  Comments: Apartment was great overall. Location is superb at near the center of Mongkok, where MTR exit is right next to the apartment. Not forgetting to mention the awesome curry fish balls next to Circle K. Air conditioners are working good (which is essential in hot May's weather). 2 bath rooms are a plus, where shower was no problem. Living room is spacious for big group of people, where the convertible sofa/bed is a great addition. Basic toiletries are provided which is nice. Microwave was in working condition, so did the refrigerator. A big thank to the host, where we were allowed to leave luggage behind (albeit in one room) for one night, when we were out of HK for a day. As a famous rocker said, Hong Kong resident has the greatest tolerance and always a great host to people from around the world. Thank you.

  Comments: Location: Excellent - Just outside the exit of YMT MTR. Can't ask for more. Apartment: Good - Within expectation. Considering that scarce-space in HK, this apartment space is quite decent. 2 bathrooms are fine (just the lighting in the main bathroom is abit dim). Host: Never met the host, but met her employee. No much problem taking over and handing over the apartment. The only downside might be that the host & her employee might not be well-versed in english, so for non-mandarin or non-cantonese speaker, there might be some communication problem. However, this is small issue in my opinion. The host also allowed us to deposit the luggage at a reception of a hotel (2 levels below), which is good. Appreciate it. Others: Really appreciate the water dispensing machine. This makes life easy, I don't need to get water from the convenient stores (which is very near also). Overall, I had a good experience with this apartment.

  Comments: The apartment is a very decent sized apartment considering how small apartments can be in Hong Kong. There were too bathrooms, but we did not know one was inside the bedroom with the bunk beds. It worked out fine for our group of 6, but might not have worked out as well if everyone was going to share the bathroom. We needed a second set of keys and she was able to arrange for someone to drop them off. Although we never got to meet 文文, she was always within reach via (Hidden by Airbnb) . Every time I had a question/concern whether before or during the trip, I was able to get a response soon. The apartment looks just as it does in the pictures. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms can be a bit loud, but being we were exhausted from our days out, it was not a problem. The kitchen light was dim and a little dirty but there was no need for us to cook since we ate out every meal. Very central apartment, without being on a loud and crowded street. A couple minutes walk to Temple St, Ladies Market, convenience stores, etc. The plus being right across the street from the Yau Ma Tei station exit B. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would definitely rent again and recommend to those wanting the real Hong Kong experience!

  Comments: Nice place and very strategic if you plan to go shopping. Just a couple of minutes walk to Mongkok Ladies' Market. It's also very easy to find: Look left when you emerge from the YauMaTei A2 exit. Owner was very considerate and allowed us to leave our stuffs until late in the afternoon of our departure date. This place is big by Hong Kong standards. Just perfect for a big family or group. Highly Recommended! Two thumbs up!

  Comments: It was pretty great house for a big family to stay for a couple days. A gas stove not working and a small toilet was a bit uncomfortable but overall there was no problem.

The bathroom at living hall was very smelly. The house also dusty. No place to hang the wet clothes. All the corners area does not clean properly.

  Comments: - 9 night stay, family of 8, ages 12+ PROS: - extremely convenient location to the MTR (1min) and the area is great! We walked to Mong Kok area, and to TST. - Comfortably fit 8 - 2 showers - person took out trash everyday, and changed the sheets the day before checkout. - photos accurate. Large space for hk standards, and wasn't too rundown - cheaper to taxi from the airport with a large party ($300HKD/taxi) - A/C sound not an issue - safe area, secure building CONS: - only English via airbnb website. - Door lock was broken (now fixed), but wasted afternoon waiting for person to fix it - WIFI didn't work for many days (messaged to fix, but it took 4 days) - asked to open water valve for toilet, but the toilet still took time to refill before we could flush (not convenient when you have lots of people) - found a couple of cockroaches - futon isn't the comfiest, but for kids it is fine - first bathroom door does not close - first bathroom had a foul odour, which gave a funky smell in the first bedroom. Overall, we lasted the 9 days.

  Comments: Pros: Super professional, responsive, friendly, accommodating and impressive host - got a replacement fridge and induction oven only a couple hours after the old ones broken. Exceptional location, close to most places we need to go. On top of MTR station. Availability of good quality bathroom amenities including towels, shampoo and shower gel and Comfortable beds. Cons: 1962 Building and it shows: electric circuits not in the prime condition, public area of the building is not clean. Elevator failed at least once during our stay. Circuit breaker tripped multiple times daily until the second last day of our stay when it is finally fixed. There was once water heater circuit breaker tripped during shower. Water heater run out of hot water in 3 minutes when weather is cold. Flip side of convenience is excessive noise, but still within acceptable limits
