  Comments: Отличное месторасположение. Пешая и очень удобная доступность до всех транспортных узлов (метро, автовокзал, порт). Рядом магазины и рынок со свежими овощами, фруктами, рыбой, мясом. За бутылочкой вина вообще в тапочках можно сходить. Прекрасная, внимательная хозяйка. Квартира небольшая, но уютная, очень спасает терраса. Наверное можно сказать о том, что есть небольшие бытовые неудобства в виде отсутствия горячей воды на кухне и душевая кабина находится на террасе, но нам это никаких проблем не доставило. Единственное серьезное неудобство - отсутсвие переходников под евро вилки, но я думаю, что Катя купит еще штучки три-четыре и тогда все будет просто прекрасно.

  Comments: 房子很干净,整洁,需要的东西全都有,空调冰箱淋浴洗衣机都很好使｡沙发可以拆成一张床,我们三个人住正好｡Katya还给我们准备了零食和饮品放在冰箱里,非常贴心!!还准备了很多贴士给我们提醒和参考｡房屋处于港岛的生活区,非常有香港气息,夜晚安静不喧闹,适合居住｡房子位于中环和上环之间,靠近上环,距离地铁站不算远｡但是对应的地铁口到站台的距离有点远,而且从地铁站到房屋一路都是上坡路,带大件较重行李,建议打车前往｡第一次去可能有点晕,房子在蘭芳園那条路上,房间楼门口隔壁是家水果店｡房间在二层,但是走楼梯的感觉像在三层,没有电梯,同样较重行李的朋友请考虑｡不过我们三个妹子提着重重的行李一样上去了!总的来说房子很不错,交接也很简单,非常方便!

  Comments: Thank you Katya, even if only one night, we had a great stay! So nice location and mini terrace outside (cosy:)). I just feel a little bit unconvenience of mirror not being in front of basin but generally ok. I also loved the atmosphere of your travel experience a lot. Hope you have a better days nowafter

  Comments: The flat is perfectly situated if you enjoy walking to the city. There are lots of third wave coffees nearby. The market is round the corner and supermarkets as well. The metro is about 10 min walking distance. We definitely recommend staying at this place as it is cosy, perfectly equipped with everything you need. Katya was a perfect host, available via (Hidden by Airbnb) all the time!

  Comments: This is one of those reviews that you don't want to write because the more people know how wonderful Katya's place is, the harder it will be to find available dates for a return trip! :-) Seriously, best. Airbnb. experience. EVER. The studio was perfect for us, with kitchen and patio space. The host is the sweetest I've never met :-) The location is silly, you can't throw a rock without hitting a Michelin rated restaurant, many of them reasonably priced and even doable with a toddler. Yes. Toddler. There are two grocery stores just on her block, though again, with the restaurant options, why bother? Oh! because sometimes it is lovely to just relax on her patio with a glass of wine and snacks and a moment of privacy in this busy and beautiful city. There is some construction happening in the area, so if you like to sleep in that might be the only *minor* hesitation. But honestly, you're in Hong Kong - sleep can happen when you go home ;-) And Katya was beyond thoughtful and accommodating with all of our questions and late arrival. How should I wrap this up? Oh yeah... Best. Airbnb. Ever. Enjoy!

  Comments: 일단, 제가 가본 홍콩 숙소&호텔중 가격대비 가장 마음에들었습니다. 또 좋아하는 식당근처여서 위치가 저한텐 정말정말 좋았습니다. 체크인 체크아웃도 간단하면서 정확했어요. 방도 넓고 딱 필요한것만 있어서 여행자들한텐 딱 좋은 곳인듯 합니다. 다만 ‘호텔이 아니라 진짜 사는집입니다’ 라고 공지해주신대로 집안이 좀 춥고 샤워하기가 아주 쬐꼼 불편했지만 다른것으로 다 커버되는 그런곳이네요. 다음번에도 또 홍콩을 가게된다면 꼭 이곳에 다시 묵고싶어요 ^.^ Katya’s house is good location, simple check in-out and cozy room. i hoep to booking If i travel to HK again.

  Comments: Having been to Hong Kong a few times for both work and fun, Katya’s place is one of the ones which has been the most central and amidst the bustle of night life and drinking places. We were only able to book the place a few days before our trip, but we were lucky to have chanced on this gem of a house. While most apartments in Hong Kong are small and have just enough space for sleep and daily activities, Katya’s space was slightly larger than the norm and had a beautiful terrace that overlooked a quiet street. The apartment was opposite a construction site during the time that we rented the space, it also meant that the street was secluded while still being in a central location in which most of the bars and restaurants were within walking distance. The construction also only started at later times and our sleep was never disturbed! We were in Hong Kong for the art events that were taking place and we were happy that the apartment was near H Queens and we could access Art Central and Art Basel by walking (although that was of a slightly longer distance so we took Uber instead.) The apartment was also near some of the cool, hip shops and cafes which meant that it was easy to drop off items that we bought before heading to another location. Katya also left little notes around the house and a booklet which made us feel welcomed and comfortable at this space. She also provided some bottles of water and some snacks which was really nice after a tiring flight. This was definitely one of our best experiences in an airbnb in Hong Kong and would love to stay in this great place if we ever visited Hong Kong in future!

  Comments: Perfect little apartment right in the center of town. Even though you are in the busy part of central, it feels calm and secluded in the apartment, but you get full access to all the local spots in central. Katya is a great host and is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

  Comments: 部屋全体にﾎｽﾄの生活感や使用感がかなりありました｡ 表面的には片付けられていますが､ほこりや動物の毛があり､清潔とは言えませんでした｡ また､部屋には常に特有の匂いがありました｡ 用意されているはずのﾀｵﾙはありませんでした｡ﾎｽﾄはすぐに対応してくれましたが､個人的な引き出しにあるものを使用するように指示されたので､抵抗を感じました｡ ﾗﾝﾄﾞﾘｰには､洗濯物がそのまま放置されていました｡ ﾃﾚﾋﾞはｶｰﾄﾞ式で使用できませんでした｡ また､ﾎｯﾄｼｬﾜｰがすぐに水になり､満足に入浴できませんでした｡ 部屋の解錠に常に時間がかかり､ｽﾄﾚｽを感じました｡ 完全に他人の家にいる気分で､旅の特別感や癒しは皆無でした｡ 値段は相場より高く感じましたが､滞在中にｽﾄﾚｽを感じることが多かったです｡

  Comments: Katya's place is just few minutes from the centre where you can find lots of restaurants and bars. very convenient! you can also chill in the balcony with pot plants. the bathroom is also in the balcony area but it's not a problem at all. would definitely recommend it!

  Comments: This is a great (and rare!) flat in the center of HK! I especially liked that it had a charming little outdoor space. This space may be less attractive in extreme weather, but luckily we had a great time while there. Katya made our trip extra special by leaving wine, snacks and a guide for us. We appreciated all the finer touches! Perfect location for site-seeing and enjoying HK Island. Thanks Katya!
