  Comments: Nancy's place was very convenient. Location was centrally located, close to MTR. Room is small but comfortable enough to enjoy my stay. (Normal size for HK standards). Nancy was very friendly upon check-in and made sure everything went OK during my stay. I would def recommend her place and stay again in the future.

The place is very centric, it is full furnished and modern, it may be small, like most of the places in Hong Kong, but the value for money is definitely unbeatable! I will recommend this stay 100% to friends and relatives if they come to Hong Kong too!

The flat is located in a lively district so you reach easily late open nice restaurants to find out.. and the wooloomooloo bar is at a walking distance !

  Comments: Das Studio von Nancy war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Lage des Zimmers ist genial. Man kann in wenigen Minuten alle möglichen Geschäfte, den Geldwechsel oder die Metro erreichen. Shopping Mall und Restaurants sind auch zu genüge vorhanden. Ich habe meine Freundin in Hong Kong besucht und würde das gleiche Studio nochmal buchen.

  Comments: It was not the host’s fault to rent out this place on Airbnb but rather my own not to have read through reviews already noting that the building is filled with brothels. Men was looking at me in the lift which is quite run-down and slow. I ended up not staying the night and checking in at a hotel instead. Nothing wrong with the room itself for its value.

  Comments: It’s a good place for the price. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Great location, near restaurants and public transport. Although the bathroom/toilet has a faint urine smell. Also the room is situated in a building with ‘red-light’ activities on other floors (not the floor of this building), which may be a concern for some guests.

As other travellers note, the fact the studio is in the same building that offers prostitution, it means I often had to wait for the lift to arrive as it was busy with punters. The building is safe though, as almost everywhere is in HK.

  Comments: If you are ok to stay in one apartment and sharing with few other tenants at separated room this is the place. Do not expect a studio apartment because it is not as described. It is actually an apartment with few rooms altogether.

Always answered fast + Easy check-in procedure Cons - Barthel on the few floors of the building. - we couldn't check-in at 12:00 and had to wait till 17:00. We asked Nancy to check-out a few hours later, but she rejected. - 2-ppl bed was really small for 2 people. - small towels Overall impression: There were problems like brothel on the most floors of the building, towels weren't ready, check-in time and no-water day but that was not crucial and solved fast. I propose to rent apartments not in the middle of the city because you can reach most famous tourism spots in 20-30 minutes from any part of the city.

  Comments: The flat was ok by HK standards, well kept and clean. Helpful maid/cleaner. We wont recommend for young ladies or children as it seems to be surrounded by brothels in the other floors.

  Comments: Good location close to CWB MTR. The unit was clean. The hot water does take a while to heat up and it only lasts a couple minutes. The unit is located inside a brothel but everyone minds their in business. Overall it was a good stay.

  Comments: Space was cozy, but located in a convenient location. Good for one, maybe up to 2 people. Only downside is that the building, although not that specific floor, is used for prostitution. Lot of guys coming in and out of the building at all hours of the night.

  Comments: Nancy's place was very convenient with a subway station located 5 mins away. Bedsides the shower room, the bed and room were small. I visited Hong kong around February and it was super cold for me. The room had to heater. The hot water/heater, fridge, lights, TV, and more were enabled by a bunch of switches. These switches were labeled in Chinese. So, I it wasn't user friendly for people who can't read Chinese. I ended up with no fridge, and TV. I did figure out the heater for the bath room. Although, the hot water stayed hot for only 3 mins. So, I ended freezing myself to death. I checked in with the place not cleaned properly. I found multiple hairs in the shower room and a box of opened condom next to my bed. Thankfully, I booked Nancy's place just for one night. Overall, I'm was disappointed and I would not recommend this place.

  Comments: Typical Hong Kong size apartment (~15sq meters) - a tight squeeze for 2, but very well furnished with some toiletries provided. Good position in a safe neighbourhood, very close to Causeway Bay MTR, 7-11, 24/7 conveniences etc. Make sure when you arrive that you receive a photo from one of the hosts outlining check in instructions. I didn't, and the listing is very vague, however I was able to contact someone after a couple of phone calls.

  Comments: This place is perfect to see downtown Hong Kong, near the subway and walking distance to Victoria Park. The room is tiny as expected, but comfortable enough and fine for a few nights. The bed is wide enough for two but not meant for very tall people. Michelle was very thoughtful in sending a note on how to get into the city, and the plugs all have adapters!

I can recommend the place, but the bed is not that big, so not recommendable for tall people and bring ear plugs as the air con is quite noisy (what seems like to be normal in Hong Kong, as I was told)

Nancy did not respond to my messages, the fridge was broken, toilet wasn’t working properly, there was silver fish In our bed, clean towels and sheets were hard to find. Not impressed with the communication or help at all! Also elevator takes forever because there’s 4 floors that are brothel Houses so it takes forever to get down and up as well weird men creep outside the apartment door, especially if they see a girl, I was followed up to my suite a couple times by weird men!

  Comments: Yeah its in a brothel building, but its HK. Almost every other building in Causeway Bay has some seedy massage parlor in it. Whilst there were guys going in and out, i was never bothered by any of them and quite frankly found the entire setting pretty unique to HK. My fiance and friends back home were astonished to find how the entire building functions. Trust me you will have a story to tell after staying in this building. Andy and Nancy were extremely accommodating and friendly from the 1st day. Awesome cleaner who was very helpful and nice. Room was much bigger than most hotels in HK(this is my 8th visit to HK and 1st Airbnb) and with a location this close to Causeway Bay will definitely stay here again.

  Comments: Small apartment with amazing location. You are in the heart of the island where locals come to spend their evening. The staircase looks a bit rough with some brothels on the lower floors but the apartment is clean and safe. It grew on me after a few days, I would definitely stay there again. You get a private room with your own key. The shower is very good with great water pressure. The air conditioning unit is very powerful for the small space and can be fine controlled. There's travel adapters in some of the power sockets. Tips: The bed is 1,80m long but if you are tall like me (2m) you can open the lower part of the cupboard at the end of the bed and rest your feet there :) You have to switch on several switches grouped with the light switches in order to get the AC unit and the hot water to work. If you closed the bathroom ventilation pull the cord away from the wall to reopen the hatch.

There's no need to be rude most especially for guests who are asking questions as it's their first time to stay in your country and they are planning itinerary. communication must be improved. I'm giving 3 stars cause the place is cozy. I just noticed that most peeps getting in the elevator are guys. must be because of the brothel in the other floors. Putting the communication aside, it was a nice stay.

  Comments: My trip to Hong Kong did not start well. I followed the instructions in the chat from the host and was looking for door with a keypad to enter a code. Upon found the door, the keypad was not visible. It looked like a hotel door that you need a magnetic card to activate. I thought I thought it was the wrong door. I spent quite a while hunting around the building. I called the host but the call went straight to voicemail. I texted her and messaged her through chat but still nothing. I had to call Airbnb. It was impossible to tell from the instructions that the trackpad was digital. Finally Airbnb was able to contact the host and the matter was resolved. The host sent me a link to a six page website which I hadn't read all the way through but read thoroughly once I checked in. The room was small and clean. It’s at a very low price point so I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons. It would have been nice if the sheets and towels were fresher and better quality but everything else was good. As an expat male who’s lived in Asia for almost 30 years, it didn’t bother me to discover that the building is kinda one big brothel with prostitutes working out of small flats throughout. As a result, the lift and lobby attracts a lot of shady punters. I felt safe but if you're female or new to Asia, I wouldn’t recommend it. The flat was quiet, cozy and everything worked. Location is excellent so that made up for the initial inconvenience. I would happily come back for a short stay.

  Comments: I found out the bldg was a brothel in the lower floors which made it quite uncomfortable for me because I’m a female. We arrived early so I asked Nancy if it was possible to leave our luggage there but we had a misunderstanding. Although she said yes, we can leave it at the hallway, she didn’t reply if it was safe to leave it there. I asked if there was a receptionist or someone who can watch over the things that we would leave behind because it is my first time to stay at a condo/ arbnb in HK. She replied “there’s no reservation dear” which was not helpful at all. We waited 30 mins outside the door (thinking the door was for our room only). Good thing someone went out and let us in. He said there’s more than 1 room inside that door. A filipino cleaner welcomed us and that’s when I understood what she meant by “hallway”. There were 3-4 units inside with small kitchen, etc. She was so helpful and that’s when we started to feel comfortable. Room was clean, small but well ventilated. Everything we needed was there also. So I’m giving it a good rating coz the overall exeperience was great.

  Comments: The place is small. (Somehow even smaller then how the pictures made it look). The bed is small so if you are over 170cm tall you might not fit. Also the bed is really only fit for one person. Elevator was often delayed because of the heavy stream of traffic visiting the brothel on the 12 floor. The building didn’t have any good vibes, However, the location was very good, 5 minutes to the closest metro station. Lots of food options close by. The check in was very easy ( there was a touch activated keypad). There was no issues with communication. Would not recommend for single females or couples.

  Comments: The studio is well located, it's near Time Square and everything you need to discover Hong Kong at your own pace. The only downside it's the size of the studio, which is super small, but it's according to HK standard, also there are several brothels in the same building, which for me wasn't a big deal because I was with my husband and there wasn't any safety issue but I wouldn't recommend it for women travelling alone.

  Comments: The location is really strategic. There’s 7-eleven, Mannings (you can buy medicines, chocolate or anything you need there), Yoshinoya, McD, Pizza Hut—it’s a complete stop. Just take 5 mins walk and you’ll find Apple Store, Ichiran and MTR Station. The apartment is really small, but it’s enough since you’ll spend most of the time exploring the city. Hot water, hair dryer worked just fine. The bed is too small for two people. But you can squeeze in and get comfy.

  Comments: 위치는 코즈웨이베이역 근처에 있어서 정말 좋아요. 방도 좁긴 하지만 생각보다 깨끗하고 아늑했어요. 수납공간이 되게 많아서 괜찮았구요. 드라이기, 샴푸, 간단한 식기도 준비되어 있었어요. 혼자서 쓰기에 가격대비 좋은 것 같아요. 근데 숙소가 있는 건물이 되게 음침하고 무서워요. 그리고 여자분들은 조심해야될 것 같아요. 혼자 갔는데 건물에 nam자들 엄청 많고 추측인데 up소가 있는것 같음.

  Comments: 入住过各个城市的很多民宿 这间是体验最差的 不可否认交通便利 位置很好 设施也算齐全 打扫卫生的阿姨很nice 但存在以下问题: 1. 打扫不干净 一个枕头很脏 上面有头发 2.洗澡热水只有几秒钟 剩下全部冷水 3. 隔音效果差 房子不是独立单间 而是一个房子隔出来的多个套房 这点在介绍中没有体现 十二点 一点 两点 三点都分别有人回来 4. 房东回复慢 很难沟通 由于离港时间较晚 想寄存一下行李 被告知需要另外缴纳一晚房费 能够理解规则 但缺乏人情味和冷漠的沟通方式 负分 5. 看到房东对其他住客的建议是在入住期间反馈意见 个人觉得很搞笑 第一房东反馈很不及时 第二卫生间的问题被反馈过很多次 也并没有得到解决 所以 遇到问题不解决问题 反而质疑住客的沟通方式 都是借口 总结 香港资源稀缺 即便服务很差 房东或二房东都可以倚仗资源本身直接赚钱 只想要经济实惠的 可以考虑 想要旅途愉快的 还是建议住酒店
