  Comments: Ana was in constant contact with us in advance of our trip via text and airbnb messages which makes for a pleasant and easy welcome by her and Laura. Everything was simple and effective. The apartment was one of the best I have stayed in with airbnb. Beautifully decorated, well thought out, full of appliances such as hairdryers etc! This is such a great help for people on the move.   Comments: Excelente ubicación y excelente atención. El departamento está a pocas cuadras de las estaciones de metro del Paseo de Gracia y Universitat. Desde estas estaciones se puede conectar fácilmente a toda la ciudad. El departamento es muy agradable, bien decorado y está en excelentes condiciones. El entorno es muy agradable, hay muchísimos restaurantes y cafeterías en la zona. Excelente experiencia.

  Comments: L'appartement est super, conforme aux photos. Il est à proximité de tout : 100 mètres d'un supermarché, d'une boulangerie et à 5 minutes du métro. Idéal pour deux.   Comments: Ana and her daughter are amazing hosts. The flat is ideally located in Barcelona and is perfect. Everything is very clean, modern and well decorated.   Comments: We had a very pleasant stay at Ana's apartment! Ana is a welcoming, helpful and friendly host. She advised us a wonderful bakery just near the flat and some other nice local areas. The apartment was modern, clean and tidy with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. You can open a window or use air conditioner at your own option. Ana even left a bottle of water, cola and Nespresso for our enjoyable stay! Location of the apartment is perfect, 7-10 minutes to the centre and metro station. Casa Batllo you may reach in 5 minutes and be the first in the queue:) We would definitely recommend Ana's apartment to everyone!

  Comments: It was my first visit to Barcelona and am so pleased with what a fantastic experience it was. This was due to the lovely, comfortable and modern apartment and great hosts. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours but Ana and laura were happy to wait for us and told us not to worry. They showed us how everything worked. Ana and laura had bought a wifi box to use during our visit as the system they had was not working. This was very considerate. We were told prior to our visit about places to visit to get a real feel, information about transport and on arrival food places worth a visit. Very happy and would recommend :)

  Comments: Parfait petit appartement. Tranquille, bien organiser, cuisine complète, quartier central, bons restaurants et pâtisseries dans les environs. Vraiment parfait. En plus l'accueil a été charmant et cela dès 11h ce qui nous a permis de profiter de l'appart très tôt dans la journée. J'y reviendrai je pense.

  Comments: Ana and Laura were so professional and lovely to deal with from the initial request to saying goodbye. THey made our trip to Barcelona all the more wonderful. The apartment studio, with its "sexy stlyed" bathroom is perfectly located near the metro, grocery, nightlife and an AMAZING Pastisseria with croissants filled with crema catalana that are heaven on a plate. They provided coffee for the nespresso maker, which is not normally done in other airbnb spots, and I have to say it was a lovely amenity and MUCH appreciated that I didn't have to go and search for them. A few soft drinks and beers in the fridge as well. Towels, linens, and kitchen supplies were in abundance and there was care and Spanish gracefullness in every part of our experience with Ana and Laura. Muchas Gracias!

  Comments: Overall we had a good experience, and would definitely recommend this apartment. Ana was a great host, she was ready to greet us right away - The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, and has all the basics. We were there in the high summer heat and the air conditioning was wonderful. The location is o.k., a short walk to the Gaudi houses and there is a nearby bus that takes you to the Gothic Quarter etc. This was one of the more expensive apartments we rented in Spain, but Barcelona is pricey. Note: The apartment states it has an elevator (and it does) but there are about 15 stairs to get up to the elevator, which was challenging for my mother who has a bad knee.

  Comments: Ana was a great host. She met me at the apartment, and checked in the day afterwards to be sure everything was going ok. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's quite compact (especially the bathroom), and I'd say perfect for a single guest or couple. The apartment has two a/c units, one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom. They are powerful and provide plenty of cool air. The apartment is in the back of the building, and its one window (which is frosted) looks out onto the mechanical equipment and the space between two buildings. Not at all scenic, but, Carrer d'Arago is a six lane street, and this apartment hears zero street noise; very nice for peace, quiet and sleeping. There are two Metro stops about 600 meters from the apartment and from these you can go anywhere. I mostly walked to the places I wanted to get to, but did use the Metro too. There was a Barcelona guide book, metro maps, museum information and other tourist info in the apartment. This was my favorite apartment of the 3 I stayed in while in Europe this summer. Ana was fantastic, and very responsive, the apartment is exactly what you see, and the location is great. I'd stay here again without hesitation. Just an FYI: The apartment across the hall is also a vacation rental. I did hear the people in that apartment, but it is not a reason to not stay here. I just mention to let anyone know that you may here these neighbors, and don't be surprised. For the first two nights, no one was in the apartment. Then I'd hear them during the day and evening, but at night when it was time for bed, all was quiet. I texted Ana about the neighbors on the first night, and she was super responsive and concerned. She's a really wonderful host.

  Comments: Ana and her daughter Laura were so kind. When we arrived, they showed us the flat that was really cute and confortable. We also like that everything was green, and this is a little particular that show us how the apartment has a lot of details: cleaned, complete of all stuff for cooking and stay well for a relaxing vacation. During the stay, they informed If everything was going well. Lee were close to metro, many supermarket 24hr, restaurants and clubs. Really adviced.

  Comments: We met with Laura at the door of the apartment. It looks just like the photos and is very clean and modern and fully equipped too! We love the apartment! It will be more perfect for couple or young family rather than like us 3 adults as the bathroom door cannot be lock and is made of frosted glass. Also there are stairs before we reach the lift so its a quite difficult for big luggages like what we had to move up before we reach the lift. Other than that the apartment is perfect and Laura gave us good advice and information on how to get around in Barcelona! Thank you!

  Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Barcelona and the apartment was perfect. Had everything we needed and more really. We were met by Laura who let us in and spent a few minutes with us and some maps which was particularly helpful in getting our bearings and had also left us some bits in the fridge which were a massive help. The A/C works excellently, has all the facilities you could think to need and generally a really nice place. Good location, being near Passeig de Gracia and excellent hosts also. Would definitely recommend.

  Comments: Ana and Laura were perfect hosts: They welcomed us very friendly although it was late at night and they took time to explain to us everything we wanted to know and gave us very good suggestions where to go (food, events etc.). The apartment is perfectly located at the city center so you can reach most places within walking distance. Nice restaurants and cafes are in the direct neighborhood. We felt very comfortable in the apartment that looks exactly as it is shown on the photos. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accomodation!

  Comments: We had such a wonderful stay in Ana and Laura's apartment! Our plane got delayed and we arrived at 11:45pm, they waited for us in the flat and despite the late time, took the time to make some great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit, to tell us about public transports, they also gave us a map and there was even a touristic guide available if we needed one. The flat in itself is gorgeous, very well decorated, modern and functional. It's super quiet and there's only a quick walk to Passeig de Gràcia.

We stay on the move during our vacations, so we didn't use the kitchenette, but it was very well equipped. Ana and her daughter were extremely helpful with information and directions about Barcelona.   Comments: It was great. The apartment was beautiful, and very conveniently located. Both Ana and Laura were very friendly, and we could contact them any time to ask something we couldn't figure out. We really enjoyed our stay, and we wish we could stay for longer. It was my wife's birthday, and Barcelona made it so very special! The location was very convenient: 5 minutes walk to Casa Batllo, under 10 minutes walk to Placa de Catalunya. It was our first visit to Barcelona, and we'll be definitely coming back!

  Comments: C'était vraiment un super appartement, moderne et bien placé, à quelques minutes de rues très commerçantes, d'une grande station de métro et du "Barcelona bus tour". Tout était disponible (machine à café, lave linge, petites fournitures...) ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Même si l'immeuble était situé sur une grande avenue, l'appartement, donnant sur la cour, était au calme mais donc pas très lumineux. Ana et sa fille était d'une grande disponibilité et d'une gentillesse à toute épreuve, à l'image des barcelonais. Nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix :)

  Comments: El apartamento de Ana está ubicado en pleno centro de Barcelona y por lo tanto muy bien comunicado. Es una zona con muchas tiendas y muchos locales de restauración. Por poner una pega; las paradas de metro mas cercanas no están tan cerca… Las ventanas dan al patio interior. Lo bueno es que gracias a eso es super silencioso. Lo malo, puede que sea algo oscuro. Un hecho que es compensado por un sinfín de lámparas repartidas por todo el apartamento. Todo el equipamiento es moderno y está en muy buen estado. El espacio disponible está perfectamente aprovechado con soluciones inteligentes. Los detalles decorativos están muy mimados y hacen la estancia muy agrdable. Ana y su hija han sido muy atentas y amables con nosotros. Moltes gràcies i fins aviat!

  Comments: Although we never actually met Ana, her friend who greeted us was lovely. The apartment was a little smaller than we expected but it was beautiful. It was full of modern equipment (washer/dryer, fridge, coffee machine, microwave/oven etc) and everything was very clean. Located near many great restaurants, everything is within walking distance. They both met us upon arrival, took the time to provide a marked map with local highlights and recommendations, and even provided water, soda, and beer! The apartment is in a great location, just a few blocks from the main shopping and dining streets. It looks exactly as presented in the pictures, had everything that we needed, and was extremely clean. Because the apartment faces and inner courtyard, it was extremely quiet and we slept very well! We also recommend Brunch and Cake, an adorable place for breakfast just two blocks away. We would definitely stay with Ana again!

  Comments: Ana fue muy amable, nos estaba esperando en la esquina del departamento porque sabía que veníamos en aerobús. Nos explicó las principales atracciones turísticas y como visitarlas. El departamento está muy bien ubicado y excelentemente decorado. Sin ruido. Ademas tenía galletitas, queques y bebidas para nosotras. Nuestro vuelo era en la tarde y nos permitió dejar las maletas en el departamento hasta las 4pm, hora en que llegaban otros guests, lo que nos permitió aprovechar el día. Ana es una excelente anfitriona.

  Comments: Ana y Laura nos recibieron excelentemente. Fueron muy amables y nos dieron consejos para visitar algunos puntos de Barcelona que nos faltaban conocer. El apartamento es hermoso, uno de los mas completos de los que hemos estado. Super moderno, con todas las comodidades para pasar una excelente estadía, los utensilios de cocina muy completos para poder cocinar lo que quieran. La ubicación es muy buena con conexiones a todos los puntos. El metro se encuentra a 3 calles. Tambien esta muy cerca de Plaza Catalunya. No podemos mencionar nada negativo en nuestra estadía. Ana se comunico con nosotros en todo momento para saber si todo iba bien. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos al 100%.

  Comments: What a brilliant apartment. Ana and her daughter Laura go out of their way to make you feel at home and make sure you have everything you need. Ana always responded to my questions quickly and was very easy to communicate with. She checked on us a couple of times during our stay to see if everything in the apartment was ok. Both Ana and Laura met us on arrival and Laura sat down with a map of Barcelona and talked us through what we could do and suggested great restaurants. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed and sensational shower. It has everything you need and is in a great neighbourhood with fantastic restaurants on every corner. Public transport is close by, however we walked everywhere so didn't need to use it. If there were 6 stars to rate this apartment I would. I'll be suggesting Ana's place to anyone I know visiting Barcelona. Thank you Ana and Laura for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

  Comments: Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti a Barcellona in questo graziosissimo appartamento ristrutturato con stile e gusto dei dettagli. L'arrivo è stato perfetto. Siamo arrivati ed Ana era ad accoglierci con la giovane figlia. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno mosttato l'appartamento e ci hanno illusttato la città indicandoci ristoranti e punti di interesse. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto funzionale. Noia siamo in tre. Per tre è assolutamente perfetto. Nostro figlio (10 anni) ha dormito nel divano letto (comodo e grande). Il bagno è comodo e la doccia si fa bene. Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma c'era tutto l'occorrente. Nel frigo ci hanno fatto trovare bibite e acqua. L'unica nota negtiva è il panorama della finestra. L'appartamento affaccia su una corte interna e non si vede nulla della bella Città. L'appartamento è su una via importante. Molto trafficata (ma il rumore non si sente). La via è piena di negozi market e ristoranti. Comoda la Metro (due fermate) a pochi metri a piedi. Ana ci ha chiesto ogni giorno informazioni sul nostro soggiorno. Persona attenta e disponibile. Ci ha dato la possibilità anche di lasciare l'appartamento nel pomeriggio..... Un grazie di cuore.

  Comments: Beautiful modern flat. Perfectly clean. Everything needed is there. Added bonus is Ana, the gracious and very friendly host. She made sure to meet us on our late arrival and promptly communicated whenever we had a question. She also let us stay as late as we wanted on departure day so that we didn't need to carry our bags with us until the last minute. Flat is well situated, in a quieter neighborhood but within 10-15 mins walk of Placa Catalunya. Also, the bakery "La Patisseria" is a block away for some world renowned desserts/breakfast items. All in all, a superb listing. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Barcelona.

Nos explicó bien sobre el funcionamiento del departamento y además se tomó unos minutos para ofrecer recomendaciones sobre la Cuidad (restaurantes, movilidad, etc.). Estuvo atenta en mandarnos información y consultó sobre si estaba todo bien. El lugar es muy cómodo y amplio para dos personas. Su diseño es moderno y el lugar es bastante tranquilo, sin muchos ruidos. La ubicación es excelente (fuimos caminando a la mayoría de los ligares para visitar). En resumen, buen lugar y amable anfitriona, muy recomendable.

For us the location was perfect (a block from Axel and Skybar), and an easy walk to good restaurants and the shopping area (maybe 10 min. at most to the University area next to Las Ramblas). Ana was delightful, and her daughter spoke by phone with reflections in English. They were also helpful as my bags were delayed during to my flying from New York rather than Atlanta. Ana was waiting for me in-front of the apartment when I arrived; and well, it was very efficient, pleasant and given the long trip too; quite welcomed.   Comments: I thought this apartment was on the ground floor or a basement because of the window placement/frosted glass, but it is actually on the second floor facing an inner courtyard (the bed area gets a good amount of natural light). Everything else lived up to or exceeded expectations as well. Laura, Ana's daughter, spoke great english and gave us an informative walkthrough of attractions, events and (great) local restaurants. It is clean, neat, modern and tidy. Ana doesn't speak much English but her daughter Laura does. Both of them were there to receive us that day and they were warm, friendly and polite. Our flight was late in the evening and they even allowed us to stay for a bit longer which we deeply appreciated. Highly recommended this apartment to everyone. It's in a great location for getting to sights in the city either by waking or public transit, but it doesn't feel like you're drowning in tourists, which we really appreciated. Nearby sights include Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. It's maybe a 15 minute walk to La Rambla and is around the corner from really delicious restaurants. We didn't get to meet Ana in person, but she was always easily available by email and was really helpful! Her mom helped us get checked in and gave us great tips for getting around the city. We had such a wonderful time in Barcelona and would definitely recommend Ana's place!

We found a really cool place called Cosmo nearby and also some amazing brunch at a place called Brunch and Cake. All just around the corner! Entering into a 19th century building, as soon as the door to the flat was opened, it was a WOW. I mean, the place is pristine. It was as if I was the first ever guest. Open and bright with high, high ceilings. Like I said: pristine Now on to location. 7 minutes’ walk from Universitat Metro. 15 minutes to Plaça Catalunya, and a few more to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter Shops, supermarket, more shops and cafés. And I lost count of the number of bakeries / patisseries within a few minutes of the apartment. The apartment is on the back of the building which makes it immune from street sounds. It is ideal for one or two. More if you’re family or great friends. The place is, in a word, fun Laura was waiting for me and provided excellent suggestions and geographic orientation which added to the brightness of the apartment Definitely a “will stay again” choice

Ana’s apartment has everything a traveler would want in an Airbnb: location, clean, stylish place, amenities, and wonderful host! You just need to take the Aerobus from BCN to plaza universidad (about 6 euro one way) then apartment is about 7 minutes away.. There is an elevator in the apartment which is helpful for luggage. Ana’s daughter met us and gave us helpful detailed information on where to go, local recommendations, mini maps. She is very friendly and patient. The apartment is very modern upgraded design, exactly like in photos. Super clean, many towels, lights, kitchenware, washer, fridge. I felt like it was nicer than the hotel! Very safe area. Thank you for such a wonderful day I highly recommend it and would stay again

I appreciated the extra touches, such as a box of kleenex, abundant toilet paper and towels, a hair dryer and a coffee maker compatible with Nespresso capsules. There was even fresh milk for coffee. The only thing I would have liked is bottled water but there are plenty of convienence shops nearby to purchase whatever you might need. I also liked the reading lamp on the nightstand. All in all, a great place. HIghly recommend!

Not only did she give us excellent directions to her place, but she waited outside and waved at us when we were across the street. (Guessing the luggage gave us away). It made us feel very good to be welcomed so quickly. Ana spent time going over details in the apartment (all the amenities) and ensured we were comfortable before she departed. She even had a map of the area for us and made sure we were comfortable knowing where the apartment was so we wouldn’t get lost. She has a nice book of sites to see and restaurants to try. We tried a couple she recommended and were extremely pleased (excellent tapas and paella). The amenities are very good: plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. There are plenty of outlets which is a plus. The air conditioning was excellent (two units) to keep the rooms very comfortable during our stay. The location is also excellent: it is just a few blocks walk from the University Aerobus stop and there are plenty of other buses and trains nearby. We hope to stay there again!

I highly recommend checking out Morro Fi which is around the corner if you want to get acquainted with Spanish vermouth. Ana is an excellent host. She greeted us at the door and took the time out of her day to walk us through the area, giving us recommendations about restaurants and other attractions. Also, the clothes washing/drying machine was a godsend on our three week trip through Europe. Book this place now and don’t look back!

  Comments: Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is a small one bedroom but the white walls,excellent lighting, and high ceilings give an open feeling. Everything is fully functional (including the wonderful ac and washer/dryer)and linens,towels,paper goods,toiletries,and soaps are in abundant supply. When I return to Barcelona I won't stay anyplace else. Highly recommended.

  Comments: Clean, neat, great location. All amenities needed and more are provided. Toiletries, towels, linens, plenty of everything. Much larger than a hotel room by far. And for less money. We noticed at first we "missed" the idea of having a doorman or concierge to ask questions. However, with he good Wifi, honestly, we did better than hotel advice. And once we left the apartment the first morning, we never thought of that again. Even local tour guides were not aware of things we learned online. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

  Comments: photos of this place are a accurate and Ana was a perfect host - even messaging during our stay to see if everything was OK. Only thing we were a bit surprised about is the lack of sound deadening between the apartments. Be prepared to here EVERYTHING through the walls - TVs, babies crying, loud people coming back from a night out drinking and even the metro rumbling past underneath! These were not loud enough to stop us from getting sleep but if you are a light sleeper they may wake you up.

  Comments: Lovely, well-designed place-- much roomier than the pictures show! Location is wonderful, very close to several wonderful restaurants and bars. It was easy to have some drinks and tapas and then go right to bed. Neighbors were quiet and there was no noise from outside at night so we got lots of rest. Everything was very clean, heat worked well, had no issues with (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication was great. Thank you for having us!

  Comments: This is a lovely apartment in a very safe neighborhood full of restaurants and stores. It was very clean, plenty of linens and towels, a comfortable bed, a full kitchen, an elevator (easy to operate and efficient with my claustrophobia!), and so easy to walk everywhere in Barcelona! The host, Ana met us personally to check in and gave helpful tips and suggestions. We loved our stay here.

  Comments: Very clean and cosy modern apartment, perfectly located within walking distance to most of the major attractions, and surrounded by local restaurants an bars. Also, the underground station called Passeig de Gracia is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment, with one of its exits being right in front of Gaudi's gorgeous Batllo House. If you stay at Ana's place, make sure you also check the Brunch & Cake cafe, which is only a 2-minute walk; you won't be disappointed. But I digress, the apartment provided a good level of utilities, was clean and quiet and Ana was very helpful and friendly, recommending us some very good local restaurants and providing us with great advice for our trip. Highly recommended.

  Comments: 1.위치 면에서 훌륭합니다.어디든 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리에요.카사바트요.카사밀라.모두 가깝구요. 가까운 지하철 역도2개나 있어서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 2.호스트가 너무 너무 좋아요. 제가 메신저로 잘 모르는 내용이 있어서 서툰 영어로 물어볼때마다 매우 친절하고 상세하게 답변해줬습니다^^ 3.세련된 인테리어 및 편의시설 좋았어요. 특히 저는 1월에 10살짜리 아이를 데리고 가서 추울까봐 걱정했는데 히터가 2개나 있고 침대 이불이 푹신푹신 제가 머문 여느 호텔보다 훨씬 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 정말 매일밤 꿀잠 잤어요. 또 수건도 넉넉히 준비되어있어서 6박 하면서 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 무엇보다 좋았던것은 부엌이 잘 정비되어있어서 토스트기.전자렌지 겸 오븐,간단한 양념이 있어서 요리하기도 편했어요. 참 아쉬웠던점은 포트가 좀 낡아서 교체가 필요한것같았습니다. 엘레베이터도 현대식이고 현관문부터 보안이 잘 되어있어서 마음 편했습니다 모든면에서 봤을 때 완벽했습니다.저는 다음에 바르셀로나에 또 온다면 다시 머물고싶어요^^행복한 숙소였습니다. 가족 단위 여행 추천합니다. thanks ana!

  Comments: I loved this place! This was my fourth visit to Barcelona and by far my favorite in large part because of my stay at Ana's apartment. The unit itself is super clean and very well designed. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Ana herself was a lovely hostess, showing how everything (in what's a very well appointed apartment) works and then providing some guidance on some great places to check out in the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself was my favorite part. Truly a beautiful part of town. And it was really nice to be a little bit of short walk from the tourist sites. It really felt like a true local experience. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
