  Comments: El trato ha sido excelente. La casa más grande de lo que esperaba,pues el sofá cama está en una habitación independiente del salón, y está equipada con todo lo necesario. Vino y pastas como detalle de bienvenida y una atención exquisita por parte de Vanessa y su marido. Nos recomendaron restaurantes típicos portugueses, nos señalizaron en el mapa los puntos que queriamos visitar y nos acompañaron a dejar el coche en una zona sin pago!! Además nos dejaron una cuna para nuestro bebé ( las dos mayores durmieron comodisimas en el sofa cama) y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento,cada día de nuestra estancia. Recomendable 100%!!! No busques más!! Y a un paseo del puerto!! Hemos ido andando a todas partes y eso que íbamos con tres niños. Gracias por todo, o brigado!! Volveremos!!!!!

  Comments: The flat is very well located, just near the historic center and 5 minutes walking of the night life. It is very quiet though as the street is a small one. Vanessa was very accomodating as we arrived quite late and we thank her for that. She has been very welcoming and made our stay in Porto much enjoyable.

Vanessa is a great host who will help you with anything you need and she is always available for any questions (very quick response on my messages). Definately recommended!

  Comments: L appartamento e semplice ma dotato di tutto ciò che serve : cucina con tutti gli accessori e macchinetta del caffè- asciugamani-shampo bagnoschiuma . La posizione è centrale, scendendo una scala ci sono locali ristoranti pub-la metro e a pochi minuti. Tutte le attrazioni principali sono a 10minuti di camminata.

  Comments: My partner and I felt that we could really relax at Vanessa's house. It is very spacious and has a lovely kitchen and courtyard which made me feel at home. She even left us some port to try! It is a short walk to the tower and trinidade train station. I would recommend this place for anyone travelling to Porto. Thanks for having us Vanessa!

  Comments: La ubicación es estupenda para visitar el corazón histórico de Oporto, la Ribeira e incluso para disfrutar del ambiente nocturno, pues te mueves andando sin problema (está todo muy cerca). Vanesa es muy atenta, detallista y preocupada de que tengamos todo lo necesario. Te ofrece detalles de bienvenida y un plano de Oporto para conocer la ciudad. Ha sido una excelente anfitriona. Si vas a Oporto su vivienda es ideal para vivir la ciudad desde su corazón histórico. Volveré sin duda. Gracias por todo.

La casa es más grande de lo que parece, perfecta para pasar varios días y sentirse como en casa. Vanessa es super amable y te brinda toda la información necesaria para moverte por la ciudad.   Comments: I did not get to meet Vanessa, as my friend arrived before I did. But from what she said she gave her great tips where we should go and even managed to let her in before the actual check in time as she arrived earlier. The area is very central. Which sadly also meant Saturday night was quite noisy as its a GF appartment, but Sunday was a nice and quiet night. She also left us some Port Wine, which we absolutely loved!Thank you!

  Comments: Location was great, on a quiet street but in a neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants that the locals go to. Vanessa was very helpful, gave us a ton of information when we first met her, and was quick to respond to emails before and during our stay.

Vanessa est sympathique, facilité l'entrée dans les lieux, a de bonnes explications sur Porto et les choses à faire. Elle a été très disponible le tout au long du séjour lorsque nous avions des questions.

  Comments: Vanessa is such a wonderful host! We were traveling to Porto in a rental car. It happened to be a national day of celebration and many businesses were closing early. Our attempts to contact the car rental car office in Porto to confirm their hours were unsuccessful. Out of desperation we contacted Vanessa and asked if she could possibly find out for us. She actually took time out of her day and dropped by their office and very quickly let us know that they would be closing two hours earlier than the hours posted on their website. When we thanked her she said it was no problem as she was in that part of town anyway, but her without her kindness we would have been faced with a late car return the next day. Vanessa's gracious hospitality did not end there as she had lots of insights and suggestions that she shared about restaurants, sights and transportation that made our stay even more enjoyable. The welcoming port wine and cookies was also a nice touch. Rosita house is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and public transportation. It is comfortable, clean and the decor is fun. We really enjoyed our stay!

  Comments: Goed verblijf gehad bij Vanesss. Communicatie vooraf was pima, reageerde altijd erg snel. Bij aankomst op locatie stond ze aan het begin van de straate wachten en herkende ze me direct. Ze heeft ons veel tips gegeven over wat leuk was om te doen in de stad. Appartement was prima. Geen overbodige luxe maar gewoo precies wat nodig is. De ligging was perfect. De deur uit en je staat in straatjes met gezellige terrasjes en kroegen. Echt een aanrader

  Comments: Le logement sent l'humidité et est humide, il est situé dans une impasse où la circulation est inexistante, malheureusement le chien de la voisine s’occupe du bruit et cela à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit. Vanessa est très disponible et sympathique.

  Comments: Vanessa was waiting for us in the neighborhood ans got to us as soon as we arrived. The flat is quite huge, really dark (a really portuguese habitation), but the kitchen and dinner room are bathed by the sunlight. As well as the room but being at ground floor, the curtains stay closed almost all the time. Everything was clean, the bed is good, a plus for the really great shower! You have to know that, again, being at ground floor, there is noise at night. You can get woken up by drunken tourists (mostly) yelling or giggling. As we’re young, we just fell right back to sleep but now you know. But the flat is so well situated that can’t miss the opportunity just for the light and noise: we were at 15min tops from anything in Porto! From the bridge, riverside, any attraction you want or restaurant! The other way around is quite longer because of the hard slopes! :-) But it’s Portuguese style! We loved it! The direct street is really calm and silent, just behind a busy neighborhood which you can get in maybe 45sec. A must! Vanessa is charming and really accommodating! She takes care of everything, even got us a cab for our way back to the airport! :-) She also left us Port and biscuits, an all the necessaries you could imagine: sweet, salt, toilet paper, sponge, etc. Will recommend greatly! Thank you!

  Comments: This location is absolutely fabulous, within walking distance of the river and close to lots of restaurants and nightlife. The space was much bigger and more comfortable than I expected. Vanessa was amazing... She would respond to messages immediately, gladly stored our bags before check-in and after check-out, and gave us some wonderful local tips that made our stay extra special! I would definitely recommend Vanessa’s place for your stay in Porto!

  Comments: Acomodação espaçosa, bem organizada , limpa e equipada. Ótima localização, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Além disso, encontramos anfitriões, Vanessa e esposo , extremamente competentes, organizados e simpáticos, sempre dispostos a nos ajudar. Um diferencial dessa acomodação é possuir um espaço reservado para bagagens caso check in/check out não coincidam com horário de chagada e partida dos hóspedes.
