  Comments: Jacques is very quick in responding all my questions and changes I need on my booking, and is very pleasant to work with. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurant and shop and public transport. The apartment is clean and bright. We had some issues with one of the bathroom showers and we called the office to have it fixed, and it was fixed a day after. The sinks in the bathroom are plugged up but we didn’t bother asking on that but maintenance work is needed so it’s something the office will need to look into. Overall we had a nice stay at this apartment, it’s walkable to all the restaurants and shops, it’s in a quieter neighborhood while being in the central. The people in the office are very nice and helpful and had gave us some good recommendations on our stay in Barcelona.

  Comments: Tive alguns problemas com o apartamento, como a falta de secador, um chuveiro quebrado e uma péssima comunicação com eles!!! Não recomendo o aluguel desses apartamentos administrados por uma empresa, eles não se preocupam tanto como quando você aluga diretamente com um único dono! Minha experiência foi péssima e não gostei do apartamento e do jeito que fui atendida por eles. Não há um atendimento personalizado e você é apenas mais um. Péssimo!

  Comments: This apartment is modern and nice. Comfortable beds and living area. The shower stall is very small in the second bathroom and the hot water was somewhat erratic when people were getting ready in the morning. Quiet at night and excellent window blinds to block light. You will be using Metro a lot as this neighborhood is not itself full of sights or shopping. Metro stop is about 8-10 minutes walk away. The Barcelona metro system is excellent and clean. This place is managed by a large rental company which does make it seem a bit impersonal. For checking in, you have to go to the rental office, then it is a long walk with luggage (especially in the heat) to get to the apartment. The city blocks are really long in Barcelona! Also, there were a couple strange things like having service personnel enter the apartment without asking or notifying us, and requiring guests to empty all apartment trash at checkout and put it into a dumpster down the street. They did solicit guest input so I do have hope that these issues are addressed. Jacques and Eva, the Airbnb hosts, were outstanding and very quick in responding to our questions and offering assistance. They checked in with us via the Airbnb throughout our stay and offered to arrange a taxi if we needed it.

  Comments: The apartment's location was very central and within walking distance to sights as well as two metro lines. It was updated and big enough for a couple and a third traveler. The rooms were not very big but for a city apartment, not too bad. It's probably helpful to know that one of the showers is European size which means if you're over 6 feet with broad shoulders, you probably can't fit in it. The beds were ok but not super comfortable. We hoped the two single beds could be joined for extra room but they were different heights. Also, we were surprised to see that the courtyard (one of the main reasons we booked this space) was not on the room but in the middle of the apartment complex, on the ground level, and surrounded by other apartments. The only important issue we had during our stay was lack of internet for four out of the five days we were there which affected our ability to research and plan activities. The property management company attributed it to a building-wide issue. Lastly, only one person at a time could shower. There seemed to be very little cold water so one person ended up showering with excruciatingly hot water. I notified the host for this issue but there was no acknowledgement of the issue or action taken.

  Comments: Eva and Jacques were very responsive to questions. The apartment manager was very helpful and responsive, and are available 24 hours/day to sort out problems and answer questions. The keys are picked up from an office which is at a different location from the apartment, some renters may need to take a taxi if unable to walk with luggage (although the distance is walkable for some people). The apartment is well-located and easy walk to Placa Catalunya, there are many restaurants, stores, taxis outside your doorstep. It is quiet at night. Be aware that there is a cat in the lobby and with that comes cat hair, litter box etc, which may not be desirable for everyone. The inside of the apartment was very clean, sparsely decorated with 4 dining chairs and a small couch. It has clean, comfortable beds and bedding/towels. Plan to bring own soaps, laundry, cleaning supplies, etc as the limited supplies provided will not last for longer than a day or two.

  Comments: Great location. Walking distance to Plaza Catalunya. Plenty of markets and restaurants within a short walk. Never heard a sound from neighbors, and security is very comfortable.

  Comments: Есть свои плюсы и минусы, в целом 3+/4-. Хозяин это компания, которая управляет 1000 апартаментов в Барселоне. Плюсы: бесплатно продлили проживание до вечера, русскоговорящие сотрудники в офисе, тепло (хорошо работает кондиционер, в январе это важно) и нет проблем с горячей водой (в Барселоне это проблема), достаточно хорошая шумоизоляция, балкон, достаточно чисто при заезде, хорошее постельное белье, полотенца. Посуда в нормальном состоянии, есть минимальный набор для мытья и уборки. Посудомойка, стиральная машина. Хорошее (но не идеальное) расположение, две станции метро рядом, супермаркет Меркадона, рынок, кафе и рестораны, вокзал Сантс 15-20 минут пешком, центр 15 минут, можно везде дойти, хоть и немного долго. Минусы: у жилья нет хозяина, компания массово сдает апартаменты, это чувствуется, не хватает комфорта, уюта и продуманности некоторых вещей внутри. Отличные фото, яркие и красивые, вживую все несколько хуже, потому что фото сделаны, когда все было новым, постепенно апартаменты устаревают и за ними плохо следят. WiFi работает очень плохо, мы так и не поняли как включить горячую воду в душевой, шкафы и системы хранения отвратительные (нет полок и очень мало вешалок), мы не смогли разложить одежду, все лежало в чемоданах, даже нет вешалки/крючков для одежды на входе. Один матрас из 4 был не очень, но можно неплохо выспаться, это не проблема. В целом кое-где что-то отваливается из фурнитуры, по мелочи. Мебель в гостиной и кухне в плохом состоянии, стол с повреждениями, диван пора поменять, сильно промят, выглядит плохо, телек показывает не все каналы, достаточно маленький. Кухня заслуживает отдельных слов, изначально сделана очень не продумано и плохо, теперь стала постепенно разваливаться, маленькая узкая посудомойка (в комплекте самые дешевые капсулы, вся посуда в разводах), микроволновка 2 метра от пола, очень неудобно, все полки очень высоко, если рост 170-175 крайне неудобно. В ванной и на кухне есть минимальный приветственный пакет для уборки, готовки, хим средства, салфетки, но это ровно на 1 день. Почему нельзя оставить обычный большой шампунь/гель для душа в ванной, зачем делать как в гостинице маленькие флаконы на 1 раз?! Так же соль, перец, масло на кухне!? Салфетки, губки!? Каждый гость покупает это все в полном объёме, оставляет, а Вы просто выкидываете. Резюмируя: стоимость достаточно адекватная для января (не сезон), но не хватает хозяина, который сделает чтобы гостям было удобно, комфортно и все было продумано. Второй раз я бы не остановилась, постоянно путешествую по Европе, можно найти апартаменты лучше за эти же деньги, но фото и описание сбивают с толку, кажется, что круто, приезжаешь и все немного не так.

  Comments: L'appartamento si trova in una zona comoda centrale e ben servita da taxi autobus e facile per approvvigionarsi di cibo e cio' che serve per qualche giorno di permanenza. Unica pecca che il lavandino del bagno piu' grande restava con l'acqua stagnante e sotto la lavastoviglie quando si apriva si smontava il pezzo che copre i piedi della cucina.....piccolezze insomma nel complesso l'appartamento era pulito e con ascensore al piano.....ah dimenticavo le tende nelle stanze da letto io ce le avrei rimesse ;)
