    Comments: The location of Jim's place is super. Access to the room on 4th floor not so easy but once in the room all facilities work fine. Jim was very helpful staying up late to receive me (2am+) and gave useful local tips and support.

    Comments: Decent place with decent accommodations but in a great location, close to the MTRs. The place was a bit smaller than expected but the price is reasonable.

Placement is great in the street parallel to famous Fa Yuenstreet While I used the place during a period still not too hot it was great. Wouldn't book it hough during the hot and high humidity period as only the room has aircon and steps and coorridors are without
