New 1BD Condo in Napili Ridge, Walk to Beach

  Comments: Our stay at the condo was great. The host was very easy to work with as far as being able to check in early and check out late, which was very appreciated considering we had two babies with us. The only downside was that there was no AC. Given, it was my fault for not checking the listing, and although I thought we wouldn't survive a night there, you felt a nice cool breeze when you opened both front and back doors so the AC wasn't needed after all. (One of the neighbors came to yell at me because one of the babies was crying so I had to keep the door shut) The location was perfect! It was walking distance to the very popular breakfast spot "The Gazebo" and to the Napili Bay that is very beautiful and you can see turtles. There were a couple of issues with roaches, but it's inevitable considering they are condos and not everyone that lives in a complex is clean, although the condo was. We would stay there again

  Comments: Lovely little place for one or two to stay. Car park available at no extra cost, good kitchen which is well furnished, and a quiet place. Good access to the freeway. The beach was walking distance and the area was something from a dream. Would stay here again.

  Comments: Location: A place looks as expected, 5 min from Kapalua Beach. We didn't have any issues with neighborhood condos. Despite there are a lot of people in this Condo Complex (Napili Ridge), we didn't feel the place to be crowdy (as well as elsewhere in Hawaii). While the most interesting activities (IMHO) are in Lahaina, there is just 12-15 min drive. You can drive elsewhere on Maui within 3.5-4 hours (one way). ____________________________________________________________________ Facilities/Equipment: It really looks recently renovated, all facilities and equipment are good. There is a fridge, microwave and regular oven, plates and silverware. We enjoyed having breakfast on Patio with a nice garden view. Parking lots are not the issue - you just need to fill the form and submit it to management office. ____________________________________________________________________ Cleanliness: The place was clean as expected. Host provided to us beach and bathroom towels which was greatly appreciated ____________________________________________________________________ Overall Great value-for-money deal for Hawaii travelers who don't want to spend tons of money for vacation. Note that rental car is required in most cases when travelling to Maui.

  Comments: The place was very cute. Perfect size and a 5-10 min walk to the beach. We came when I was pretty high temps and it did get hot at night due to no AC. We made due and enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely rebook. Thanks!

  Comments: Linda-Lee's place was in a great location (walkable to the beach and a few restaurants). The remodel is truly done well. The only negative we really had was regarding no AC. When we reserved this Airbnb we didn't see it mentioned in her comments, but it's clearly stated in them now. She was super easy to communicate with and ensured we got settled in okay. Perfect getaway for a couple or small family.

  Comments: Our stay at Linda’s was great. We had quick responses to our questions. The place was very clean. Quick walk to Napili beach. Kapalua trail is nearby which is an easy and scenic hike. Overall our stay was great!

  Comments: We had a great time at this place !! Excellent location. Close to the beaches (walking distance). Close to Lahaina (15 minutes drive). The condo had everything we needed and even more (we really enjoyed the beach stuff provided - chairs/boogie board and we liked the big fridge with freezer). We also used the BBQ every night and the pool. And the king size bed was a great bonus. We recommend this place !

  Comments: Upon arrival the condo was clean! I highly recommend Linda's condo for a vacation stay in Maui. You're not too far from beaches and Front Street. There is a beach about 20 minutes walking distance from the condo. She provided a coffee maker, toaster and other kitchen items for cooking as well as food storage. Linda also contacted me and made sure I made it to the condo.

  Comments: Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft nicht weit vom Napili Beach, bei dem man täglich Schildkröten beobachten kann. :) Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr geräumig. Bushaltestelle und Lebensmittelmarkt in der Nähe. Check in hat super geklappt und es gab einige Tips für die Umgebung bei der Ankunft.

  Comments: Good home-away from home. The apartment had plenty of amenities and a fully stocked kitchen so you could certainly cook if you wanted to. There was even a blender and toaster. One item that was missing was a bottle opener! There are wine glasses but we couldn't find an opener... Although the area feels residential, it's a quick drive to many beaches and you could walk to Napili Bay, if you wanted to. It's very quiet so if you're looking for an escape from all the resorts, it serves as a good home base. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the new-ness of the amenities, even if small (e.g. sponge, dish soap, etc.).

  Comments: Beautiful, clean, & organized. We love having all the amenities such as stove, fridge, coffee maker, etc. Plus having beach supplies and a cooler was a bonus too! Napili Bay is a great beach for sunset and turtle watching! We drove to Lahaina and/or to/near Kaanapali area most days and although it's a short trip (15 mins?), we didn't mind as it's a beautiful ride. The condo is close to some stores as well! We forgot there was no A/C when we arrived and thought we might get hot overnight but sleeping with the windows open and a fan was perfect for all 3 of us.

  Comments: Linda's place was perfect and suited exactly what we had in mind - we were walking distance to the most beautiful beaches, as well close to shops. The Bus stop is at the end of the street, which was a perk as well. The place itself is lovely, warm and inviting – with everything you need. It was lovely living with residents of Maui, as we got the chance to get to know them and find the best local places to swim, eat and sight see. We will be back!!

Lilla was a fantastic host and drove out to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment late at night! I would definitely recommend this place! We had a great stay!

  Comments: Great stay. The place is spotless and a good size for a couple. Nice lanai for a drink. Bed was super comfy. The bathroom was super warm and we were always overheating after being in there! We stayed at a time where the whole complex is undergoing a facelift and therefore was quite noisy early mornings and during the day.

  Comments: Linda-Lee’s condo was very clean and is in a convenient location to Napili Market and popular snorkeling spots (Honolua Bay, Kapalua Bay, Etc.) Even though the condo doesn’t have air conditioning, enough portable fans were provided that we were never uncomfortably hot during our stay. The local groundskeeper was very nice and gave us a lot of great local recommendations.

If you woke 10-15mins from the property you can find supermarket easier and also less than 10mins walk you can go to beach to! Thank you for your nice and cozy amazing place to stay for me!

  Comments: The place is just wonderful. Everything was as described. The kitchen is well equipped, the couch is so comfortable. Two big TVs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. The beach is walking distance and really beautiful. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

  Comments: We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, kitchen was modern and well stocked with cookware and appliances (blender was a nice treat). Beautiful beach was a short walk away and the area felt super safe, even for late night walks home. Public BBQ was large and in good condition. Communication with host was awesome too, all questions were promptly answered. Only minor thing to note was the exterior of the unit was under going renovations, however this didn't hinder our stay as they didn't work on weekends nor at early hours of the morning. Would happily stay here again.

  Comments: Great place to stay, clean, and in a pretty good location. The property was under construction, and the screen door didn’t work and was jammed, but I’m sure it will be repaired before your stay. There are plenty of fans available in the unit to help make up for the lack of AC, but you’ll have to get creative as it does get pretty hot in there! I would still stay again though, as the price is right!

  Comments: Linda’s place was great! My husband and I stayed there for our anniversary weekend and it was the perfect apartment for the two of us. The apartment was lovely, appliances were great. Although there is no ac, she provides enough fans to keep you cool (we enjoyed that). We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui and would definitely recommend!!

  Comments: Linda-Lee's condo is absolutely beautiful! It is decorated very stylishly and is very welcoming and comfortable. She has stocked the condo with anything that you might possibly need, hair dryers to beach supplies. The location itself is also very beautiful and quiet. You have a dedicated parking spot as well so that you don't have to worry no matter what time you get back. It is also within walking distance of multiple restaurants and gorgeous beaches like Napili Bay. If you're going to be staying in Maui, we highly recommend that you try to book this condo. You won't regret it!

The space was in a great location; it was only a ten minute walk to the beach, a five minute drive to the local store, and a 15-20 minute drive to Kannapali and Lahaina. Everything in the Airbnb was clean and neat. We hope we can come back and visit again soon!

  Comments: Linda-Lee and Lilla were really helpful when it came to communications, directions and information when requested. The location is within an easy drive to all that Maui has to offer. We would give the accommodation a 3.5. We would give our hosts a 5. Though we only spent our late evenings in the accommodation we were grateful for the security and having amenities like a full kitchen and TV during our down time. Thank you ladies.
