  Comments: Rafael was a wonderful host. He met us an hour earlier upon our arrival and the check - in time to be accommodating, he showed us around the beautiful apartment and even sat us down with a map to tell us the must-sees of Porto. There was plenty of space, fresh fruit in the kitchen and a terrace overlooking the city! I hope to come back again for a visit and I would absolutely be staying in this apartment. We walked everywhere, across the river for wine tours, to the city center, we never once took the public transportation!

La casa es preciosa, está bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Oporto. Estaba limpia, en buen estado, la localización es céntrica y la terraza es una gozada. La única pega que se nos rompió el picaporte de la entrada a la casa, pero recomendaría este sitio sin ninguna duda!

  Comments: Filipe absolutely is the best host in the entire world. Helpful and reachable at any time, he gave us great advises about what to see and where to go. On top, the apartment is just amazing. It looks exactly as shown in the images, it's clean, spacious, a place where you feel home. The best part is the spacious terrace, we spent so much time there. I would definitely come back to Porto and stay at Filipe's. Thanks again for everything.

  Comments: we have not only found a place to stay anytime we are in porto - but a friend as well! rafael was quick to communicate, friendly beyond what was needed, and helpful via text with any questions ("where is the best chinese food?") the apt. is very spacious - we had more than enough room for the 6 of us (teens and adults) - we even had a spare bed. the street noise is not too bad at all (3 bedrooms overlook the active street) with the use of a white noise app on your phone. a nice breeze kept the apt. cool even in august. kitchen had everything you need. would recommend this place to everyone!

  Comments: We had a fantastic 4 days in Porto. All communication with Filipe was spot on and he met us at the apartment and gave us a great overview of the city and the must-sees/do's. The apartment is lovely, really spacious and furnished very tastefully. The location is excellent for accessing the sights and is surrounded by good cafes, restaurants and bars. We would love to return one day.

  Comments: This is a really big, bright & airy apartment which is well located in Porto. Very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The spacious feeling and period features in this 1950's building are particularly nice. Filipe was a great host, super friendly and greeted us with an incredible number of suggestions for places to go and things to see. It's a very good location - just 10 minutes walk to the centre and also to the Ponte Luis bridge for sunset views of the city. Our tips for places nearby include Letraria - excellent Craft Beer & Garden (on Rua da Alegria); Jeremias for tasty tapas & good wine (just off Poiverios square, opposite the park) and further up the same street - Combi Coffee for fresh roasted beans. We did find the bedroom a bit noisy at times (mainly the early morning recycling collections) so bring ear-plugs if you are a light sleeper...

Filipe greeted us warmly, and is an excellent host who was extremely helpful and accommodating. Offered great overview of the city, suggesting places for dinner. We were v happy with the stay, although can be slightly noisy late Fri/Sat nights, and the cockerel in the morning.

  Comments: Great penthouse apartment just on the edge of the city centre. Filipe was incredibly helpful throughout the stay and help us with an easy checkin. The apartment is pretty big with nice views over the city. The area has a few nice restaurants and bars within a stone's throw which makes it really convenient also. Overall, great great and a helpful host.

  Comments: El apartamento está bien situado, es amplio y tiene una terraza agradable. En la cocina había una cesta con fruta y algunos productos como aceite, sal, etc. Al ser tan grande el apartamento, es muy frío, las camas tienen mantas pequeñas y finas, y únicamente hay unos calefactores pequeños en algunas habitaciones. Solicitamos más mantas y nos dijeron que las camas ya tenían una manta y que había calefactores, pero estos eran totalmente insuficientes para calentar el apartamento. Además, una de las habitaciones tenía las persianas rotas y no se podían subir. Por otro lado, comentar que cualquier cosa que se hable con el anfitrión hay que dejarla por escrito, o no lo tendrá en cuenta, e intentará quedarse con la fianza después; ya que de palabra nos ofreció salir más tarde porque no tenía otras reservas, pero entró en la casa a la hora acordada por escrito, cuando aún estaban nuestras maletas dentro, obligándonos a salir de muy malas maneras.

  Comments: From the first moment we were in contact, Filipe responded super quickly and he was very helpful! He welcomed us with a big smile and a lot of information about Porto (where-to's, etc.) ! The apartment was really big and the terrace was great for sunny breakfasts. While we were there, the weather wasn't too great and the heating in the apartment was just a bit colder than we would've liked. But, as we were out almost the entire time, it didn't bother us much. Filipe is a great host, the apartment is well situated (close to everything and next to a supermarket), quiet and big! We would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: We're a group of 6 friends and we had a great time at Felipe's apartment. It's very spacious with a nice living area. Clean. Comfy beds. Really good orientation with lots of tips. It was a bit cold so I would stay again but probably only in later spring/summer. There are a few things that need fixing e.g. the heater in the living room, a light switch, a loose sink. Kitchen is small but fine for preparing simple breakfast. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

  Comments: Fantastisch! Sehr geräumige Wohnung, die nicht besser gelegen sein kann, um Porto zu Fuß zu entdecken. Mitten im Leben mit tollen Restaurants und Bars nur wenige Schritte entfernt, darunter die besten Francesinhas. Hippes, alternatives Viertel mit guten Preisen, dazu ein Supermarkt direkt neben an, der täglich bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat. Wenn noch einmal Porto, dann wieder bei Filipe! Muito obrigado!

Filipe was beyond hospitable and took 20 minutes out of his time to make sure my family and I were able to make the most of our stay in Porto. He even allowed us to stay past checkout time the following day since the home wasn’t booked and we only had a single day to explore Porto. The home was absolutely beautiful! Everything far exceeding our expectations and the terrace had incredible views. I hope we are able to visit Porto again soon and stay in this beautiful home!

A lovely appartement with a great energy, next to the best restaurants, monuments and nightlife in Porto ! Very easy to get around. Confortable beds and spacious rooms ! Prepare some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise in the morning because the bedrooms are on the street and no double glazing ;) Other than that, perfect stay ! This flat made us fall in love with Porto thanks Felipe !

L'appartement est idéalement situé, pour visiter la ville et pour les festivités du Nouvel An. Très belle terrasse. Malheureusement, l'appartement n'est pas bien équipé pour l'hiver. Il faisait très froid dans l'appartement qui n'avait pas été ouvert ni chauffé depuis plusieurs semaines, malgré un très beau temps à l'extérieur. Le chauffage du salon ne fonctionnait pas et les chauffages dans les chambres n'étaient pas efficaces du tout. Merci à Filipe pour les couettes supplémentaires mais nous avons quand même eu froid.
