에게 메세지보내는 거보다 업체 메일이나 체크인해주신 분 핸폰으로 연락하는 것이 빠릅니다.
