  Comments: Isabel was very friendly and welcoming for our stay. The place is pretty much how it's described. We had plenty of towels and the bed is very soft and big. There are fans in the living and bedroom which allow for some nice air circulation. The location is pretty great though. It's only a block or two away from the Boardwalk and a few from the subway. There's a delivery Chinese place I liked nearby called Chow Time if you want some cheap eats. The only issue that we had (which shouldn't bother future stays) is that we were without water for a couple days and we were not told in advance about it. After the pipes were fixed, Isabel was quick to apologize and compensated us a bit for our troubles.

  Comments: It was the most comfortable bed of my life! There is no AC, but fans and breeze with windows. 5-7 min walking distance to public transportation. About an hour on the subway to manhattan & 30 min drive. There isn't an elevator and we stayed on the 4th floor. I would suggest bringing towels because the ones provided are small but they are there. It was good though since the only purpose was to sleep, also had a really nice TV.

  Comments: This property is in a convenient location. Short walk to the subway as well as to the beach. The neighborhood in the evening was a little rowdy and loud and not very family-friendly.

  Comments: The pictures on line do not do this place justice, it is much nicer in real life. The apartment is well furnished with just about everything you need right down to USB ports in the wall. The bed was super comfortable, the appliances are new and the whole place is super clean! There is a/c but you don't even need it because of the breeze off the ocean and the ceiling fans. The building is super secure which include security cameras. On checking in our host had a book with information on local places as well as coupons for local eateries. Public transportation is very close by with the train station being about a 5 minute walk and there are buses all over. The beach is only about a block or two away so you can walk over and stroll the boardwalk for shopping and restaurants, and Coney Island amusement park is just steps from the door! Our hosts were very responsive, friendly and accommodated our every need. I would definitely stay here again!!

  Comments: when i was reading reviews about the place, i saw someone saying the pictures on line do not give the place justice. well,iam totally agree,the placeis way far from the picture,mush mush better,it is well decorated,clean,the bathroom ,really every thing and in a very very nice location. the couples are very nice,helpful,and always there when you need them. i really enjoyed the place alot. i would like to thank you very very much for everything.

  Comments: The pictures really don't do the place any justice! It's way better in person. So clean and well furnished. I had a wonderful stay with my friends. Close to the trains but is does take an hour to get to the city but the train ride is worth it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for hosting us!

  Comments: Great experience, friendly host. So centrally located, we could walk everywhere (boardwalk, stadium, aquarium) in 5 minutes or less. The only downside to being so centrally located was the noise at night, but overall, very satisfied!

  Comments: We took the kids down to Coney Island for an end-of-summer vacation and it was fantastic. Edwin & Isabel were great hosts and very accommodating. They have extra items that you might need, whether it's an umbrella or HDMI cord for the massive TV. Both of the beds are super comfortable. You will be feet from the boardwalk, aquarium, and all of the attractions of Coney Island, all while about a 30 minute ride from Manhattan. We decided that being with kids, it was better to be closer to the beach (so we could bounce back and forth to the apartment as needed) than being in Manhattan, and we were right. Highly recommend this place.

  Comments: For anyone who wants to explore the real Coney Island, this is the place. Conveniently located for everything from the Cyclone to the boardwalk to the beach to all the great Russian places just a mile or two down in Brighton. Best of all: about three blocks from Tontonno's Pizza. Had a blast!

  Comments: We were in town for a Cosmos game, and it was an affordable place a block from the stadium. Great access to Coney Island. Very clean and comfortable. Like other reviews mentioned, it was a little loud Saturday night, but didn't keep us up. Isabel was very friendly and accommodating.

  Comments: Edwin and Isabel are really nice people. This was my 1st time trying airbnb and they help made my stay so easy. I was surprise that that room was a lot better than what the picture showed. Had an awesome view with great air flow coming in.

  Comments: The hosts were great. Very accommodating and stayed up late to allow me to check in late due to traffic. The pictures are pretty accurate about apartment. Very clean and has the basic essentials you will need. Only thing I would mention is it's 5 flights up stairs only. So pack light or expect to make a few trips. Also since you are right by the board walk (which is beyond convenient if you need to be in this area. It's right near public trans, stores, and highway) however, it gets very loud because of the rides and board walk festivities. The announcer starts pretty early on the loud speaker about prizes and rides etc. So be prepared for an early wake up if your a light sleeper. Other than that you can't beat the price and the value. The hosts live in the building which makes it convenient if you need something or if something goes wrong. And they supply all of the necessities towels, blankets etc.

  Comments: Edwin and Isabel were very responsive with messages leading up to our stay. It was nice that private parking was available. The room was very nice but at first there was no air conditioning. But right away they had an air conditioner ready and set up for us. It was walking distance to the subway station and the beach and boardwalk. We had a great stay and would gladly stay with them again.

  Comments: We had a great stay- went in for a concert at the Ford theater, and it was an easy walk there and back. Meeting them before hand was so nice to put a face to the name, and to get a lay of the land. The off street parking was perfect and took a stress off the plate. Highly recommended, would stay there again!

  Comments: Edwin's apartments have everything you would need as far as amenities and they are also very clean. We got in around 2 and even though Edwin could not meet us there he had somebody there waiting to let us in. Because of construction around the neighborhood the parking on the street was limited so it was nice to have the option of off-street parking. This was our second time staying at one of Edwin's apartments and just like the first time it was very enjoyable, plan on returning a third time.

  Comments: Great location. We had a rental car and were able to park in a nearby lot for a small additional fee. We certainly enjoyed our time here, it was clean and relaxing. The only downside was this is a 4th floor apartment and there is no elevator available.
