  Comments: Jeremy is a very good host and helps you with everything you need to know before arrival. It's easy to communicate with him, always quick responses - which is important when you're planning a trip. He also helped me carrying my luggage upstairs, a real gentleman! The room is exactly as shown in the pictures; the apartment is clean and well located. There are some shops around, and it's very easy to get to the subway or train station nearby. We enjoyed our stay, quality/price ratio is great! I definitely recommend Jeremy's place and would go back again next time I'm in Barcelona :)

Jeremy is a friendly and helpful host, while being super discrete at the same time: detailed travel info received, solution offered to leave our luggage after our check-out. There were even towels available. Don't forget your ear plugs, though, because it's really noisy from traffic on the street. Otherwise, perfect stay !

  Comments: Good room in a good location. It has really good transport links. Jeremy was great in meeting us. We didn't bump into anyone in the flat and were able to use it very easily. There was a fan and mosquito plug provided which was an extra bonus as it does get very hot! The room is very well priced and would suggest it to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona

  Comments: Recomiendo este sitio 100%, Jeremy es muy buen anfitrión, fue fácil encontrar la dirección gracias a las explicaciones. El depa queda en un lugar super céntrico, el metro está a 3 cuadras y te conecta con la mayoría de atractivos de la ciudad. Nuestra estancia fue placentera, el cuarto estaba impecable! Lo único difícil fue subir los 5 pisos! Pero te acostumbras!! :)

  Comments: Sinceramente não tenho nada que reclamar, pelo contrário, Jeremy foi espetacular, nos recebeu muito bem, além de ter aceito em nos receber antes do horário do check-in, explicou-nos os supermercados mais baratos na redondeza e tenho muito que agradece-lo por ter deixado nós tomarmos banho muito tempo depois do check-out :). O quarto era bastante limpo e ajeitado nos mínimos detalhes, ficamos muito a vontade, parecia que estávamos somente nós em casa. Jeremy é mais que recomendado.

  Comments: Ce logement est tout près de la Sagrada Familia, donc des centres d'intérêt, et l'accès au métro est assez rapide. Mais étant très près d'une avenue où les voitures roulent très vite (souvent 90km/h), il y a beaucoup de bruits et cela peut déranger la nuit. Si on ferme la fenêtre, il faut supporter la chaleur l'été. L'appartement se trouvant au 5e étage, la chaleur monte très tôt et devient étouffante, malgré le ventilateur présent. Tout ceci est compensé par le super accueil de Jeremy, qui propose un logement très propre et bien équipé. Tout en restant discret et respectant votre intimité, il n'hésitera pas à vous aider si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit.

Bad thing is that room is on sunny side and sometimes fan is not helping. If you open window noise from the street below will not give you to sleep.   Comments: During our visit we didn't have any problems when it comes to our apartment or host cause everything was the same as written in the description of the flat. We had towels, keys, wifi password etc at our disposal in the room so everything was clear. The location was also great as it was only 10 minutes walking to metro station and Sagrada Familia! We can certainly recommend this host to anyone who is willing to discover Barcelona :)

Jeremy was very kind and gave us everything we needed. He was also happy to give us advice for activities. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay.

  Comments: Jeremy war sehr nett und die Kommunikation lief gut. Auf meine Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Das Zimmer ist simpel und spartanisch eingerichtet. Alles, was in der Beschreibung steht, steht zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Super ist die Lage und die Nähe zur Sagrada Familia! Man sollte allerdings Ohropax gegen den Lärm der Straße mitbringen. Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

  Comments: Jeremy wydawał się być sympatyczny. Nie było problemu ze wcześniejszym zameldowaniem, wniósł walizkę na 5 piętro i był to ostatni raz, kiedy go widziałam. Sam pokój czysty, dość prosty, jednak nie zamyka się od zewnątrz, okno jest nieszczelne, przez co w nocy jest zimno nawet pod 2 kołdrami (okres jesienny). W pokoju są kubki, kawa i herbata oraz czajnik i prostownica. Bardzo mała kuchnia, brakuje szafek i talerzy. Łazienka nie jest zamykana. Mata w wannie bardzo śliska, zamiast ciepłej wody leci wrzątek, a kiedy ktoś w mieszkaniu obok używa wody, w słuchawce prysznica zmienia się ciśnienie i woda prawie nie leci. Mieszkanie nie jest zbyt czyste - kurz, brudna podłoga w łazience, stara gąbka w kuchni. Mieszkanie jest bardzo blisko kościoła Sagrada Familia (niecałe 10 minut spacerem), ale jest raczej daleko od centrum i innych atrakcji (ok 30-40 minut). Sam pobyt w Barcelonie wspominam bardzo miło, miasto jest piękne, czego niestety nie można powiedzieć o mieszkaniu - jego największy plus to niska cena.

  Comments: Jeremy was very nice. When we arrived he even came to help me with the luggage. At the very beginning he gave us couple of advices how to move around the neighbourhood. Everything was provided including towels, shampoo, shower gel and even tea and coffee in the room.

  Comments: Great Tourist location. La Sagrada Familia is right around the corner about 5 min walk, right next to it is the metro. Jeremy’s place is very clean and room is very spacious. We stayed around winter which is pretty cold, but Jeremy makes sure to keep the room warm.

  Comments: First of all, the apartment is in a really good location, 5 min walk from Sagrada Familia, 5-10 min of walk (or one station by metro) from the train to the airport, and other sights are very easy to reach by the very good and frequent metro and bus lines in the area too.   Comments: We appreciate the small acts of kindness especially when we were late and appeared to be lost. As well as the maps, pamphlets, coffee and tea. Furthermore, the local tips of where to eat and buy food was really helpful. We felt secured that he was always there to help us or answer our questions. Also, for any traveller that wants a convenient location (near stations, tourist attractions, supermarket) that is not crowded, it's a good location to stay.   Comments: Jeremy was a really good and responsive host. The location is just perfect. 8 minutes to sagrada and you have 3 metro stations within 10 minutes walking distance. Might not be too peaceful at night because - 1. it is barcelona (it is not supposed to be peaceful). 2. it is on one of the major roads in barcelona. all in all i can just recommend this wonderful listing.

  Comments: At Jeremy's house we felt a bit like at home. Jeremy is the perfect host: helpful and kind not unobtrusive, always ready to gives suggestions replying immediately. The faster and most efficient host-comunication ever. This has been our first experience in a shared house, and it couldn't be better. All there is clean, orderly and scented. The room is minimal but very nice, there you will find also the electic water boiler, tea, coffe, sugar... moreover there's a pretty kitchen that you can sue whenever you whant. Yes, the stairs can scared, but it gives at all an incredibile sense of autenticity also thanks to the the architecture, that's so charming. 5 minutes walking from the Sagrada familia, but also if you like walking - as us- 15 from the Arc de triomf, 30 from Passeig the Garcia, 20 from la Ciutadella park and more others, so this is also a well-positioned "base" for discover Barcelona. Thanks to Jeremy for allowed us to fall in love with this colorful and magic city. We'll come back as soon as possible! Super suggested! Ilaria and Alessandro

  Comments: Jeremy fue muy amable y nos aconsejó sobre algunas cosas de la ciudad. Se encuentra cerca de la sagrada familia y del metro. Son 5 pisos por escalera. Las camas eran cómodas y había productos de perfumería y secador de pelo que los podíamos usar. En el baño sólo era posible ducharse con el duchador en mano porque no se podía colgar. Podíamos usar la cocina aunque no lo hicimos, y teníamos pava, te y café en la habitación. La habitación tal cual la foto, el departamento muy sencillo. Recomendable.

There is also no key to be able to lock the door to your room. It’s a good location though and very clean. Great place to stay if you’re on a budget

  Comments: Jeremy fue muy atento, respetuoso y servicial, nos espero en las estación de bus y nos acompaño hasta el piso, incluso nos ayudó a subir el equipaje ya que no estábamos acostumbrados a subir tantas escaleras.. la ubicacion creo que era inmejorable, a dos cuadras de la sagrada familia y con muy buen acceso al transporte público. El cuarto es espacioso y limpio. Lo que no nos gustó ha sido que el cuarto no se puede cerrar desde afuera, la puerta del baño no tiene seguro y hay un mal olor en el pasillo de las escaleras que se siente en el baño y en la cocina.

And kindy let our baggage stay in the apartment after our checkout time so we cought enjoy the city a little longer). The air conditionar in the room was a bless (the city was so HOT in our stay!) and the space was really well cleaned. The other people in the house were nice and quiet.   Comments: Jeremy è stato un host perfetto, ci ha accolti personalmente ed è rimasto sempre a disposizione, dandoci consigli e info utili sulla città. La stanza è come in foto, perfetta come punto d'appoggio, e l'aria condizionata è stata davvero un sollievo! Nella stanza c'era anche il necessario per il bagno e per la colazione (bollitore, the, caffè..), oltre che una scrivania, un appendiabiti e la guida della città. Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma è possibile cucinare, il bagno condiviso è piccolo e funzionale, e la privacy della stanza è garantita. Unica pecca i cinque piani senza ascensore, ma trascurabile vista l'invidiabile posizione della casa, praticamente dietro la Sagrada Familia e ben collegata a tutto.

  Comments: Everything was fine except the big noise from the street because there is a main route going in front of the building. Also that the AC couldn't be switched on/off or changed from the room because Jeremy wanted to have the controller so it was a little inconvenient. Anyway I completely recommend the place for staying in Barcelona.

  Comments: Jeremy was very polite. The apartment was clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient location - only 7 minutes walk to Sagrada. Nearby there are cafes and supermarkets, Jeremy will gladly tell you where to shop. The only small minus is in the evening and in the morning it is a bit noisy, as the windows overlook the roadway, but if you come to Barcelona to get acquainted with the city, this is unlikely to prevent you from falling asleep after an interesting day! I liked everything very much, I recommend!

  Comments: Die Unterkunft von Jeremy war gut gelegen, alles war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder sogar zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Check-In hat auch sehr gut geklappt und dank der genauen Beschreibung konnten wir auch gut vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft gelangen. Leider haben wir uns im Apartment nicht wohl gefühlt und sind deswegen für eine Nacht noch bei Freunden untergekommen. In der Wohnung fällt Vieles fast auseinander, flüstern ist besser als normales Reden und die Stimmung mit dem Gastgeber war höchst merkwürdig. Wir würden nicht nochmal zurückkommen. Wenn man jedoch nur zum Schlafen ein Bett braucht ist es (gerade aufgrund des Preises) vielleicht ausreichend.

Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna. Además de los servicios estoy encantada y excelente ubicación a unos pasos como 10 min de la sagrada familia. O menos.

  Comments: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für eine einfache Unterkunft, die hauptsächlich zum Schlafen gedacht ist. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Check-in und ihr hat super geklappt und zeitlich abstimmbar. es war sogar möglich nach dem checkout noch den Schlüssel zu behalten und das Gepäck dazulassen.

  Comments: Very near to Sagrada Família. There are many places to eat something near the house. The host was very kind. He helped us to carry our luggage to upstairs to the room.

  Comments: The room is comfortable and as described. It is a bit noisy due to the road, but is mainly just passing traffic, hardly any horns. Jeremy provides great amenities in the room (coffee, tea, muffins, wine). Very quiet inside the apartment. Not good if you have a lot of luggage (stairs, as mentioned in the post). Recommend!

Jermey was a kind host and he even got us some snacks as a welcome gift and we could leave our suitcases in the appartment after the checkout and get it later. This was really nice so we could enjoy some more time in Barcelona without carrying around our bags.
