  Comments: Staying with Allen was very comfortable. Centurian park next to the corner, Bondi Junction 7 min walk with shopping mall and plenty of cafes. House was very clean and brand new. Large and modern kitchen with dining area (you can use it for laptop working as well). Room is small but tidy and contains everything you need. Allen was very kind and help whith everithing I ask him. Highly recommended as for people who arrived at first time to Sydney as for inveterate traveller.

  Comments: The flat was very clean and I appreciated the tea and breakfast materials Allen left for me. The bedroom was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable, plus there was a heater as it was quite cold in Sydney! The flat is about a 12 minute walk from Bondi Junction, which is great for shopping and transport connections. It's a nice quiet home in a safe neighbourhood. Although comfortable for my stay, the room pictured isn't entirely accurate - there was natural light from the skylight but the window itself actually looks out onto a grey brick wall about 6 inches away - not the pretty view pictured. The flat has a well equipped kitchen and amenities you'd need for a leisure or business stay (ironing, wifi, table).

  Comments: Super clean and close to the train station. Even though, Allen was overseas for the duration of the stay, there wasn't a single problem with check-in or communication. Highly recommend.

  Comments: The place is clean and in a good location for seeing both the city and Bondi Beach. Allen’s housemates are very nice and very helpful, giving lots of useful advice. There was confusion about check-in, however. I asked for an early check in but when I arrived, I wasn’t able to get in. Took about 20 mins of knocking and calling one of the other tenants before I was able to get in (luckily I was with a friend who had a phone!). The guest wasn’t supposed to be checking out until that afternoon, so the host had got the dates mixed up. Was resolved in the end but an inconvenient start to the stay. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to others.

  Comments: Thanks Allen for the stay! That was really nice from the host that he provided a lot info in advance and local hints as well. Breakfast is not provided, just some cereals and milk (and leftovers from previous guests) and the room is really tiny, already full with the host’s stuffs. Hard to find place for your own baggage. The location is okay, few minutes walk from stations, beach is cca 20 minutes by bus.
