  Comments: It is located between the airport and city center, and is close to both bus and subway station. The hosts are very friendly. Our flight arrived late at madnight but Gigi still waited for us. Their home is clean with a big bathroom and a big tub. Their dog is well trained and very quiet both in day and night.

  Comments: We had a really lovely stay at Gigi's place. Though the room was a little tiny, it didn't bother us at all. It was cozy and relaxing. The bathroom was well equipped with all the things that I needed while traveling without any toiletries along with me. The shower was amazing and the breakfast was wonderful for our early start. The location worked out great for us needing to be somewhere between the city and the airport. It may be a bit out of the way for those with a longer stay and want to roam about the city center. Overall, everything was just really nice including the host and I would definitely recommend staying here for a short stay in Barcelona!

We ended up arriving hours after we had planned due to a delayed flight and she was very accommodating. Her house was beautiful, and the shower was huge! We loved sitting outside for breakfast and enjoying the sunshine on the front deck. She had an abundance of breakfast foods for us to pick from and great coffee! We'd stay with Gigi again!

  Comments: We stayed a week at Gigis place, and enjoyed it very much. Gigi is helpful, but unintrusive - nice qualities in a host. As a quest you have access to the kitchen, living room and a large terrace. Breakfast is self-service, with several options provided - and you get a shelf in the fridge for you own use, so you can stock up additionally on whatever you like. The rooms (3) are very small, basically the size of a double bed and 50cm on the sides, a clothes rack and some drawers. The bed is good quality (!) and not too soft. The window can be opened, its toward a quiet inner space. Nice if backpacking, or just wanting to have a quiet place to sleep (as we did), but good to be aware of. The neighbourhood is residential, and there are supermercados around the corner for daily stuff. The area is some 5-10 mins metro ride (and a bit of walking) from the center - for us a good trade for the stillness compared of the loud drunk tourist infested city center.

If you love to walk then this is a great option , in my last trip I lived in the center and a little walking around the outskirts and all the time I spent in the centre , here at Gigi you will be able returning from the sea , with the square of the Catalogs to look at to see.   Comments: En voyage avec une amie, la chambre est petite mais l'appartement est agréable. La salle de bain est propre ainsi que le reste de l'appartement. Le métro est à 7 Minutes à pied pour une des lignes principales. Les rues sont sûres pour rentrer le soir à deux filles. Je conseille ce logement les yeux fermés. Nous n'avons passés que très peu de temps dans l'appartement ( juste pour dormir) je n'ai donc que très peu échangé avec les hôtes, qui sont très gentils par ailleurs.

  Comments: Gigi втретила на ночью прямо на улице. Мы прилетели поздним рейсом, и нам нужно было переночевать перед дальнейшей дорогой. Добираться из аэропорта ночным автобусом очень удобно. Особенно нам радовалась собака, она вряд ли кого-то оставит равнодушным:) Хотя и сильно докучать не будет. Квартира просторная, сама комната очень маленькая, но этого более чем достаточно для короткого пребывания. Приятным бонусом с утра был завтрак. Да, это просто тосты с джемом, кексы и кофе, но перед дорогой тоже неплохо. В итоге, мы всем очень довольны и благодарим хозяев за гостеприимство

  Comments: L'appartement est très bien situé (à proximité de la place Espagna), les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles. Gigi est très accueillante et à l'écoute, elle nous a même prêté ses parapluies durant les jours de pluie. Elle n'hésite pas à vous renseigner. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très copieux mais fait l'affaire ! En ce qui concerne les points négatifs : la chambre est très étroite et le lit ne convient pas pour deux personnes. L'appartement est mal insonorisé (voisins beaucoup trop bruyants).

  Comments: Gigi's place is as describe in the pictures. It is very clean and comfortable. Our flight got delayed and she waited for us to arrive. The location was great as it is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, away from the city area. Metro station is about 10 mins walk away and it gets to the city in 15 mins or less as the stop is within the same line as the city one. There is also night bus that stops near by her place, which is very convenient. She also had a dog that is very friendly. So for those that are afraid of dogs, fret not, the dog doesn't bother you at all. Gigi also provide some snacks for breakfast, which is mainly bread and cupcakes. There are variety of drinks to choose from as well. Overall it was a great stay at gigi's place and would highly recommend it for your stay in Barcelona.

  Comments: It's the perfect apartment for a short stay in Barcelona. The house is very comfortable and clean. The room is nice and the bathroom is perfect. The terrace makes every breakfast special , if you're lucky to get sunny days! It's located in a calm neighborhood, well served by public transportation (metro/bus/night bus) which gets us anywhere we want. Gigi was a great host who would be very accessible and help us with everything. They have a lovely dog which doesn't cause any trouble at all (you'll want to play with her!).

  Comments: I did not see Gigi during this stay but she was a great communicator and answered all our questions promptly. There was a bit of confusion with the check in but that was really the only issue. The room, as mentioned by others, is quite small. However since Gigi was not there we pretty much had the large common spaces to ourselves. The space was otherwise clean and in close proximity to amenities.

  Comments: Gigi wasn't around for the entirety of the 6 days I spent at her place so we had the whole place to ourselves aside from another AirBnb'er who was also barely there for 2 nights. She was great with communication and picking up the keys couldn't have been easier (just from a grocery store across the street and tell the clerk the keys are for Gigi's). Location is great, 10 minute walk from Mercat Nou station, can be to the beach in ~30 minutes with only one transfer. Plaça d'Espanya is only a 20 minute walk away or 2 train stops so very easy to get the bus from the airport and there is a Lidl close by for cheap grocery and beer needs. The balcony area is amazing. Only complaint I could have with the place is there is a bit of construction going on in the building and surrounding area which gets noisy early on weekdays so if you're a light sleeper maybe invest in some earplugs.

  Comments: The double bed room advertised was a bit smaller than expected but that wasn’t an issue as we basically only slept there. It was quite hard to get up in the morning, because there was no outside window. Apart from that everything was great and we’ve got nothing to complain about. PS the dog was lovely.   Comments: L’hôte a un bébé de quelques mois, cela n’était pas précisé sur l’annonce. + Localisation transports + Logement propre + Belle terrasse - Chambre trop petite, mal insonorisée et orienté sur le mur d’un autre bâtiment. - règlement intérieur strict (accès cuisine uniquement pour des pâtes ou sandwich) - accès difficile au salon pour être tranquille car l’hôte est très souvent dans cette pièce Si vous souhaitez juste une chambre pour dormir, sachez que la machine à laver tourne encore à 23h et que les journées commencent à 7h avec le lave vaisselle ou le réveil du bébé. Ps: J’adore les bébés, le sien comme les autres.

  Comments: Notre séjour chez Gigi (de 3 nuits et 4 jours) s’est très bien passé. Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer notre hôte mais nous avons partagé son appartement avec un autre voyageur air bnb qui avait une seconde chambre. Tout correspondait parfaitement à la description et gigi a su répondre à nos interrogations. C’est un appartement agréable et plutôt bien situation (15 minutes a pied de la place d’Espagne). Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour !

  Comments: We arrived from airport after midnight but Gigi had no problems with a late check-in, which was nice. The space in a room is really minimal, basically only enough to fit the bed anda low cupboard with clothes hanger on top of it in. But for a short time stay it's good value for the money.
