Dolmus's (shared taxi) drop you off on the street of the flat. So getting home is no problem, at anytime during your stay.

Space: The flat is modern, spacious, yet cozy and quiet. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size Tempur-Pedic bed with a large wardrobe. The second room has a comfortable, single bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is a nice size with a shower, small tub and washer. We will provide soap, towels and a hair dryer. The kitchen has all of your common necessities: plates, glassware, cooking ware, a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, etc. The living room is very spacious with a balcony attached. Inside the living room there is a dinning table, couch (suitable to sleep on), and a 47" LCD flat screen TV with cable and internet.

Neighborhood Overview: We are located next to the sea and marina so life here is relaxed. Visit Kalamis Park, Fenerbahce Park and Ozgurluk Park for some relaxation outside of the city. You can also walk to Bagdat Avenue for some upscale shopping. If you don't need an escape from the city, no problem. You are located very central.

Notes: We will provide a detailed list of restaurants, shops and transportation for you. It will be on the coffee table, in the living room. There you will find maps, directions on how to get to all of the main tourist locations as well as some local favorites.

Transit: Details will be provided.

Access: The flat is located on the second floor of the apartment. You will have access to all rooms and space during your stay.

Interaction: We will be traveling but will have our phones and access to communicate with you, if needed. Family lives on the first floor, so if necessary, we can contact them for immediate help.

House Rules: - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you may smoke on the balcony. - Please take shoes off at the door. - Quiet hours between midnight and 6am. - Wash dishes after use. - Turn off Air condition/ heater while not in the flat.
