  Comments: J'ai déjà conseillé Claudia de mettre des précisions concernant l'appartement concernant la bruit et la manque de luminosité et les marches en pierres partout dans l'appartement donc dangereux pour les familles avec des enfants ou des personnes à mobilité réduit.

  Comments: Although we never met Claudia, communication was excellent from the start. The apartment is in a great location in the Gothic quarter and close to the seafront, with easy access to all the sights, bars, cafes & restaurants. The neighbourhood is lively at night and can be noisy at times. The apartment has some interesting features and is clean and comfortable for two, although gloomier-looking than in the photographs. Wifi is excellent, there is a good supply of hot water but the lift can be unreliable. I would recommend it as a great place for a couple who want to enjoy all the sights of Barcelona.

  Comments: Beautiful apartment! My sister, roommate and I had so much fun staying here and it felt like home. I would note that you have to pick the keys up at a separate location, but apart from that we had zero issues and would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Comments: Overall this was a comfortable and clean stay in Barcelona. The room was well furnished and the staff at check-in were great. You can also leave your bags at the check-in location in case you want to explore before 3pm. Just a few things to note that made this a 4-Star stay. The lighting in the room is abysmal and no matter the time of day/windows open the space feels gloomy and dark. Just need to add some more central lighting to fix this. Secondly, the sink caused some issues as it was stuck in the closed position with no apparent way to open it. After a day we finally managed to jam it open by using a knife and propping it up, but this was a bit frustrating to do.

  Comments: This apartment is in a great location, right by the beach and a 5 min walk to la rambles. It was easy enough to pick up the keys from the other office and the flat was in a safe location. My only negatives were that the flat is very very very dark! Limited windows and the windows that they do have look out onto a dark dingy alley way. The lights in there too weren't very good and some of the lamps didn't work. For all the girls out there there was limited mirrors which makes getting ready quite difficult! Also some of the plug sockets didn't work. Apart from those few minor things we had a great time, thanks!

  Comments: Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Man kann alles ziemlich schnell zu Fuss erreichen und in der unmittelbaren Nähe hat es tolle kleine Bars und Restaurants. Das Zimmer ist allerdings tatsächlich extrem dunkel, sodass es nicht zum verweilen einlädt. Es ist alles sehr laut und der Lift wollte irgendwie nur hinauf fahren, nie runter. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist super weit weg.

  Comments: Piso Bien ubicado cerca de la costa, el problema es que se trata de una agencia de rentas, no de un particular y te piden que firmes contrato y recojas la llave en un lugar distinto al del hospedaje lincual dificulta el traslado porque debes andsr con tu equipaje por toda la ciudad hasta que llegas al apartamento . En mi opinión contraviene la idea de que airb&b es una app para facilitar y abaratar el servicio de hospedaje no un negocio que compite de mala forma con los hoteles establecidos

  Comments: It is an apartment managed by a big company. The space is ok, but there is not a personal touch. The double bed room has no door, so there is no privacity. The single bed room has no window. The intercom was not working and the elevator just move up, not down. The bathroom is inside the single bed room, and it is a little inconvenient. The space was clean and it is as the pictures show. The location is very good. It is a little noise, but not able to disturb our group. It was ok for few days.

  Comments: Small cozy flat, excellent location. The apparent has all needed for staying. However the flat is smaller than shower especially bathroom (the shower is tiny and dark). The flat is also quite dark.

  Comments: The location in the gothic section was great. This place is managed by a large rental company. Communication was frustrating. The place developed a leak into floors below prompting building owners to shut off the water without notice. Management eventually moved us to another place but with very confusing instructions. Would not recommend.

  Comments: la verdad de todos los Airbnb que use, fue la peor experiencia: desidia. El dpto estaba sucio, eramos 3 y dos toallas, no había elementos de limpieza en la cocina, le falta amor o servicio.... le falta mantenimiento, pisos rotos, techo con maderas podridas en el baño. Puede venir bien para estudiantes, pero para una familia, no me pareció o fue el peor. la ubicación es un 10. si le hicieran mantenimiento puede ser muy bueno. Ojalá lo hagan.
