  Comments: Will's place is truly spectacular, We had the time of our lives. Will is very courteous, from day one, from the minute you check in till you leave he takes care of every minute detail. The place is spotlessly clean, the quality of the bed and pillow and the extra extra clean bedsheets and comforter and towels needs a special mention. The bathrooms are very clean, Will was very nice to supply us with basic toiletries, we didn't have to go shopping for those items. Now comes the spectacular views from the balcony's bedrooms and bathrooms and even from your bed which cannot be described, it has to be experienced. We will never get over the almost 270 degree view of mountains and blue Pacific Ocean and blue skies. Watching the breathtaking sunrise from the balcony was a treat everyday. It's located at the best spot on the island with easy access to beautiful beaches and the city. It's a neat and clean and super safe place with a wonderful host . It has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday!!!!!!

  Comments: Excellent location and good price. It's located in a safe, quiet and peaceful gated community with a fantastic view and a relaxing sea breeze. Location provides convenient access to the highway. The rooms are clean and well kept. Will is a kind, trustworthy and responsive host. I recommend this place to couples, especially if staying at least one week or more. There are two rooms so another guest might be present. You do not have to share a bathroom. If staying here, you should rent a car. Parking can be tight.

Will is an absolutely amazing host and human being who goes above and beyond to meet and exceed needs that I didn't even know I had! All of the other reviews are on point, so in addition to echoing their platitudes, I thought I'd mention a few things that I don't recall see being mentioned. 1. it's such a nice place to be, it hurts to leave each day ;) 2. There's a beautiful and very challenging ridge hiking trail just up the road that is worth every bit of effort you put into it... one of my favorite parts of the trip! Thanks, Will!

  Comments: Everything about this stay was top-drawer. From the amazing views from his condo, to how much care Will extends to his guests. There were snacks on hand, coffee, bottled water, fresh towels and sheets, and friendship. Everything was immaculate, and Will was willing to meet any need that popped up, including receiving a hula hoop I had sent there, and helping me pack it to carry back on the plane. Let him know what you need and like a genie, he will make it appear. The pool was refreshing. The condo is a great place to hang out when you've had enough beach and traffic. Location is an extremely safe residential area. Close to shopping centers, hikes, beaches, and Costco! The room comes with a ocean view that is breathtaking.   Comments: Aloha  It was important to me to experience Hawai'i away from tourist, noise, traffic but still be a few minutes away from the touristy area and this location was a true gem. The area is quiet and kinda like Beverly hills of Hawaii. The room had the most beautiful view with a balcony Great for capturing the beautiful sun rise and looking out to an endless ocean. The room was a great size for two people. Clean towels daily and "a bonus" snacks for our pleasure in the communal living space (a separation from the main house but living room shared with other guest). The pool overlooked the ocean. Will, was such a great host and offered a true "at home experience" they even provided toiletries for guest who possibly forgot body wash or shampoo. Parking was not permitted in this community but that was not a problem the host offered rides up and down the hill at any hour and only took 5 minutes. If you are looking for a nice clean room, with a beautiful view, and a great host I recommend booking this location. Will is not only a host but now a friend and I know I will definitely be back. I hope Will would be gracious enough to host me again. Mahalo

It is a gated community so you will be shuttled in and out but Will is very accomodating to your departure and arrival needs each and every day of your stay.   Comments: Loved this place as its far from the hustle and bustle of waikiki and close to hananuma bay. Will is an exceptional host and went above and beyond all reasonable expectations of hospitality. This is the spot to rent if you want a view, peace and quiet, and dont mind putting in a bit more effort for transportation as most pick up and drop off points are located in waikiki. He truly embraced the phrase "make yourself at home", by going and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and flawless. He was attentive to our questions and always flexible with our plans and shuttling us to/from the car. The home is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sunrise and the ocean. Snacks, coffee, fruit, and breakfast items are also provided, which I found very convenient. Laundry service is also provided - we didn't even have to do it ourselves! Amazing location, the pool overlooking the ocean, the place was cleaned daily, just overall incredible stay. If its available book it and you will be so happy you did. Only advice i have of what i did wrong is when you book give Will all your details and questions because he will go out of his way to give you some advice and ideas on how to make your trip run smoothly.

Be aware this is a secure gated community and you have to be escorted in and out by Will, who is available 24/7 to pick up and drop off. House is on bus route about 20 mins from Waikiki, Will was always helpful to drop us to the bus stop.

While some areas of the house are shared with other guests, we always felt that we had ample space and privacy. Will was a marvelous host. He was fast to respond to our messages, very accommodating, and extremely knowledgable when it came to making suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc, around the island. Our laundry was done for us when we left our clothes basket out, we had beach towels available that could be taken off the property when we headed out, the wifi worked well, the bed was comfortable, that pool/jacuzzi were clean and beautiful, I could go on all day. Absolutely recommend a visit to Will's, our expectations were exceeded and we left wishing we had booked our stay for longer. We will absolutely return, thanks again, Will!

  Comments: If you're searching for a luxurious and relaxing home, you need not look any further. I've stayed at a variety of airbnb's on the island but Will's home tops them all in beauty and tranquility. Will is a true superhost. Quick to respond via text and very professional. The pictures do not do the home justice. The kitchen area is stocked with an abundance of snacks, coffee, tea's, milk, creamer, bottled water, soft drinks, etc. There is a refreshing breeze 24/7, and the evenings are very comfortable given that the home is on a hill. The neighborhood is one of the most secure and quite in the island, so the doors and windows can all be left wide open. The other guests in the home were very quiet and respectful of each other. You have your own bathroom, but mine was down the stairs in the pool area as the one adjacent to my room was for my neighbor. Due to security, you park at the base of the hill in a park (safe area), and Will chauffeurs you to and from the home (just needs 10 minute notice before you arrive or want to step out) any time of the day or night. Walking around the neighborhood is also a no go given the high level of privacy desired by this community. However, once you see the view from your bedroom/balcony, or pool and the amenities Will has, you will have no desire to leave the home except to go to the beach, to dine, or explore the island. If you have a car, I highly recommend staying at Will's home!!!

  Comments: The house is located on the half way of a small mountain and its location is perfect. The bedroom window and the pool area overlook the Pacific Ocean. In the morning when the Sun rises the view from bedroom window is awesome. In the evening when one is in the pool/jacuzzi or lying on a pool lounge, the view of the ocean and lighting of the street/houses below is fabulous too. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen count-top and the refrigerator were fully filled with various snacks, fruits, juice and bottles of water. All these were free. Furthermore, Will was such an outstanding host. Basically, he was available 24/7. Not only did he answer questions and do general things, butalso he was genuinely willing do extras for the guests. Amazing place, amazing services and amazing host!

  Comments: Impressed! My daughter and I stayed at Wills place for 5 nights! Any word used to describe the view will be an understatement. The breeze alone is worth the vacation. We left our windows and door open the entire time.. (we stayed first of August). The pool and hot tub are nice. The room is a significant size. Large closet is lovely. The bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is luxurious. The kitchen bar is stocked with lots of snacks to choose from. There are cooled drinks available in the refrigerator. Living area is a nice size. Will is the best host I’ve had the experience of meeting. I hope we can stay at Will’s every time we visit Hawaii! :)

  Comments: Will was one of the best, if not, the BEST Airbnb host I’ve come across. Even though this place was a little price-y for me, I have to say, each cent was well worth it! The views were stunning, the snacks were comforting, the jacuzzi was AMAZING, and the stay was riveting. Truly a beautiful house in a beautiful place. Will was willing to reply back to my texts at any time of the day, literally drove us back to our cars whenever we wanted, and had a multitude of snacks that we could munch on whenever we wanted! I would 100% without a doubt, come back to this Airbnb if I had the chance. If you’re on the fence about spending those extra dollars, let me just say it was ALL worth it! You get such a nice view by the pool! The pictures do not do it justice. Love this place!

  Comments: Will is a fantastic host, and made our 11 night stay memorable and relaxing. His shuttle service to parking allowed time for him to give us tips on traffic, parking, scheduling activities, where to eat, and where to shop. Will has a great sense of humor and really enjoyed his take on local culture and events. Air B&B did not have the correct address for the property, but Will drove out and met us (on arrival in Oahu we had some problems accessing the e-mail message he had sent with the correct address for the parking lot) and we were able to easily follow him to find parking. As the listing states, we found this to be a very safe neighborhood, and after the first day it did not bother us to leave the doors and windows open to the tropical breezes. I have suggested to Will that a key lock for the room door, with a matching keyed lock for the private bathroom - downstairs by the pool as the listing states - would provide an extra measure of assurance of safety - and security when one is out touring around Oahu. The location was perfect, especially having a car, which I recommend. It is a short drive into Waikiki (park near the zoo for free) and an even shorter drive to Hanauma Bay and the famous blow hole and beach. There are plenty of amenities close by, and If you give Will a bit of notice, he will have the hot tub ready for you after a full day of touring. The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning, but the tropical breeze (assisted by the ceiling fan) was constant, and we slept vey well. The two bedrooms on this floor would be ideal for two close couples or a family of four, and the pool and hot tub are for the exclusive use of the guests in these two rooms. The decor could use some updating, but with all there is to do on Oahu, we didn’t have time to sit around the apartment anyway.

  Comments: We had the most amazing week in Hawaii. This is one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The neighborhood is in a prestigious gated community. There is no parking on the premise; parking was down the hill (VERY SAFE). Will is there 24/7 to shuttle us to our car. Location was just perfect, not too far from Honolulu/Waikiki. Diamond Head and Hanauma Bay is less than 5 miles away. It is close to the main highway and lots of local places around to check out. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. A plus is that this is a very safe gated community. One night @ around 2am, I had left my wallet in the car and Will was one text away and within 5 minutes he was there to take me down to the car. Will treated us like Family and was always genuinely helpful and communicative. Whatever we needed / questions he is always a text or a phone call away. I cannot thank him enough for everything. Our room was always cleaned, fresh towels were always stocked. Falling asleep with the windows open and listening to the ocean breeze was just full bliss and the sunrise every morning was spectacular. The views from every window will take your breath away. We will definitely be coming back to visit! Thank you so much Will!

  Comments: Will’s space was such an amazing experience. He gave us amazing suggestions and was so helpful from the very beginning to the end of the trip. One day me and my girlfriend left the lights on on our rental and Will came to help us jump the car. Will is very involved in the air bnb experience and you have to have a lot of contact with him. With that being said, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Will’s home is absolutely gorgeous and when you send your family and friends pics of the view and pool, they will definitely believe you’re in paradise!! A beautiful, comfortable place to stay, with a very kind and hospitable host. Located close to Koko Head and Hanauma Bay, we were also to easily drive to local locations (renting a car will be very helpful for certain locations). Highly recommend to check this spot out when you’re staying in Oahu! Thank you Will for a wonderful start to our honeymoon!

  Comments: This airbnb stay was the best that we ever had!! Will’s service is better than in 5 star hotel. It’s always been clean, fresh towels changed daily. He has snack bar that available daily and includes tea, coffee, granola bars belvita, soups etc. That’s a huge plus. Will treated us like his family. He was kind to us. His shuttle service is available 24/7 and he was always courteous and punctual when it came to pick up or drop down us for the day. The photos cannot show the most beautiful view from his villa! Sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking. In the evening you can also submerge in jacuzzi and watch the stars. Community is safe and very quite. We never even locked our door during stay. We’re so happy that we took our vacation at Will’s place. If you want vacation one of a kind, then don’t hesitate and book his place when available. You won’t regret!

  Comments: If you are hoping to book this location because of the pool, I would strongly suggest against it. The pool definitely had not been cleaned for quite some time and the jacuzzi did not heat up. The bathroom does have a jacuzzi, but when we went to turn it on, there was debris coming out of the jets as it hadn't been used since who knows when. Will is a very nice and accommodating host, but its unfortunately not enough considering how much the room costs and the fact that you're in Hawaii. I'm also quite disappointed that we had to be shuttled in and out of the property throughout the whole trip. Although Will was available anytime to give us a ride, it definitely took time out of our trip, especially if we just wanted to head back to our airbnb just to freshen up before heading back out. If you were hoping to avoid paying more for a hotel, evaluate your budget and try to go that route instead. The location is quite far from Waikiki, the amenities were either not working or not clean, and its quite inconvenient to be shuttled in and out of the property.

  Comments: Will has an amazing place in a stunning community. The sights are unbelievable from the bedroom and balcony! Will is an unbelievable host & is super responsive. Just give him 15 min heads up when you want to head out or are heading back and he will be there to take you to/ from your car. The place is a great location, close enough to Waikiki but far away enough to be out of the crazy traffic! Definitely recommend staying here.
