  Comments: Great & quick responses from host. Apartment is as mentioned. Parking was a bit difficult but regardless it was close to many amenities. Lots at the doorstep - bakery, mini grocery store, take-away restaurants and coffee shops. About a 10 minute walk to the centre. Beach is just on the other side of the street, 2 minute walk. Overall it was a good experience.

  Comments: The apartment is located on the first floor and one can either walk to it or use elevator. This is a one bedroom apartment with three tiny balconies overlooking to a small street perpendicular to the greater street passing along the beaches. The ocean is near and one can see it from the balconies just turning head to the left. And definetely one can hear the ocean from the apartment. There was not much furniture in the apartment, but all the necessary items (double bed, tables, chairs, sofa, wardrobes, etc.) were there. The apartment was equipped with electric stove with oven, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee machines, washing machine and TV. Although the last one didn't work (I suppose because of unpaid cable subscription) - but who needs a TV when the ocean is nearby! There was no Wi-Fi, but there was excellent coverage for Vodafone 4G prepaid SIM card in the apartment. We stayed in the apartment at October and it was quite cold in it. The problem is that the sun never looks at the narrow street and the apartment windows. Although I suppose it may be a good feature during summer hot weather. As for free parking near the beaches - this feature is definetely better during cold seasons - during summer it might be crowded. For me the bed matress was too hard and be prepared that one night you may be attacked by mosquitos (get ready a fumigator). When I was booking the apartment via Airbnb I corresponded with Natalia who spoke Portuguese only, but when I arrived I've got a phone call from a man (speaking English and French) who said that he was owner of the apartment. The keys were given to me by the man's sister who provided me very good introduction in plain English (I'd like to thank her again here!). Unfortunately I could not contact the owner directly because the phone number given at the site was unreachable. A day before leave I was visited by a Portuguese only speaking man who said he was another owner of the apartment. In result I little bit puzzled, but anyway I enjoyed the staying there! Thank you very much, the misterious owner!
